Okay so is there REALLY a way to get your body back after having a baby? I cannot believe how my body has changed and it is sooo frustrating! The skin on my stomach is so loose now and has the most horrible stretch marks...plus, having a nursing 6 month old makes it really difficult to get any workout in and seriously focus on loosing weight. Any suggestions?

YOU both are an inspiration to me as well as my family!! We have not missed the show on this season!! Since the show started my husband and I joined the club, then we went further, and the gym for the whole family. We all lost a total of 45lbs! We eat healthier and exercise more. My trainer loves the show as well and tapes it when she cant watch it. She makes me do most of the things she sees on the show. So I feel right there with Bob on my shoulder and Jillian in my ear, to keep going! My favorite thought is to achieve in anything you must step out of your comfort zone. For the first time in my life I have control of my eating habits and I no longer look at the scale as an enemy. I do measure my success by my body fat composition. One year and 3 months ago I weighed around 220 to 225 pounds. A friend of families that I have known since I was about 7 years old put me into physical therapy for my ankle.
Over the past year and 4 months I have lost over 50 pounds. I now weigh 152 pounds.
Here is my question. I am so afraid of gaining the weight back that I lost. How do I keep from doing that?? I do go and work out 3 days a week. Two of the days I do water aerobics, and one day I do the weight machines. I also watch what I eat, and I try not to eat in between meals. I also watch how much I eat. I still eat the junk food, and because of the boys and sports are meals are not that healthy at times.
I am so very scared???? I just don't want the weight back on. I am somewhat limited with what I am able to do due to a second surgery that I had done on my ankle. I have only been off of my crutches completly for only one month. What do I do???? I don't know how I did it, but I did lose weight while I was on my crutches over the past 7 months!!!!! What advice are you able to give me.

I have had 3 major surgeries that have caused some sort of nerve damage in different areas of my body. My problem with losing weight is finding a workout that works both for me and with my problems. I really don't have enough to lose to be able to be on the show (I am 5'4" and 153lbs.) Too bad there couldn't be a show for people with limited disabilities that you could work with.

I love the show so much and would love some great advice for my so to be 14 yr old daughter. She is about 195 lbs and she wants to lose weight but we really can't afford a 24/7 gym for her to go to. She eats the stuff at school and we know its not nutitional for her. And at home we really dont know how to perpare foods for ourselves in a more health way. Just want to say thanks for the inspiration. Even though I am at the opposite side of the weight spectrum I have had to always fight to change the first impression of being week and uncapable. I think this season has been the best. I had a question, I recently had ankle surgery and diet alone is not producting any weight loss. I was wondering what some good exercises to do that will not put pressure or strain on my ankle. (besides swimming no one wants to see shamu unless they're at SeaWorld) Thank You and keep up the great work getting America thin!

Hi! Love you guys and the show!! I have a question for you both regarding my personal workouts/diet. I'm 36 yrs old & had my 5th child 8 months ago. I had complications during the delivery and needed an emergency c-section. It was the 1st one I ever had and I think my abs really paid for it!!! I have been working out for about 4 months now, (I had complications after the delivery too so I couldn't do anything for the 1st few months), and I am still having issues w/my belly/buns. I'm ALWAYS hungry and it is very hard for me to eat only 1200 calories a day, after all I'm running after 5 kids, 12 yrs-8 months old. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I just love watching your show and I usually work out while watching. I have been feeling very tired lately and belive that I am suffering from overtraining I use a calorie calculator and I have been burning between 2000 and 3000 calories a week through exercise probably for the last month. I have decided to take a 5 day rest period. Do you have any suggestions... how do you keep the contestants from getting overtrained?

You have been a huge inspiration to me. I have now lost a total of 200 pounds. I got motivated into losing weight by seing the biggest loser show a couple of years ago. I can relate with the changes these people are experiencing with the weight loss as I have experienced many changes since my drastic weight loss. People still can't believe that I have lost all the weight that I have lost without surgery. I wish I would have someone like you at my side through my weight loss journey. You really inspire me.

Bob, my wife and I have been workin on losing weight since the first of December. So far, I have lost about 44 pounds. I have started to incorporate exercise into my routine. Can you recommend a couple books that would help me choose resistance training that would help reshape my body and build muscle as I continue to lose? Can you also reccomend a cardio regimen that will help maximize weight loss while increasing metabolism?

I have been watching the biggest loser loyally, and this year decided to do what I could at home. I don't have the money for trainers, so I sent to the biggest loser site and found my bmi, and began my life change. The two of you are amazing! To see such transformation of this season's participants gives me more desire to change and accomplish what I need to do. I am 50 yrs YOUNG but unfortunately only in my mind. This weight I've gained has really aged my body. My knees are a mess! I've already had one arthroscopic procedure on an injured knee (for which the surgeon says my obesity plays no role in...hogwash!) and really don't want to endure any more of them. Jillian, I used to think (before this season) that there was no way in hell that I'd ever agree to have you as one of my trainers on the show when I win an audition! I have notticed that I am a rut and I can't get out of it. I have used food in the past as a wall to not let any one know what I am feeling. I am only 23 years old and over 280 lbs but I can't get myself in letting the wall down at home do you have any advice.

I am an overweight female that searched and found a fitness boot camp to attend, but my biggest obstacle is that I have severe SHIN SPLINTS when power walking or running and they hinder me greatly. I love who I am on the inside but hate who I am on the outside and how it has made me view myself and life. I have a husband and two children that need me and need me to be around. I have taken the first steps and cut back on unhealthy foods and began a memebership at 24 hour fitness. I still don't know if I can do this. It is so hard to look at the scale and at how much weight I have gained throughout the years and how much weight I need to loose. I am 5'3" and weigh almost 270 pounds. Everyone in my family is overweight and I dont want to live like that and I dont want my children to have to deal with a weight issue. I now that I will need discipline and I am in need of some kind of inspiration to help me push through this life changing experience. I cannot live like this anymore. I have no energy for my children like I want and I feel depressed much of the time. I think you guys rock and this show is awesome. Very emotional for me. And I wanted to say "You go girls! I had a gastric bypass on April 13, 2000 and I lost 134 pounds in a year including the other 2 surgeries. I have to tell you that I feel bad after seeing Ali and watching how she has changed. I have not really watched the show until I would see her on TV and then I had too. She has done an amazing job! I wish I could learn how to tone and build muscle now. As for me, I have a labral tear in my hip. I have gained 25 lbs from the experience. I have lost 10 lbs of that 25lbs just watching my nutrition. Since January 1st. I struggle to exercise as the injury affects so many muscle groups. I have been trying to walk between 1-2 miles a week to minimize the stress on my muscles. Hi..I admire you both for how you keep the contestants motivated...my question for you is...I quit smoking almost 2 yr. ago and have gained 52 lbs. I'm in a weight loss program but it's going really slow. My body, especially my stomach looks horrible...how can i get some muscle tone back as i'm trying to lose weight? i know nothing about weights and we don't have a gym where I live.
I need help! Iβm 20 years old and weigh 290 lbs. Iβve always struggled with my weight and Iβm sick and tired of it! I hate going shopping with my friends because they can all shop in the junior/young adult section so I just have to sit there and watch them try everything on. I want to ENJOY shopping, not dread it. As for me, I have a labral tear in my hip. I have gained 25 lbs from the experience. I have lost 10 lbs of that 25lbs just watching my nutrition. Since January 1st. I struggle to exercise as the injury affects so many muscle groups. I have been trying to walk between 1-2 miles a week to minimize the stress on my muscles. I feel that Teens should be able to lose weight, simply because being a teen is harder then what it used to be. There is almost always a psychological component to weight issues. Have either of you dealt with significant weight issues of your own in the past, which may help you understand what these contestants might be going through? If not, what has prepared you for dealing with that mental block to weight loss (or especially to maintaining weight loss)?

I LOVE watching the show! I am a stay at home mom of 3 boys... since I do stay at home I find it is difficult to find the time to get out of the house to workout. I have large arches on my feet and it becomes painful after a few days of working out usually so painful that I am limping around for weeks. Is there something that will help, my doctor just says my arches are big and most shoes and padding arent made for my feet.

I am trying to lose about 7 pounds and find myself hungry all of of the time and am trying to maintain 1700 calories. Any suggestions? Hello! I am a mother of 3 with my newest only being 5 months old. I can't complain much I am only a size 10 weighing 150 pounds. My concern is that I have a very unattractive lower waist line. Most diets say that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week. Most contestants are lossing more than that. Is it ok to combine diet and exercise and lose more than 2 pounds a week safely?

I am on this very low carb, low fat diet. Basically I eat less than 800 calories a day and i'm supposed to take potassium pills and vitamins to make up the difference, and I also get B6/B12 shots three times a week. It is supposed to guarantee 5 pounds a week weight loss. I have lost some weight, but I'm so tired I can barely function. And I am so tired of eating chicken breast and steamed vegetables. They also tell you that you are not allowed to exercise while on the program. There must be a better way to lose 40 pounds by the summer???

My question is about caloric intake. If my daily caloric goal is 1,200 to lose 2 pounds per week and I workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes and burn 400 calories, does this mean I should or could be consuming 1,600 calories per day?

I was in a car accident 13 1/2 years ago and broke both legs including my left ankle and left knee. Since then, i have gained about 100 pounds. A lot of your exercises on the show are very difficult if not impossible for me to do, including squats, lunges and running. Do you have any suggestions?

I joined snap fitness at the beginning of the year and was really excited and loved to go and felt great about it, until I wasn't seeing the results on the scale. Hi Bob & Jillian - Love you both. I was injured in a bad fall 2 years ago and have lost more than 50% use of my left leg. What kind of excerises can I do to strengthen muscles, etc. I have been loosing weight following the eat when your hungry and don't over eat rule but I am not active due to my limitations.

I wanted to auditon but my concern is how do the bills get paid while I am on campus for 4 months? I am a single mom and the only income for my children but I am so tired of feeling this struggle and trying only to wind up at square one.

Some of the ingredients I see on the receipes posted are things I have never heard of. Are these available in regular grocery stores or only in Health Food Stores? Also, it always seems like it costs more to eat healthy. Any suggestions?? Thanks and love you guys!!

I've been big for 26 years and I want to change that. My goal is to lose 50 pounds (30 at the very least) by November 2008. I have joined Curves, I have given up soda all together (3 months soda free now!) & my husband and I are eating high protein/veggies & very low to no carbs. I have really bad back (pinched sciatic nerve) & knee problems. I feel like every time I start to get somewhere, my back freaks out on me and then I can't do anything for at least two weeks! Every time I feel like "its starting to work" and I'm staring to lose something, I have to stop working which makes me stop losing. I get so frustrated & angry with myself and so discouraged it makes me want to just give up. I've thought about trying out for the Biggest Loser but I really don't think I could physically handle it (due to my back/knee issues).
How do I stay motivated to keep going? What can I do differently? Is there anything I can do on my own when I can make it to Curves when my back is out (I'm lucky if I can even walk when this happens)?

Bob, it was great meeting you last week in NJ! I was just wondering how often you two recommend a person on a weight loss plan weigh themselve? I've heard varying opinions; a professor told me once a day, other programs say once a week, I generally do it 3-4 tims a day haha. What is right?
Hello Bob and Jillian...we never get to see either of you work out on the show. What sort of workout regimen do you follow? What's a typical day for you? I'm also curious on how much Jillian weighs...you look great!
What are your thoughts on gastric bypass. My husband had the surgery on 12/18 and has lost 108 lbs. He does work out on our gazelle for about 45 minutes daily, but he's looking for something with more cardio. Any suggestions?

Love the show β I blame my mother for getting me addicted. Iβve been struggling for the past year or so to lose my βcollege weightβ which is about 35+ pounds. Iβve tried other βdietβ programs, hiring a personal trainer, etc. but nothing seems to work for me. I really been struggling with stress in my life as well although it has somewhat diminished recently. I was hoping you could give me some pointers/work-out plans/nutrition plan to follow. Thanks!!

I Know I need to lose weight at least 80 pounds but I have asthma. I know it's not an excuse and I'm tired of using it as one. What do you recommend for someone with severe asthma who's doctors want me to lose weight to better my health.

I only have about 30 minutes a day (during the week) that I can give to exercising. What is the most effective thing I can do to lose weight in that short amount of time? I'm not a runner so please give me another suggestion. I love you guys!

As for me, I have a labral tear in my hip. I have gained 25 lbs from the experience. I have lost 10 lbs of that 25lbs just watching my nutrition. Since January 1st. I struggle to exercise as the injury affects so many muscle groups. I have been trying to walk between 1-2 miles a week to minimize the stress on my muscles. I am trying to find weight routines for my upper body to assist me. Can you suggest anything to assist me? Iβm used to being very active and I was a runner before the injury. Iβm not much of a swimmer so that is not an option. I look forward to hearing from you.

I love your show. I makes we want to get up and lose the 300 pounds or more. I have several health issues that prevent me from being able to go a lot of exercises. I am 48 years old and have to have both my knees replace due to a genetic disease. I currently work full time and attend school full time. I go into the doctors every 3 months to have injections in my knees. Two years ago the doctor told me I need to lose weight which I have lost 30 pounds. Just last month he told me I could have my knees replaced anytime know instead of waiting till I get older. I graduate next year and then will consider the surgeries. My question is what kind of exercise can I do that does not put any pressure on the knees since my knees do not bend far enough to even ride a bike and I am unable stand longer than 10 minutes at a time since I am bone on bone in the knees. I would like to do some exercises but have no ideas of what I can do.

I would like to GAIN at least 20 lbs. I have a rare genetic condition known as Nail Patella Syndrome (NPS), which makes weight gain very difficult. Over the years, I have tried to slow my metabolism down by practicing many of the bad habits that you see among biggest loser contestants. This has not worked for me, and all the junk food I have been eating over the years is slowly starting to take its toll (e.g. frequent IBS attacks, fatigue etc). I am turning 40 this year and want to adopt a healthier lifestyle but at the same time, I do NOT want to lose weight. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated! I wish your website offered a weight gain as well as a weight loss program, however I know that I am in the minority.
P.S. Exercise has always been somewhat difficult for me as my muscles; tendons and ligaments seem to be misaligned due to the NPS. I do not want to have to pay for an MRI to determine the configuration of my joints just to undertake an exercise program, so perhaps you could recommend some exercises. I have been told that kenetic close chain connect exercises are best but I have no idea what these are. The last time I undertook an exercise regime to bulk up (18 years ago) my legs became even thinner, perhaps being a side affect of also having less muscle on my arms and legs than people without NPS. Therefore, I have consigned myself away to living a very sedentary lifestyle. Thanks in advance for you help.

Because of the Biggest Loser, I have been able to stop smoking and I am now working out everyday. I promised my son that I would quit and get healthy for him before he lost his battle with leukemia and this show has pushed me to go for it because I watched every week this season and seeing the contestants succeed has shown me that it can be done and I can keep the promise that I made to Aaron. Thank you to Ali for her wonderful attitude...you are my angel!!!

help I am a 46 year old woman weight 220lbs workout 5 days a week for an hour a day cardio 5 days a week weight training 3 days a week, I can swim 72 laps in an hour. and yet in 3 months have only lost 6 lbs! lots of inches but the pounds stick like glue what am I doing wrong! My frustration level is unbelievable.

Let me first say You guys are awesome- But I need your help -I love what you are doing for overweight people around the world, myself being one of them- I am a 29 year old stay at home mom of 2 ages 2 and 5 and let me say I am to young to feel this crappy- I weight 220 and am 5β8. I feel like I am stuck in a terrible rut- I have lost myself and put myself aside and I do not know how to put me on the list again I sit there and watch you guys with your βteamsβ and cry I only wish I had someone to push and teach me like you have for your teams- I know I need to lose weight not only for myself but for my kids too- I see how my 5 year old is struggling with her weight and that is all my doing β I know you always say there is something underlying to why over weight people are the way they are. I only wish I could figure mine out. I do not know who this person is anymore when I look in the mirror. I love my family and know I am loved but they just cannot give the push that I need - I have thought several times about trying out and know that the money is not the reason for doing it, the reason is to get healthy so my kids have a happy healthy mom and they are healthy too.

I have been on my weight loss journey for a long time. I am a Lifetime member of WeightWatchers, but I am not satisfied at my current weight. I weight 143 and I am 5'3". I want to be between 130-135. Also, I want to get rid of the extra belly fat. What are your suggestions? I wish I couldtake the time to beon the BL. I am working on my own just watching calories so far. Due to a work injury exercise is not possible at this time. Although physical therapy is work. My question is I am 5 ft nothing and weigh 248 lbs (I have lost 12 lbs in 4 weeks) how many calories do I need minimum to lose at a steady rate? I am currently trying less than 1000.

Hey there Bob and Jillian. I've read on here about others with back problems wanting to lose weight, and I wish to be one of those. The only problem is I have a big disability to overcome and even though I do diet I can't really exercise very well. Do you have any suggestions for someone who wants to lose close to 100 pounds but can't exercise the way I see you guys do it on the show. I have knee issues that I'm getting worked out by with a doctor and back problems but I don't want to be overweight any more. And no my problems didn't come from the weight, the weight came from the injurgies that I've suffered; but the weight doesn't help at all.

You guys are THE BEST! I'm addicted to this show and shed the tears right along w/ everyone! Tomorrow, 4/9, will be 5 years since I had Gastric Bypass surgery and I have lost and kept off 135 pounds. I have been at the same weight for 2 years and need a way to kick start the weight loss again. I can't find anything to kick in for me. I'm 31, 5'7 and 195. I appreciate any and all advice. On the show you said the water is essential to rid the body of latic acid, toxins, etc... How much water do the contestants drink to survive daily 4-6hr workouts??? I am sore for days after working out normally.

First of all, Jillian, I love you and your attitude!
My question is this. I have lost 88 lbs and am now 131 @ 5'5" which is a good weight, I did it with a healthy diet and exercise, but I still have loose skin and fat around my mid-section, thighs, and upper arms. I have been working with weights and resistance training for about 6 months now at home, and those areas are better, but how do I correct those problems?
Everyone says I look awesome, but it is hard to let myself enjoy it because of this.

Love the show and never miss a week. Have struggled all my life on and off with my weight and right now the fight is on. I hear the recommendation for the Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal weekly and when I shop I notice the caloric intake is more that that than Quaker Oatmeal Lower Sugar. What is the difference or the best one~~I stay so confused!

I would like to GAIN at least 20 lbs. I have a rare genetic condition known as Nail Patella Syndrome (NPS), which makes weight gain very difficult. Over the years, I have tried to slow my metabolism down by practicing many of the bad habits that you see among biggest loser contestants. This has not worked for me, and all the junk food I have been eating over the years is slowly starting to take its toll (e.g. frequent IBS attacks, fatigue etc). I am turning 40 this year and want to adopt a healthier lifestyle but at the same time, I do NOT want to lose weight. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated! I wish your website offered a weight gain as well as a weight loss program, however I know that I am in the minority.
P.S. Exercise has always been somewhat difficult for me as my muscles; tendons and ligaments seem to be misaligned due to the NPS. I do not want to have to pay for an MRI to determine the configuration of my joints just to undertake an exercise program, so perhaps you could recommend some exercises. I have been told that kenetic close chain connect exercises are best but I have no idea what these are. The last time I undertook an exercise regime to bulk up (18 years ago) my legs became even thinner, perhaps being a side affect of also having less muscle on my arms and legs than people without NPS. Therefore, I have consigned myself away to living a very sedentary lifestyle. Thanks in advance for you help.

I am 290lbs. It is no longer a matter of losing weight to stay healthy, it is a matter of losing weight to live. I am on meds for high b/p, thyroid, and Type II diabetes. I also take meds for a rapid resting heart rate, which brings me to my question. How do I know what exercises to do with a resting heart rate of 120 when a target heart rate is so important? I have my doctors orders to get the weight off or die, but where do I start? By the way, what you guys do is amazing.

I'm a 37Y woman, and I have gained 35+ pounds since November when I began chemotherapy and prednisone treatments. I'm relatively active, and watch what I eat, but regardless of what I do, I can't seem to stop the weight gain or bring it down. Any suggestions on losing weight when there are pharmaceutical interventions involved?

I have missed the last two times to enter for the biggest loser and have been so sick because of it. Every time I try to enter, I would just go so blank when it would come to the video. I just could not bring myself to tape myself. I am watching tonight with tears wishing it were me and how I want to feel so proud of myself how I want so bad to lose this fat!
I know I need direction and to be in a atmosphere where I can focus on me. You see, I have gained 120lbs over the last 6 years and I am a 5'4" female who weighs 278lbs. I have not always been heavy but have been up and down, just not this big. If I may tell you how I came to be so heavy.
In short; I had a home built; first stress trigger, lost job started another; second stress trigger, moved less than a year later to take a relationship to the next level, to a place with no family; third stress trigger, another job. You see he was a youth pastor and I couldn't ask him to move. Finally, he asked me to marry. I did my own wedding planning and did all the invitations and programs and only had two weeks to plan and get married before we moved again. He was to attend Andrews University, fourth stress trigger. Shortly after the move I was informed my sister had cancer, stage four colon that had spread to her liver; fifth stress trigger. I was diagnosed with adrenal burn-out and suffered from bouts of depression therefore developed emotional eating.
I just turned 45 years old on April 2nd and have come a long way to see the sun again, but what is holding me down now, my weight. I do not know how to work out or even to begin. I have missed the last two chances to enter and am praying somehow I will be able to enter. I think you have closed the openings already though. I guess what I am asking is what or how do I get started? Help me please; I want to be me again! I want to be here for my 12 year old daughter, I am so scared because I have a lot of belly fat. I have never had a problem with my weight until I turned 34. It is nothing more than about 15 extra pounds now...but I know that if I don't start exercising and eating right...it will get out of hand.
I have a full time job and family which equals very limited time. What is the best way to start so that exercise is productive, manageable and consistent?

I am a 70 year old male recovering from osteomylitis of the spine. I swim for an hour 3 days a week and ride a bicycle for 30 minutes 3 days a week. I have lost 42 pounds so far but would like to know what else I can do to help me loose my weight,

Bob and Jillian: Would you ever consider doing a teen biggest loser? I am not overweight, but it would be great to see people my age doing the same thing that adults have done on the show. The teens could change and learn earlier in their lives.
So I eat relatively healthy, but I can only take so much chicken and turkey! I don't like seafood so that's not really an option for me. Is there a cookbook that you guys absolutely love or that you recommend because I need new healthy recipes and there are so many out there that I don't trust! For my job I stand on my feet ALL day, sometimes at least 6 hours straight, and I ache all over when the day is done. Is there anything (stretches? Vitamins?) you could recommend that will help with my sore muscles at the end of a long day? Thanks so much.

I have lost 64 pounds since I had surgery on my cervical spine last April and now I am down to the last 43 pounds. I live in pain with my neck and facing another surgery. I am still working out even in the pain but live on morphine 30mg and extra strengh vicodin and my weight is not moving so does these drugs hinder my weight at because I have stop others that did and wondered if this is the reason or not working because of pain and really afraid right now that when I lift weights that I will send that disc into my spine more and paralyze myself. I was a member of your site the last 3 months but did not rejoin because you exercises require so much jumping and i can not do that and really seem lost right now and not wanting to regain all that I have already lost and acheived..shellie

Hi, I am a 4'11" person who should weigh about 115-120. since nov. i have lost from just under 200 - 137. the problem i am finding with the last 20ish lbs is i have severe fibromyalgia and can not excersice as you all reccomend. i am doing the following: ab machine 15-20 reps 1-2x a wk, body ball 10-15 min 1-2x a wk, min trampoline 10-15min 1-2x a wk. i have a bike but found it really hurts after useage. the bulk of the weight left is in my stomach, hips and rear. what can i do to finally get past this wall of 135ish and reach my goal? this will be the third time i've gotten this close but never all the way.. and just gain it back from the meds i'm on.. ty for any suggestions

I think that Roger, Mark, Kelly, and Ali are the four most strongest people that I have ever seen in my 30 years on this earth. My cousin and I tried out in Columbus ohio a couple months ago But dont believe we made the cut. We both love Jillian. Bob is nice too. How could all 4 have lost so much weight the final week when people haven't lost that type of weight since the beginning? Plus, muscles weigh more than fat....how is this possible? Was it really 2 weeks worth of weight loss?

I love your show and watch it every week to see how good everyone is doing. I am from Kansas and we love our steak and potatoes or biscuits and gravy. My problem is that I hurt myself at work and now I am in chronic pain all the time. I have has two surgeries so far one to fuss my neck and one on my right shoulder. I was going to PT but then when my left arm started acting funny the doctor decided to stop PT until we can find out if I need surgery on it also. I love to run but now because of my neck not letting me look behind me I can not leave my house with out taking medicine so I will not have a panic attack. After my son was born I weighted 90 pounds, I do exercise and I do not over eat I just can not work as hard as I need too because I can not hold my body up with my arms. I have a BIG ball and a hula hoop but to use them I have to be on a good day. I am also thinking of getting a tummy tuck because all my weight is in the abdomen (I tell people I look like my butt just moved from the back to the front. The rest of me does not look bad my face, arms, upper body, and legs are very small just the abdomen is big. And I really love you show. Julian keep crying when you care for your people because it makes you not so military boot camp instructor.
Is there any chance either one of you, or both of you have a fitness or get in shape camp of weekend. Also I just wanted to say that I think both of you are great!!!

I noticed you doing a diffent cardio work out this season. Running as fast as you can go for 30 seconds, waitng 90 seconds, and then full out again for 30, doing the combination for 30 minutes. Do you feel this is more effective cardio for losing weight.

Everyone is looking fantastic - but the numbers tonight just floored me. I find myself concerned about Ali. She has lost SO MUCH weight - is she doing it safely and healthy? Is anyone concerned about her or others, that the losing-weight mindset will stick even when they're at a healthy weight and they'll be lured into an overexercising or eating disorder? I know I would find it hard to go from that strict lifestyle (on the ranch) back to normal life and not overdo it and lose too much weight.

I have missed the last two times to enter for the biggest loser and have been so sick because of it. Every time I try to enter, I would just go so blank when it would come to the video. I just could not bring myself to tape myself. I am watching tonight with tears wishing it were me and how I want to feel so proud of myself how I want so bad to lose it!
I know I need direction and to be in a atmosphere where I can focus on me. You see, I have gained 120lbs over the last 6 years and I am a 5'4" female who weighs 278lbs. I have not always been heavy but have been up and down, just not this big. If I may tell you how I came to be so heavy.
In short; I had a home built; first stress trigger, lost job started another; second stress trigger, moved less than a year later to take a relationship to the next level, to a place with no family; third stress trigger, another job. You see he was a youth pastor and I couldn't ask him to move. Finally, he asked me to marry. I did my own wedding planning and did all the invitations and programs and only had two weeks to plan and get married before we moved again. He was to attend Andrews University, fourth stress trigger. Shortly after the move I was informed my sister had cancer, stage four colon that had spread to her liver; fifth stress trigger. I was diagnosed with adrenal burn-out and suffered from bouts of depression therefore developed emotional eating.
