Jillian: Bob is the toughest!


Bob: I guess I am pretty tough.


Jillian: It's BOB! I have trained with him. He's crazy! He is a lunatic.


Bob: But after I work her out, she feels very accomplished. I love seeing her doubled over a treadmill.

My kids and I think you are both great trainers in your own way. My daughter wants to be like Jillian. Not far off, she is 14 and a 1st degree brown belt in her style of karate. I keep telling the kids I want to try to meet Jillian and have a work out with you when we are out in Anaheim this summer for a convention my husband has to go to. I just want to say you both rock. Way to kick butt with the final four, what great numbers they pulled.

Hi! This season has been the most frustrating for me to watch...too many SURPRISES! I am so pleased and proud of Ali and Kelly...GO GIRLS! This voting stinks!!! Congratulations to Jillian and Bob on another great season...and good luck to the final contestants...you should all be very proud of yourselves. Hopefully I can take your inspiration and change my own life...I need to.

What is your advice for someone that literally has no time to go to a gym and no room for even a treadmill?

i respect you both as trainers and your both tough. I'm trying to loss weight but it's hard for me. I'm unfortunately very busty and some work outs are hard on my lower back.. any ideas of things i can do.

i'm very inspired by the show. i want to know is it better to workout before or after breakfast ? also, what is the best way to start exercising when you are not used to exercising at all and very large?

Watching the two of you tonight, I felt the awe when you watched EACH of these folks loose in the double digits. How does that make you feel, especially since this is the 15th week and it is SO hard to lose at the last.

I am a stay at home mom with a very limited income. I have been trying to find ways to workout and I just can't get it. How long should a person actually work out in a day?

How do I get Bob or Jillian as my trainer for a day? I would love to have that toughness in my work out. You guys are terrific!

I think BOb & Jillian are both great in their OWN way!! I love the show!! I just voted and can't wait to see who wins!! It has been a great motivation for me to lose weight too. Going to DISNEY in June, so Ihave 2 months left to lose that weight!!!

do you ever utilize the pool for exercise for the show?

Hi, I weigh 197 lbs and I'm 5'6 male. I work out every other day and I try to eat moderately but it's tough to lose the pounds I want to lose. I muscles are getting tighter due to the push ups, dips, stretch bands and dumb bells. What can I do better. Just wanted to say both you guys are an inspiration to me and alot of us watching this show.

I love you guys. I think what you do is great. I'm a trainer myself and I alway tell people to watch the Biggest loser. The people on this show are great at setting examples for anyone trying to lose weight.

I love the Biggest Loser and you are both such an inspiration. I have recently began a diet regimen. (no processed foods, just like you teach). I am about 100 pounds overweight. What is one thing you would suggest to keep me motivated, especially when I hit plateaus?

Hello Bob and Jillian. Jillian I have to say that I love you and I love how you push your team without having them give up. Please help me try and lose weigh without the cost of food and the gym. I just had a baby 8 months ago and am not a bigger eater. I also have two additional kids so not a lot of time for me.
