Kim: Wow, I definitely surf! I am by no means good, but I LOVE the workout and the variety of being able to do so many different kinds of exercise. I think I burn more calories fighting to get up on the board than when I'm actually on the board. I get brutally beaten by the board and the waves, but I totally love it!

I am a P.E. teacher and I teach body shaping to high school girls. Your show is a inspiration to my class. I was wondering if NBC would release the Biggest loser to school for educational purposes.

I work two jobs. What would you suggest for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of time but wants to lose weight?
How can a 28 yr old woman (on her 3rd pregnancy) tap into positive results like those on the show from diet and exercise. Can one see positive body changes such as muscle building and toning while gaining healthy pregnancy weight?
