Biggest Loser: Canada?

Jillian: I don't know if there will be a Biggest Loser: Canada. It's a good idea, though.

Bob: We have no control over that part of the show.

Hi. What is the use of a house if you haven't got a tolerable planet to put it on? Help me! Looking for sites on: Emirate bank login. I found only this - metal nonmetal semimetal periodic table. Bank charge offs over the past year auto finance network has helped thousands of people drive the car of their dreams regardless of their past credit. I wish they would make a Biggest Loser Canada, my husband is overweight, I have tried to help him by making food that is a bit better for him; he use to go to the gym once a week but we all know that it is not enough. I've tried a bunch of to motivate him but I guess it's not enough. so if there is ever a chance that a Biggest Loser Canada would come to Canada, I would love to nominate my husband Scott Smith to be a canidate.

Jillian I am Canadian and I need you to come here and KICK MY ASS!!! Ha ha. I ran a marathon back in 2000 and was a size 8, I cried my eyes out when I watched the girls cross the finish line, I want to feel like that again. But I had a horrible year (which included breaking my foot) and I've gained enough now that I just continue to lose the battle.

PLEASE come here!!!! Or let me come there!!!! I AM CANADIAN!!!!

Gosh, the show isn't going to make you skinny. You still have to work at it! Why not start now?

I didn't mean to post it 3 time, sorry.... My computer frose..

My name is Christine, I am 22 yrs old and I have 3 beautiful kids. I weigh 223lbs, I have NEVER weighed this much before. I have tried everything from pills to diets to try and lose this weight. But the biggest problem that I have is that my fiance, wants to gain weight, so that doesn't help me at all. I want to show my kids that there is more to life then sitting on the couch and watching T.V. When I did try and start exercising I felt like a moreon to do it infront of my fiance. Its not that he is not suportive or anything like that, its just that I don't feel comfertable doing it infront of him. So I don't do it at all. I need the help, I need the motovation. And nobody can give that to me. I watch The Biggest Loser and all I can do is cry!! I want to look like that again.. I mean did you see Tara? WOW!! I don't have the money to be spending on all those diet things out there. And I know that I never will. I need help, because I can't do this on my own. I am almost ashamed to let my fiance see me like this. I don't like to have the lights on when we (you know) and that makes me cry. I am not happy with myself and the thing is, is that I have tried Starving myself so I can get down to be my "ideal" weight. And thats not working either. I am sick of looking and feeling like this. And I am sitting here at work asking The Biggest Loser to help me!! But of course, I am from Canada. And they refuse to help us Candaian's feel the way that we want to feel about ourselfs, to help us look as good as say, Tara does or anyone that has every stepped foot on the ranch. Like Jillian said: "I don't know if there will be a Biggest Loser: Canada." I want to be me again, and I figured out, that I can't do it alone. Thank you for reading this..

Please come to Canada! You have no idea how many people would be falling over themselves trying to get on your show! Please - help those of us north of the border who could really use your help!

Dear TBL Producers! I've emailed everyone I can think of for months about brining this hugely successful show to Canada. There are plenty of fatties up here that can benefit from the intense workouts and tips offered by your team of experts. It worked in Australia-how about the Great White North eh?

About two years ago I asked on the network email why there was not a Biggest Loser in Canada or if they were planning one, I am yet to hear from anybody about the idea. I am a 38 year old mom of three that gives everything that she has heart and sole to the people and community around her and every week I watch the show and cry with the show. I am trying to lose the weight on my own but I think through the ways that I have taken it off before have done soo much damage to my metabolism that I have not been able to get over the 15 lb hurdle. Now I get news from the doctor that I may have diabeties and they figure athsma but I figure it's the easy way out to give me drugs instead of saying 'your fat" Canadian Biggest loser would really be amasing I would apply in a minute, at least someone would be able to say "your Fat, do something about it" besides myself. We need your help, come north and try it out!

Biggest loser should come to Canada.
i am 28 years old, and i weight 330lbs.. i could so use this show.. wish nbc would listen and bring the show here

biggest loser CANADA!!!!!!!!

I am a 25 year old male, that is wanting Biggest loser to come to Canada. A lot of ppl may read this and say 25 ppff.... He is still young enough to do something on his own. But the thing is just 5 years ago I was 180 lbs, and now i am 310 lbs. that is 130 lbs in that 5 years.Or translated to 26 lbs a year. I feel if i keep on goin this way I will not even see my daughter make it to high school. I feel i need to be forced in a scense to be isolated and do what i need to do to lose the weight. i am determined to but don't have the time. So I read in one of the other post that you guys don't make that decision on where they take the show next. But for many Canadians can you please pass it on to the ppl that can make it come here. Thank you Dustin

The thought of The Biggest Loser coming to Canada is a dream come true. I mean for those of us that live in obese bodies and don't have the support, like myself as I have a tall skinny fiance, we need that kick in the ass. I wouldn't care about the temptations, the money, the fact I am on television, it would be all about the constant push from either Jillian or Bob, it would be that little voice of that of my 5 year old seeing me in a towel and saying I look like an elephant, or being pregnant and my mother saying get off her bed because I might break it. It would be about chasing the negativity in my life away, becoming a healthier, smarter, more knowledgeable self. It would mean living a longer and more stable life with my fiance and my son. It would mean happiness and being able to look in the mirror and actually loving myself as I've never been able to love myself. I stand at 5'5.5 and weight 325lbs, I am disgusted to the point that I've lost all friends, I've committed myself to my home, I shut off the lights when my fiance is not at home so that no one visits me, I let my phone ring because I am so depressed that I don't want anyone seeing me or going in public. I am scared to walk past a group of teenages because they will stare, laugh and make me feel like the whale I am. It's hard living this life, I've tried to change but failure is my only answer, to have the goals to set and have someone push me to them would be more insightful. Jillian and Bob, if you were to come to Canada (Calgary to be exact) I personally would make the trip worth while. I would show you what hard work, enthusiasm, dedication and determination for life is all about. The passion I have is in my heart, its a matter of someone helping me losen the arteries to get the blood flowing again!

What is the safest way to exercise while still nursing?

Biggest Loser Canada? That would be the best thing to happen for many Canadians, myself inculded. I went from athletic to pathetic. I am 32 years old. Many things went wrong during my first pregnancy when I was 19 and I feel I have never fully recovered. Before 19, I weighed 110 lbs, after birth 215 lbs. Since then I do not recognize myself physically, emotionally or even mentally. Aches and pains, meds to bed, sleeps and weeps, that what I feel I am made of these days.
My get up and go has gone up and went. My brain knows what to do to change, but my wires seem to short out whenever I try to make the connection to get my body to follow my brain. Pretty Please!!!!! Come to Canada EH ?!

I would love to participate in a challenge to see if I can feel completely comfortable again!!!! help

I would love for the biggest loser to come to canada. i'm a mother of two and i want to be a healthy weight for myself and for my kids and family. i want to play with my kids again without getting tired right away.
please come to canada soon

I hope that Biggest Loser comes to Canada - soon. I am a 38 year old mom of two and over the past year I've packed on 100 pounds to my already overweight body. I need something like this show to help me. I'm afraid I will be dead before I hit 40.

Hi, my name is Paul i am 26 about 190Ibs and having a hard time to loose weight. I love the show biggest looser, what are the chances of having a biggest looser in Canada. I believe it would be great.

Some people seem to think that us canadians dont need a biggest looser but we do. I can say for myself and my family that we need it. Put it ths way im a 270 pound 18 year old with a 40 year old mother that weighs the same. Weve tried everything except for surgery and it didnt work... so please we really need one... well at least i know i do.

there so needs to be a canadian version of the biggest loser...there is even an australian version...have you looked at the neighbours to the north...we need you...tonights season opener brought tears to my eyes for so many reasons...when Jerry went down early in the show its a shocking way to see that it really is life or death for so many of us...and then the continuation of how a support system is important...in canada it is so hard to find family doctors that can supervise weight loss and help us to know how to treat medical reasons for weight gain like thyroid etc i have to wait sometimes for 12 hours in an emerg department just to get a thyroxin perscription...we are under-educated on weight loss unless you have money to pay trainers or for equipment even on education on what to eat etc please help the neighbours to the north soon

It would be amazing if there was a biggest loser canada. I myself could really use the help of the show. I am a young mother of 2 ages 1 and 2. I was 135 lbs before having my kids and now at 280 lbs. My doctors tell me all the time that at the age of 20 i could be looking at a very early grave because the weight is mostly in my loer stomache and some around my chest. Help is needed and i jus cant find something that works for me.

if the biggest loser came to canada.... id be the happiest person on earth im 18 and i weigh 310lbs ive locked myself inside because im so ashamed of the way i look soo if i could get on the show i think it would help me in more than one way. COME TO CANADA PLEASE i beg of you

I think that Biggest Loser~Canada would be a great idea! Both my husband and I need to lose weight. My husband is over 300lbs and I am 5'2 at 217lbs and have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I have been battling PCOS and my weight since I was 19. The biggest Loser is very inspiring and would love to be able to accomplish my goals with the help of Jillian and Bob!

I need the biggest loser to come to Canada

To have The Biggest Loser in Canada would mean so much to so many people. It has a cult following everywhere. We've even had a Biggest Loser in our office. I would like nothing more than to be one of the lucky contestants to have a chance to change their life. I am like Heba, in my 30's wanting desperately to have children, but not the way I am. I am 5'4 and 285lbs. and was diagnosed with PCOS. I don't want that as an excuse anymore. I would love to have Jillian or Bob kicking my butt everyday to make me a better person.

I'm also interested in becoming a contestant on the biggest loser - Canada version if there would ever be one. Both me and my husband are over 300 lbs at age 39 even though we were active people in our younger years. We stopped focusing on our health to raise a family and often put the needs of our children before ourselves. We've made certain our children got involved in exercise through activities so they have a fightng chance as adults, and now that they are grown, we are ready to focus on our well-being so we can be around to enjoy grandchildren.

I would only hope they decide to do a Biggest Loser in Canada, I have been struggling my whole life about my weight, I've been teased, made fun of, etc.. I've gotten into fights over my weight with others. I am married and can't have kids because I have PCOS and that made me at my heaviest. I would do anything to be given that chance to lose weight, and to be a mother one day. I am only 25 years old and already have bad news about not being able to conceive because of my weight.

Biggest Loser should come to Canada you will help many people in need.

Dear Bob and Jillian and NBC,

I know that this has been said more times than any of you can count, but I thought maybe I would say it one more time, just in case, THIS time it makes a difference.

There are many of us "Canucks" here in Canada, that watch The Biggest Loser religiously. We sit in front of our TV's and cheer on the contestants, cry tears with them and celebrate victories with them, all the while wishing that we could be the ones that you are pushing farther on the treamills, and teaching to eat healthier. There are thousands of us here in the North that are slowly killing ourselves and we are begging, praying, wishing, dreaming and pleading that Jillian and Bob and NBC would come to Canada and help us fight this fight of the Bulge. You are well loved here. Please consider coming to Canada and giving us a chance to be The Biggest Loser.

Please, please, NBC, come to Canada. We need you!!

Hey guys!! All I have to say, is that we need you guys here in Canada. I love your show, and I watch every week. I am 28 years old, I weigh 280 pounds and I have type 2 diabetes because of my weight. I've tried so many things and just can't get the weight off. I need trainers like you,Jillian your awesome, and so are you Bob!!I would love the opportunity to be on the Biggest Loser Canada, and change my life for the better.
Thank You

hi Bob and Jillian!!! I am 30 yrs old and I went back to curves 2 months ago, trying to get back to drinking the water, and I love the show and I wanted to ask, how do I get healthy food on a very very limeted budget?

I need major help to loose weight. Do you think Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, & Nurti-System work?

I am a huge fan of the show and of course Bob and Jillian. Please Please NBC consider a Canadian version, you need not forget we watch you too and some of can afford to lose weight!! are YOU NBC up for the challenge!!

I would do anything to be on biggest loser. How can I join that? I am 5' 6 inches and i weigh 402 lbs. I have never been so miserable in my life. I am afraid im gonna die because of my weight and im only 28 and a single mother of 3 can you please help. My body hurts all over. I wanna sit without my legs going to sleep for once. even my children ask me to "get skinny" so I can play with them. It makes me cry. Please help me in anyway .I need any advice I can get. I wanna lose weight and am willing to start.

Bob and Jillian,

I have posted 3 different postings because of some kind of issue. My name is Donna Darrikhuma if you don't mind reading all three and giving me your thoughts. I would be so grateful. Thank you

I am just in awe of the amazing transformations you two are able to help people acheive!
Thank you both for inspiring us all to get healthier!!

You guys ROCK!!

I really do not think it is fair that Canadians can't vote...I have watched the last three seasons of biggest loser religously & then they throw in a twist like this and I can't even vote...I don't want to waste my time watching a show I can't even participate in when the oppertunity comes about!

Jillian,
I thought tonight was great, I went through so many tissues. My question is more of a problem. I am 34, 238 and have tried out for the show 2x. Maybe I don't look as big as the girls, but I am in a size 20 and disgusted with myself. I am depressed and I know my weight is holding me back from everything. My confidence used to be amazing and now I have trouble keeping my chin up. I am strong, used to play 3 sports a year in school, but now I can barely get up in the morning. I also just got taken for my life savings (just under 6 figures) and I think part of the reason of that is that I believed someone cared about me. I cannot deal with life and I just don't know. I guess I am wondering if I could be a wild card in the next couples show, where "the show" can hook me up with a random player. I am strong. I know you can help me believe in myself and get me back to being the best I can be. Thanks. I sure hope a girl wins this time girl. You do rock. I think a lot of the reasons for my tears tonight was all the envy I had for the contestants. It's sad, but true. Any help is appreciated, I just feel like I am at the end of my rope.

HEY BOB AND JILLIAN!!!

I am 16 and I want to move to CA and go to school for personal training/nutrition. I was just wondering if you had any advice for schools to go to, where to live, how to get started?

Jillian...I friggin' love you and wish that you could train me...I need to have someone in my face to get my butt moving.... what did do when you played around with Britt's calorie intake?

I love you too BOB...you're mean but sweet too!

I just turned 45 years old on April 2nd and have come a long way to see the sun again, but what is holding me down now, my weight. I do not know how to work out or even to begin. I have missed the last two chances to enter and am praying somehow I will be able to enter. I think you have closed the openings already though. I guess what I am asking is what or how do I get started? Help me please; I want to be me again! I want to be here for my 12 year old daughter, I am so scared because I have a lot of belly fat. Can you please help me?

I just have to say you both are awesome. I am working on dropping some pounds myself and this show really gets me motivated. I commend both of you for doing what you do with the contestants on this show.

how do you lose weight if you have physical problems with your body. I'm tired of being heavy. I want to feel better about myself. Tired of having pain all the time, and want to look good but can't do alot of things without having more pain. Is the biggest loser ever going to have a show where people with physical problems can go on the show too.

Have you ever considered doing a child and parent biggest loser? My son and I would love to do this but he is only 7, maybe even a biggest family loser??? That way the whole family can learn how to eat correctly and how to exercise together regardless of age. My husband and I have 3 kids, 16, 11 and 7.

In short; I had a home built; first stress trigger, lost job started another; second stress trigger, moved less than a year later to take a relationship to the next level, to a place with no family; third stress trigger, another job. You see he was a youth pastor and I couldn't ask him to move. Finally, he asked me to marry. I did my own wedding planning and did all the invitations and programs and only had two weeks to plan and get married before we moved again. He was to attend Andrews University, fourth stress trigger. Shortly after the move I was informed my sister had cancer, stage four colon that had spread to her liver; fifth stress trigger. I was diagnosed with adrenal burn-out and suffered from bouts of depression therefore developed emotional eating.

Jillian, I am turning 51 and used to weigh 125, I have been dieting walking cut sodas out of my life totally, Drink water(8 bottles) a day. eat special K every morning with soymilk . eat fruit fish , turkey vegis, and I am not losing any weight, I drink 2 bottles of water with apple cider vinegar(organic) Have not lost any weight. Hey Jillian,

Could you reccomend some ways I could just do some strength training, and muscle tone? That would be awesome! I am also going to be helping a friend of mine this summer to try and get in shape and lose some weight just wondering if you could give me a few pointers on what to start with and how to control the eating aspect.

I am a HUGE Jillian fan and would love to see one of the girls win. Woohoo! go girls!

Thanks, Taylie

How do you both approach training people with physical disablities? It would be nice to have a biggest loser show devoted to that theme.

Jillian-I read your book, Making the Cut and I'm currently on day 3 of the workouts. (WOW) I'm having trouble with the meal plan because I do not eat red meat or chicken--any suggestions?

Do you ever deal with depression. Im bipolar, when Im doing well, i am very active, gym, biking, and am on an inline skating team. But when i in a dpwn cycle i cant get out of bed. No doctors, or meds have stopped the cycling. Exercise helps me them most so when i am down and not exercising its kills me--hard to get out of the funk..any advice.

Bob/Jillian: you are both amazing people. I cannot afford a personal trainer, but if I could, I would want someone like either of you. Though, at the same time, I can't imagine being able to do all that you would expect of me. I hurt just thinking about it. :)

Hi Jillian & Bob,
Just wanted to let you know that you have inspired me and my husband as well. We have been doing "biggest loser" at home along with the show. Although we have not lost that much weight but it feels good to run a mile or walk 2 and not be out of breath. I would like to lose 20-25lbs. I am very active in sports, exercising and working in the yard. I feel good know but am still not losing the weight. So I can't tell you enough how much you have inspired me and so have the constantants. Thank you and good luck to all the players.

Jillian I was suprised on how you played favorites for certain girls (Brittney and then Ali). I felt you had Kelly already written off.
I've got to say I've seen a softer side of you Jillian. Bob you're the best. It was hard rooting against you because you had all the heavy weights :( I've always rooted for the "Blue" team. I loved all the extra tips you guys shared FABULOUS ..Thanks

Hello Bob and Jillian,

I have missed the last two times to enter for the biggest loser and have been so sick because of it. Every time I try to enter, I would just go so blank when it would come to the video. I just could not bring myself to tape myself. I am watching tonight with tears wishing it were me and how I want to feel so proud of myself how I want so bad to lost this fat!

I know I need direction and to be in a atmosphere where I can focus on me. You see, I have gained 120lbs over the last 6 years and I am a 5'4" female who weighs 278lbs. I have not always been heavy but have been up and down, just not this big. If I may tell you how I came to be so heavy.

So I eat relatively healthy, but I can only take so much chicken and turkey! I don't like seafood so that's not really an option for me. Is there a cookbook that you guys absolutely love or that you recommend because I need new healthy recipes and there are so many out there that I don't trust! Help me and the thousands of others who are sick of the same food, prepared the same way!

Thanks,
Stace

PS. Way to go with the contestants this season! I get remotivated every week by you guys being hard@$$e$! Thanks!

Bob & Jillian you are great. Jillian why is it so difficult to get your new DVD. Bob u are such a softy. Thanks for helping in letting things out and just hit the road to success.

Jillian - glad for you that both girls are in the finale - sorry :)

Also, that the oyster scene last week was so funny, that would have been me, running away.

Go Kelly!

Jillian: You are so HOT!!!!!! Sorry Bob, not so much!

GO GIRLS!!! How many times can we vot on the guys?

It must be amazing to see the women come thru the way they did Jillian. I remember after Brittany left she had no hope for the women whatsoever. I wish everyone on the show the best and love tuning in to watch. I look forward to it every week! What inspiration!! GO MARK!!!!

Thanks for doing the show, Bob and Jillian. You two are the best.

what are they eating to drop so much weight??? or are they just working out so many hours a day??? way to go girls!!!

I love you both, been watching show since day one. Get so motivated with each show, but after a couple weeks I loose that motivation.
I have just started up a new routine. Including lots of walking.
I use the Biggest Loser workout DVD. Jillian I have your workout DVD's but I find them very difficult!! LOL! Any suggestions to keep motivated?

Hey Bob & Jillian,

As an aspiring personal trainer, what advice do you have for becoming successful?

Bob & Jill,
Congrats on this season! Thank you for caring! I hope to be on the campus soon!Love Ya!!!

I have lost 300 lbs with gastric bypass surgery. Will I be able to lose anymore? I can't seem to. I still weigh 214. I am a woman 42 years old 5'10". I had the surgery about 3 1/2 years ago.
Can you help me. Stacey

Can either of you be contacted for private training? Always been overweight I would love the opportunity to train even one month with either of you.

I am 55 years old and weigh about 350 pounds. I have tried everything, including lap band surgery to lose weight. Whatever I try works for awhile, then I go off and gain it all back and then some. I have severe arthritis in my knees, so I can't do a lot of exercises. What do you suggest?

I'm hoping that I'm the only one not clear on this, but please help me out ... on this website, are we voting Mark or Roger out of the finale, or into it ?????

Hey guy their is noone like you to push the players to the limits. keep up the good work.

Jillian,

Before Brittany was sent home, you had said that you were going to try something a little more drastic and increase her sodium intake (if I recall correctly). What does this do and in what cases would this be used?

I don’t have much weight to lose. (I currently weigh 142 lbs and am 28 years old.) I have been working quite hard to lose just a little bit of weight, but it does not want to come off. In fact, I have gained weight in the past four months that I have been working out. Do you have any tips for my situation?

Both you and Bob are a great inspiration and it has been truly amazing to watch all of the lives that you have helped to transform.

I was once the #1 ranked athlete in the US in the sport of judo. Since retiring in 2004 I gained 100 lbs, I have just recently started working out again, after having a baby and letting myself go. I would give anything for your help.

What is the best exercise for toning thighs and stomach? (Age 38, 2 kids, recently lost 53 pounds)

have u guys ever heard of the rotation diet?? My friend is attempting to do it and it goes against everything u guys teach.

In the slew of comments on the original post there was a comment/question about when it is "that time of the month" and being unable to feel full regardless of what you eat. I'm seconding that question. I very rarely get hungry unless it is that time of the month and then I just eat and eat and eat--what should I (or anyone else) do in that situation?

Hi, I am 33 years old and I have avascular necrosis disease in my hips. Along with arthritis that has formed and bone spurs. I also have high blood pressure and diabetes. My BMI is over 55. It is great to see how two people that actually care for others and hope that they succeed! Thanks! Who knows maybe one day I'll get a chance to meet you guys.

obesity is so huge in US, but everything to lose weight cost an arm and a leg. What are some affordable ways to lose weight.

Bob & Jillian, thank you so much. I got very inspired by both of you and can say that i have lost 21 lbs in 7 weeks and on my way back to my high school weight. Thank you so much.

Hi Bob and Jillian,

I love you guys and the show. You get my competetive juices flowing and I know if I were on the show, which I need to be, you guys would fight over me. I'll take either one of you and give you a run for your money.

I made the Victory over Obesity one because I am wanting to show how a lot of hard work and determintation can MAKE anyone reach (which seems to be UNLIKELY) dreams or goals they may have! I am SOO PROUD of sticking with this news years resolution I made last year! I do currently have about 6 pds left. I have hit a plateau in my weight loss.. but I seem to think its because I am toning up. I have more defined legs (less cheese (YUCK) and arms are getting shaped good!. In my first pic you will see I weighed 262 pds right before I gave birth to my lil PRINCESS Kaitlyn. I lost some throughout the yrs BUT NEVER all of it.. so I have STRUGGLED EVERY since I started having the babies with my weight! When I had weighed in when having DYLAN in the hospital I weighed 248 or 252 pds!!! CRAZY! But soo TRUE! I lost up to 219 pds. AND that's when I decided ENOUGH was enough! I started watching what I ate nearly a year ago to mark the date (Don't remember the EXACT date but its around now or a few days/wks later). ANYHOW! I NOW weigh 147 pds ( my height is 5'7" so this is a PERFECT weight for my height)!!! A difference of 72 pds!!!!! I am NOW a size 8 and in the BEST shape I have EVER thought imaginable!!! I am trying to get to 142-140 pds.. that's my GOAL weight! I don't want to be supermodel thin-just in shape..

This is MOST amazing thing I've done-AND because of this I'm going to do MORE amazing things!!!
Accomplishments:
* I can NOW go up stairs WITHOUT being winded!! (YEAH)
*I can ACTUALLY run miles ( BEFORE I couldn't even run a mile)
* I NOW love to shop for stuff because EVERYTHING seems to fit ME!! (NEW BODY equals NEW look):)
* My self esteem is threw the roof, the way I talk, my pose, my confidence is ALL positive!

Inspirations:
* My kids-so I can have energy to play with them and LIVE longer to hopefully don't have heart disease (which we all know is brought on by obesity!)
* Biggest Loser- seeing how they (contestants) can transform their bodies motivatied me! If "they" could do it- So COULD I!!! I just needed the will power & determination too! I wasn't winning $$ like them- but I was the BIGGEST winner of it ALL- because "I" won my BODY back along with my self confidence! And that's worth MORE than $$ can EVER buy me!!!
* My husband- wanted to be a "trophy wife" for him. lol (Not doing too bad now *wink*) AND he too has now lost 25 pds!! His ONLY got 10 more pds and his met his goal weight of 185 pds! *super excited* Mike's actually "BUFF" more than I have EVER saw him to be!! *my man has GUNS* *GRINS!*
*My father-in-law- he has NOW lost 25 or 30 pds now himself! WOW- what an achievement!!!
* Kathy Rhodes- WOW she's a KNOCK OUT! LOST 30 pds herself AND still going!!!! :)
* God- helping me open my eyes to his path for me to walk with him & with my family! FOREVER grateful Because I was BORN to LOVE him!

I now call myself a Obesity Survivor! I have sweated out mile by mile and inch by inch! Temptations DO NOT stand a chance ANYMORE-because they are NOT worth it! I've taken my body & life to a whole other level! Because making my life more healthier so I can live longer to see my children have children is worth MORe than ANYTHING in this world!!!

I wanted to share my story with you all because I am OVERCOME with happiness!! And if YOU are wanting to change your lifestyle or have weight loss goals "just maybe" I can INSPIRE you too!! I KNOW I am glad I was inspired from ALL of those!!!
So- DON'T be afraid to DREAM big, because it CAN happen! Just look at "my dream!" AND- Now I have MANY more dreams to full fill! *AMEN to that*

~Love Always~

What is the best exercise for toning thighs and stomach? (Age 38, 2 kids, recently lost 53 pounds)

tomorrow I will not sit on the couch. thank you for allowing me to watch and learn over the past 4 months. I have so much weight to lose and am scared to make the first step however just over 2 years ago I suffered a severe double pulmonary embolism and lucky to have survived that. I need to give myself that second chance I deserve. You have all been such an inspiration to me I just wish I had Bob and Jillian to help me put one foot in front of the other

I recently injured my leg and have not been able to walk my usual 3 miles each morning. What exercise would you guys suggest that would not require any impact on my right leg?

WAY TO GO KELLY! GIRLS KICKED BUTT TONIGHT! Jillian you are the greatest!

One question. Jillian will you marry me!?

Please give me the chance to be on the show.

How do I get in on this?

Hi Guys,

You know, we find out EVERYTHING about the contestants on the show but really don't know much about you guys...so how about it? Any significant others on the other side of the campus doors?

As women, how do I stay focused during that time of the month? Its so hard for me to go to the gym during this time?!?

Do you secretly have a favorite that you hope will win?

How does one actually start "working out"? Just want to keep riding and staying healthy.
