clarifications on dvd
Yes, the deleted scenes from nbc.com will be on the season 3 dvd. We are also looking for a lot of other stuff you haven't seen.

What's the best idea you ever had that didn't make the cut?
Do the writers already have a plan for the season finale when they begin writing for that season, or does it just sort of develop along the way?

These weird flashbacks were used both in Gay Witch Hunt and tonight. Don't get me wrong, you guys are awesome, and I think your brains are all totally dreamy, but I've always been confused by the use of that. Flashbacks?! Documentaries don't have flashbacks! Minds have flashbacks! Documentaries document!

Also what are the rules of the Office camera? When do we get to see things transpiring out of the office? How far can the cameras pry into people’s personal lives?

I was very interested in the way the structure of the show itself seemed to be twisted. At first I felt like crucial events from the past episode were glossed over but then the show sort doubled over itself and covered some questions about characters.

there has been lots more plots about characters like Creed, Kevin, and Darryl. Will we see more of this next year?

Then a woman I have literally never seen before in my entire life started talking very loudly about something involving Halpert. She was agitated, I’d say. From what I could guess, she was definitely on drugs of some kind, perhaps cocaine, or maybe ‘drines. Also, she is a knock-out. She reminds me of a young Daphne Du Maurier.

Also, Steve Carell is NOT married to the actress that plays Jan, he's married to Nancy Walls from the Daily Show (and formerly SNL).... she's the lady that played Carol the real estate lady. Come on people, Wikipedia knows all.
