Bob: Oh, I love this question. Just because you lost the weight doesn't mean you can go back to old behaviors. Hopefully you've lost new patterns by losing the weight. DO NOT circle back to your old patterns or you will gain the weight back.
Jillian: it's obviously an on-going process. You have to deal with the emotional issues as to why you are overweight. So when you lose weight and then fall onto emotionally trying times, you can use your new resources to handle it positively so you don't gain the weight back.

I used to weigh 110 pounds. I have developed a few health issues,hip, back, and knee problems, and I can't work out anymore. I walk some everyday but I am still gaining. I get depressed for gaining so I eat. I cant work out so I gain I eat because I have gained. I dont know what to do.

I am not an extremely overweight person, but I may as well be. I have many problems that I just can't seem to overcome. I work out, eat right, but I never seem to be happy with my weight. I know that you are professionals and I hope that you can make it aware that it is more than just overweight people that need help. I can't help it but I believe I am bulimic to help keep my weight under control. I also can't stop smoking because I am so scared to not have that crutch and turn to food. I wake up every morning and say to myself that this is the day and then it never happens. Do you think that there is any way that you can bring this to the attention of so many people who are suffering like I am. I try every day to overcome the need to feel the way I do and think that I am doing the best that I can. I watch this show and it motivates me everyday. Thank you for what you are doing because it helps more than you know.

I can't seem to lose any wieght and I have tried everythinng even walking every day to and from work
After losing 100 pounds I am in the maintenance stage. You have to get past the scales and keep doing it for the health of it.

I don't have alot of time to exercise like I would love to, but I am walking now to try to build it up, any suggestions on what I can do on limited finances, but a strong desire to do this?

Since you weigh differently in different parts of the world is this why we saw very low numbers of weight loss last week and very high numbers this week?
I have found since making my change, that if I eat a good breakfast, that I have more energy, and that I am not as hungry later. I also found that extra gum really works, for taking your mind off of wanting to munch on everything you see.
I am disabled, so i was hoping you could maybe see if they could do a disabled persons biggest loser. i have lots of medical problems, so i need special drs and help, but i know i am not alone. i cannot work out like normal people, so i need special help and i would love nbc to acknowledge that

I think both of your comments are so true but I guess when I lost all that weight I also lost the biggest support person I had that was pushing me to lose so much and that I why I gained it all back and more!
My husband has two titanium knees (he is unable to do a lot of the exercises on the show) and I have a spinal cord stimulator for pain (degenerative disk/joint disease in my spine). What low-impact but high calorie burning exercises would you recommend?
I know it is an ongoing process, it can be really stressful to keep going, but I am determined to do this and I wont let anything stand in my way. I am doing this for me.
