Jillian: If you are not vegan, go with egg whites, fish, and whey protein. If you are vegan, you have to go with tofu, soy, legumes and be extremely mindful of calories. You MUST take a multi-vitamin especially if you are a vegan. You have to give your body the nutrients it needs.

I love this show I never miss it, I love you trainers I think you have heart in what you do. I just wish I could be on the show, as I am over weight, my BMI is 35 sorry my BMI is really 38.7 I know I am killing myself mentally and physically with this weight and to top it all off I smoke so I am so upset with myself. I do not have the willpower to workout or eat right, I just need some help. I was thinking of getting the Lap band but wanted to try loosing weight the right and right way. I truly do love you all and your show.

My daughter is 19 and obese. She is such a beautiful girl but she hates what she has become. i don't know how to help her.
My dream is for to run a half marathon at my side, not on the sidelines wathing me.

Dear Jillian and Bob: Tonight, April 8, on the Biggest Loser, you showed the contestants what they looked like when they first arrived on campus. Cardboard cutouts. My question is this: Were you ever as heavy or as big as some of them were when they arrived? Would you ever be willing to show pictures of yourself when you were big?

After joining a local gym, my health took a hiatus. I have had surgery and am still recovering. My question is...I have convinced a few friends to join the gym also, but now I have to take a break. How can i keep them motivated to go while I am on hiatus from exercise?

Do you guys have any info on what happens to your body when you take medicine for under active thyroid and for adhd? It's synthroid and adderall. I'm worried that when I stop taking the adderall, I'll gain a lot of weight again.

So I eat relatively healthy, but I can only take so much chicken and turkey! I don't like seafood so that's not really an option for me. Is there a cookbook that you guys absolutely love or that you recommend because I need new healthy recipes and there are so many out there that I don't trust! Help me and the thousands of others who are sick of the same food, prepared the same way!

Biggest loser camp - we all need to be able to go there and work out with trainers such as yourself during your off season when tapings are not occuring - would give all of us a chance to experience a holiday of health
