Next Season Tease

We're doing 28 episodes next year. I hope I'm not giving anything away, SPOILER ALERT: we're starting in September.

From what I’ve been reading in the news, I hear that you’re extremely busy with all the season five episodes. I was wondering if you guys were looking to add new characters for season five. Could I get a contact number or email to schedule an interview or audition with you? I’d like to pitch an idea about a new character for ‘The Office’ (he’d be great with Michael Scott).

HI! I emailed NBC but I am I work at an NBC affilate station in Detroit and I LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! The Office! As a digital marketing and development producer I would love to come see the show being filmed and the production.I know thats a little ridiculous and unresonable but it would be great to see it from a production stand point because as a producer I can appreciate all of the work and planning that goes into a show, especially one as great as The Office. I know its ridiculous but like I said, I work for an NBC affilate in digital media/ marketing and production so it would be pretty much my dream come true to come see something like that. I just want to say it is about time they start bugging dwight again!!!... I have been waiting and hoping each time I watch a new episode...and finally on this last one.. HOO-RAHH!!!

the whole: "jim-misses-opportunity-to-propose". tired of it. Been there, done that when they were separated and they didn't tell each other how they felt. he has to tell her he sprang for the fireworks and had the ring in his hand and stupid Andy ruined it. let's get past all of this jim/pam angst.

I’ll miss Toby, but I’m glad you’re not going anywhere. You are a fantastic writer, producer, etc. I adore the original, unexpected plotlines. I love the subtle acting. The entire group that you work with – everyone – gel so well together. There’s never been anything quite so perfect on television. I was afraid I’d never find anything good on TV after Seinfeld. So thank you for being even better.

Paul, will you post a note and a picture every once in a while on your MySpace page? Since we won’t see you on the show, we fans could still get our “fix” of you that way. I hope you will, even though you’re a damn slow typist. Hahaha

Good luck with next season. Your season finale was just excellent, as have been all of the others. Your show has the best season finales I’ve ever seen. They leave me completely satisfied and dying to see the next scene, which won’t come for months, but it’s not such a HUGE cliffhanger that makes me frustrated, and I really appreciate that. It’s small things like that that make you guys the best on TV.

Real question I’d love to hear you answer: How did you all find each other to make the show come together? You have got to have the most geniuses, collectively, in L.A. out of any show. (Maybe you could write about how you all came together on your MySpace blog?)

awesome finale really funny. i was getting worried toward the end that andy didnt have a big part. the writers did good putting everything together in the shortened season i think the finale was bigger than the office fans could've hoped for....thats what she said

Here is an idea for an interaction with Michael and Jan. They are discussing how horny he is. He says "I have a big torpedo. She says with a smirk, "libido" He says..."That makes no sense"

Paul you rocked. Michael's hatred of Toby was one of my favorite parts of the show. Good luck writing... I wish the new season started next week.

Toby can't leave Scranton now! They're renovating the whole 500 block of Lackawanna ave. The look and feel of the downtown area will have completely changed by the time he returns to visit. You don't know what you're missing, dude!LOL

First off, I love the fact that P&J did not get engaged because it leaves the door wiiide open for oh I don't know, Pam to escape for awhile, maybe head to Costa Rica? hmmm.
