I am not a five times a day eating kind of girl. I am more of a eating every four hours girl. That's eating 3 meals and one snack.

I don't want to be constantly concerned about having to eat

So glad your back:) I recently saw on the news that bananas and milk are not good to eat because it keeps the fat around the middle of the abdomen. They also mentioned that using more coconut oil in your diet will help get the abs you want. What are your thoughts? Should I stay away from milk and bananas? And bring on the coconut oil?
