Kim: Wow, I definitely surf! I am by no means good, but I LOVE the workout and the variety of being able to do so many different kinds of exercise. I think I burn more calories fighting to get up on the board than when I'm actually on the board. I get brutally beaten by the board and the waves, but I totally love it!
