We are so glad the girls are in the top two. We screamed so loud our dogs thought we were crazy. Congrats on all the hard work this season. This show rocks!
The main problem my wife and I have with a weight-loss program is that we both have chronic health problems that make it difficult to impossible to work out. I might add that I have difficulty walking even short distances and my wife does too. I have chronic back pain that has left me disabled and my wife has had 2 shoulder operations and she has hip problems. We have yet to find some kind of program that can meet our needs. Even aqua-therapy is out because there are no swimming pools that have free admission that we can use. We are on a limited budget and cannot afford to join a gym or even the local YWCA. If this sounds like just making excuses, let me assure you it’s not. Both of us realize that our weights our life threatening and if something doesn’t give then we may find one of us widowed before too long. We have been watching our diets we know the nutritional needs and have been eating as healthily as we can. Is there any kind of fitness regime we can follow, any kind of affordable exercise equipment we can use that can help us lose weight.
I would love to lose at least 100lbs. My proublem is I just had my 3rd back surgery and my legs go numb and give out on me if I walk more than a block/ block and a half. Is there and advice you could give me to help me lose the weight?

As far as tats go, I have one myself when I turned 30 (1st milestone). When I lose my first 25 pounds, I'm going to get another. At 50 lbs, maybe another. When I hit my goal, I'm getting my belly button pierced. I always wanted one...on a flat tummy. You guys are inspiring. Thanks!

I've enjoyed watching the Biggest Loser over the last five years and it has motivated me to begin the process of losing weight; however, one of the major things that stand in my way is Type I Diabetes.
