I knew I was coming back, when they were shooting season 3. So, that meant, I knew over a year ago. Do I have a strategy for my team? Well, it didn't work out as planned. I wanted to fly under the radar and it didn't work out that way, did it? We weren't successful with targets on our backs from the other teams. But, what are you going to do?
Hey Jillian, I've applied to be on BL5. I'm worried about my knees because of degenerative arthritus. Are there any specific exercises you could recommend for the knees that would help me stand up to the rigors of working out on the show? Hope to see you on BL5..Doug

jillian i think your are the best. i recently lost 110 lbs. in 9 mons. but after a family crisis i gained 65 back and can't seem to get it off. the way of eating is still there but the exercising is not. my dad now lives with me and he has alzheimers. i can't leave him long enough to do anything that is helpful. can you suggest anything to get me going again. i need lots of help and support this time. please help if you can. thank you so much
Hey Jillian, your my fav! I am so glad you are back this year! I need your help. I am 22 tomorrow and I have an 18 month old son. My boyfriend is in jail so I don't have alot of time on my hands. Plus I am broke. I am so depressed about my weight. I just don't know what to do. My boyfriend doesn't even want to look at me anymore. Don't get me wrong he's supportive. But anyway, what should I do? I need tips really bad. Everytime I try on cloths I cry because nothing fits. It's horrible I just want to stop eating or something and I know thats not the answer. Please help!

I am really needing a trainer that is stronger than I am, one that wont let me quit. In the past the ones i have worked with are either on the cell phone or talking to other people in the gym. If I am gonna pay for time I want that time spent on me. So if they are on the phone I just sit down until they notice that I am not working out. How do I fine one JUST LIKE YOU !!!!

great to see your back!! you were missed! i have two boys with autism and i feel like i have no time for working out. any quick things i can do in small amounts of time? i am huge and have to do something because i am scared i will die and have no one to care for my two boys that need me!!
