Kim: Listen to your body! Ask yourself out loud, "Am I being lazy or can I do more?" There's a difference between feeling physical pain and physical exhaustion. People need to understand that when they first start exercising it's not going to feel good. It's just not! I started a boot camp recently and I am sore! If you are having excess pain or broken bones or pulled muscles, talk to your doctor! Use your common sense and trust your instincts. Like I said, ask yourself out loud, "Am I being lazy or is this actually an injury?"

I recently had hernia surgery and I was wondering if I should wear like a girdle or something while I'm working out... it was 3 big hernias and I was opened from top to bottom.
