Can someone clarify if we are supposed to vote for the person we want to STAY in the final 3 or vote for the person we want to be out of the competition? It really sounds like you are voting for the one you want to stay, but normally on the show you vote for the person who you want to leave the show... please clarify before people vote wrong.

Do you think there would ever be a possibility of having a Biggest Loser for teenagers?
Why do so many of the challenges appear to be favoring the guys? Strength, speed, and height play a big part in almost all of them. This will generally give the advantage to men. What can be done about this to level the playing field? Thanks.

Hi Bob & Jillian I am a 39yrs. Old and weight 270lbs. Over the past 5 weeks I have been trying to get healthier and lose weight. I have changed my eating habits and started eating low fat and fat free foods and adding more fruits and vegetables into my diet. In the evenings after dinner I walk about a mile and this week I have even tried to add some jogging into my workout. My problem is that I am not losing any weight I have lost a total of 6 pounds in 5 weeks for my weight I feel that my number should be a little higher . If you could tell me what I am doing wrong or what more I need to do because I am at a lose and thinking that maybe I am wasting my time trying so hard please help before I give up yet one more time on losing weight.
Jillian, why do you think it was sooooo hard for Brittany to drop pounds?
yeah the teams were unfair but in the end they worked out okay! Look at Jillian's relationship with her girls (Brittany comes to mind) that's something that cannot be taken away...and of course there's the Pride boys. Though it added the "TV drama" I think it worked out for the best.

I was shocked to see the numbers that Ali and Kelly pulled. I cheered for them and I am relly happy to see two girls going to the finale and having a real good chance on winning. Girls rule!!!!!!!
Biggest Loser Canada would be a gift to us Canadians, if the Australians can manage it, we need to work on that. I will be the first one in line. Until then, where can we find your boot camp and enjoy a week of gruelling lessons to be learned about how to take care of our bodies??? surely that must be in the works, again thanks for teaching us through the television, we have watched and learned but need more
That is true! Is there going to be a work-out video with this year's crew and if so have any ideas on who it would be? I think the final 4 are def. the best ones to be the final 4, its was hard to see Danny go, he was a great worker it seemed!

Bob, I love working out while I watch you working the butts off of your teammates. Question though. In previous seasons your hair would get all spikey and wigged out when you were worked up and making your team sweat. How come your are all calm and clean cut now?
