Jillian: I like to be in a gym. I need a controlled environment. I need climate control, I need my equipment. It's like a toolbox...I need my stuff. I am a control freak, and I cannot control the outdoors. Get me in a gym!

I love this show I never miss it, I love you trainers I think you have heart in what you do. I just wish I could be on the show, as I am over weight, my BMI is 35 sorry my BMI is really 38.7 I know I am killing myself mentally and physically with this weight and to top it all off I smoke so I am so upset with myself. I do not have the willpower to workout or eat right, I just need some help. To tell you the truth you could make a show with just my family as I have 62 in our family and over half of them are overweight. I was thinking of getting the Lap band but wanted to try loosing weight the right way. I truly do love you all and your show.

I have recently lost 30 pounds, but I am at a stand still. How can I jumpstart my weight loss again?
Also, what kind of workout do I need to do to target my butt, hips, and lower abdomen? I have a small waist, but I just balloon out at my hips. I feel like I have a spare tire around my hips! :)
My husband and I are on disability income ... how can we maintain a healthy diet with the higher costs of the more nutritious foods? ... It's difficult to buy the healthy stuff on our very modest budget! ... Thanks!

You're all so motivating. How do you keep yourself motivated? I'm trying very hard, the fear of death is great motivation. However when you don't see results right away -- even with that fear it's hard. I had a heart attack 9 months ago at age 36. I'm diabetic and overweight.
Hey Jillian I think you rock!and you did awesome this whole season. My husband and I applyed for the 6th season I so want you to puch me so I can lose the weight but if not then I am so going to join you're on line program. Again you rock... and hope to see you soon.
After 7 knee surgeries and a torn achilles surgery what are some of the workout's that I can do that won't intensify these handicaps.
I just wanted to say I have loved this show since the first season, but have always hated them sending players home when they so obviously need to stay. It's hard to deal with the "game" part, but it's so gratifying to see that most of them learn enough to keep it going when they get home. Keep up the great work, and Bob, I love you.

I realize that the contestants work so incredibly hard and have a regimented food plan, but how is it that they drop such huge numbers on a weekly basis? I been working a fitness challenge for about 9 weeks, diet included and have only dropped 18 lbs. Any suggestions?
The company I work for has instututed a Wellness Program. We are in our 7th month. So far we have 69% employee participation. Any ideas on how to increase that number? How to motivatre people to get on board?

I have been in a relationship for about four years and i have put weight on. When i tell him i wanna go on a diet i am told i don't have to. I had also wanted to sign up for the biggest loser season 6 but i was told by him and everyone else in my family i couldn't do it and that made me feel really bad.
I love how Jillian pushes the contestants. After watching the Biggest Loser this season, my partner and I hired a trainer from our gym. We asked for a "Jillian"! They all knew exactly what we were talking about! We got it and are doing great! Thanks Jillian!
I totally agree! I think it's the hole getting up and going to the gym.. I've tried the tapes and gym at home and did NOT stay steady with it like i do with the gym!

I have lost 40 pounds so far while following the biggest loser, I have hit a wall and can't seem to lose any more and I have approx 20 more to go, can you give me any advice
What is your best advice for someone just getting back into weight training? I used to work out everyday but now teach full time and have a farm. Getting in workouts is tough. I need the most bang for my buck.

If you can't afford Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers, nor a Gym membership, how can you lose weight and eat healthy?

Since I've started using my treadmill, I can walk and push myself, get me outside, and I have no passion to walk whatsoever, I think the fear comes from, what if I go to far and have to use the restroom really bad lol.
Do you know when the next season will be and if they started casting it yet?
You need everything to be 'in sync' for things to work? Get real! that's what life is all about. . . pushing through 'life' to BE who you are!! YOU so can do it!

How does one remotivate themselves to get started again
How do I keep from getting so fat when I'm pregnant, I live out of my fridge when I'm pregnant. And how do I loose weight when I'm nursing without putting my body into shock. I haven't successfully been able to loose weight until after I stop nursing and then it seems like just as soon as I'm skinny I'm pregnant again.

Do you think using the "delivery meal plan" is a good thing or does it create a dependence on something that isn't "real world"?

I completely agree. Love the gym workouts, but slowly like the outdoor runs. I don't feel like suck a lab rat.
