Past Contestants

Bob: Of course we still stay in touch with past contestants. We are their touchstones. Erik was somebody I really loved in season three. He really touched my life and was such an inspiration for so many.

Jillian: Absolutely. Brittany from this season and Julie from Season Four were two that really stand out for me. I love keeping in touch with contestants from the past.

It was really refreshing to see Jillian back and kicking not only Kim's a$$ but also having her "Girls" whipping the Boys and their "Pride"

How do the contestants constantly pull such huge numbers? I am being told to do the elliptical for 1 hour with my heart rate at 65 - 70%, which is like hardly moving, but am being told this is my weight loss or fat burning zone. I am only losing 2 lbs per week and really want to bump it up. What should i do? HELP!!!
