Jillian: She REALLY ate the oyster...as if I would let it end up in the trash!! I would NEVER tolerate that!!
wow, I guess I'm not the only one with questions, so I'll try to make it quick. First of all, I LOVE U GUYS!! Second, I'm not all that over weight, I'm 5' 125lbs. My problem is that I could really see myself working HARD at the ranch and would do just about anything to be there. I do my best when pushed, but alone will do nothing. before my problem gets serious, i want to do something about it. i want to be yelled at, dripping with sweat until i'm ready to through up. is there a way for me, someone thats not so over weight to get to the ranch? to train with the best?
I had 85% of my colon removed and my diet is very limited and suggestions on how to create a diet to know that I'm getting enough of the right things to lose weight? also had back surgery so exercise is limited. thank you
I'm 45 years old and have over 100 pounds to lose. I exercise 6 days a week, but don't seem to get any results with weight loss. How do I jump start the weight loss and how do I deal with the overwhelming feeling of having such a long road ahead. Your advice?
How can I exercise with Rheumatoid Arthritis? Also, I had a volleyball sized ovarian cancer removed April 2007, spent the summer in chemotherapy, then had a major hernia operation in January 2008. So, other than the treadmill, what can I do while I wait to heal?
You guys dont know how much you have inspired me this season. I really dont know if you'll actually read this, but if you do, please let all the contestants you see know exactly how much this show has meant to some people out there. They have been my inspiration from the first episode to now, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart! Good luck at the finale!
Too much personal info is necessary to vote. I wanted to vote for Mark. Good luck!
i have lost 125 lbs 10 years ago with gastric bypass surgery and i think jillian is awesome and i want to become a personal trainer like her how do i become one, i work out all the time like crazy.
I lost a little over 20 lbs last year and was doing great. Then I totally lost my motivation. I know it's up to me to get it back, but do you have any suggestions? I really want -- NEED -- to lose the weight. I don't know what to do.
I lost 210 pounds after a bypass and I work out everyday just started using a treadmill and a bike and a pool for more strict workout - any recommendations to tone the flab in my arms
What a shame that the voting process requests so much personal info to be able to vote. My vote would have been for Roger so good luck to him

I have about 60 lbs. to lose. I am under five feet tall. I have a hard time sticking to a 1000 calorie diet. What do you recommend and how often a day should one work out? I use the BL workouts (LOVE THEM). I would love to work out one on one with either one of you. I think you are both excellent caring people and really truly want to help others.
Thanks!
Do you think they will ever do a special loser for people who have disabilities, like Lupus, RA, Diabetes etc..., I have lupus and RA, losing weight is a great big challange along with the depressed feeling you get with this disability, I have to say Ally and Kelly have inspired me the most and for 8 weeks it has been a struggle... so if cbs is reading this or Bob or Jillian ... can you share a tip or two for us with disabilites?

I'm 53 years old and 40 lbs. overweight. Because of a car accident 35 years ago, and surgery, I am unable to do literally any exercising. What can you suggest?
