Dear Bob and Jillian, I am an severely obese woman who has several health issues. I live way out in the country and don't have a good place to walk or ride bikes, I can't afford a treadmill or gas to even get to town to work out. Do you have any suggestions for me. I want to change my life for the better, and be able to be active again but I don't know where to begin. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am really happy for all the contestants. They have done amazing work. But what about all of us out here that work 12 hour days, don't have personal trainers or people to cook for us? I would love to try out for the next season, but without my job, I will lose everything.

just a big thanks to both Jillian and Bob for helping people everywhere realize that they can lose weight and take charge of their lives. I too changed before The Biggest Loser became reality TV and compete in triathlons and even worked through multiple injuries over the past few years with the help of a personal trainer this past year. Encouragement/Attitude/determination the name of the game!!! Thanks guys!

I'm in desparate need of a "calorie-burn-counter" device to wear on my arm. Also, that would be awesome if you offered training! I just recently signed up with a trainer at my gym but would LOVE to train with either of you!!!

What do you recommend for someone who can't get to a gym or swimming pool to work out. I live in the country and can't really walk on my road do to safety and can't afford gas to drive to town to work out? I am severely obese and want to start a workout program, but I feel stuck! How did the contestents loose so much weight this week. The losses were very dramatic compared to previous weeks. It seems like something very different had to occur.
