I do hope you get tougher because I love the way you whip them into shape, I am sooo proud of you for getting the girls in the finale, it's about damn time the girls got a shot. Bob you rock as well! HELP...I lost 25 lbs 3 years ago, gained 12 back and cannot lose it again. It seems to be in my middle. I go to the gym 6 days/week, eat following Weight Watchers. What can I do to lose again? I just can't figure it out!

Bob & Jillian: Do you think the vote by America is the "fair" way to end the season? I believe the remaining contestants should have been given the right to vote on the 3rd player instead of changing the rules at the end!!

Congrats to both of you for the work you did in inspiring the contestants...what was the biggest challenge in getting the work done?
If you have 6 hours per week to work out, is it best to do 3 hours of cardio? I lift weights 3 hours a week and do 3 hours of cardio on alternating days. I heard more weight training and less cardio to lose fat.
