You could say it was a little tense at the weigh-in...it was very tense, frankly! I was a little bit surprised, actually. I thought it was all in good fun, but we're all extremely competitive people and you know, the tension was there!
Hello Jillian, just want you to know that my mom and I KNOW that you are the bomb, and also I have a question for you. I am about to go into the sheriff's academy but until they call me to let me know when I will be going I'm working for a realtor and I am all over the place all the time so I'm looking to lose about 100 pts what would you recomind that i try to get ready for those 1000 military style push-ups a day? I'm sorry to say that Kim you just don't move me. You don't truely seem to care about the well being of your team... i mean really "i'm surprised that she lost any wait at all." what is that about, you team seem to lack the inspiration from you... also what is your problem with the females on "your" team? You give off the impression that you couldn't care less. Mmm let me ask you something, where you "well" liked in high school by the guys and girls? because i must be honest, you are really rubbing me and my guest the wrong way.

What type of diets and exercises do the cast use to lose so much weight in a week?
I'm actually a pretty fit person (about 16% body fat) but almost all of it is in my stomach. I work out on a semi regular basis. How much and how often should I be eating a day to lose some of that stomach fat?
i need your help i need to loose at least 60 lbs have been over weight almost my whole life and having dibits is also hard but if i could loose some i would not have to take as many shot's any help would be great thanks

Hi Jill.. I get your newsletters everyday via e-mai! Love them.. I was very athletic when younger then stopped, got married, kids blah, blah and got fat! Up to 282 at one time.. Now at 41, I have lost 25 lbs since and want to get under 220. Seems like the treadmill and 100 push-ups just are not getting me to the next level. I am thinking of joining a Boot camp program. Will that with diet get me there? Any recommendations.. VERY MOTIVATED
You all are such an inspiration! I am 36 and my doctor recently told me I will never make it to 50 unless I do something about my weight. So he wanted me to start South Beach which I did on 8/2 and have lost 22 lbs since. My question is what is the best exercise as he told me to do nothing but walk daily for 60 minutes uninterrupted. I have been averaging 40 min 3 times per week. Thanks!

i watched the show tonight and could not leave for not even a second they all worked so hard .i am about 60 lbs over wieght and have had a hard time loosing it wish i could bring you guys here to my hometown where all of you could stand on my toes and make me want to exercise

Hi! I started a weight loss group on a site I belong to. Some have been losing weight but there are a lot of us who have not been able to get motivated enough to lose. Since I am the person who started the group, I feel bad because I can not get myself to lose the weight or get active. Hi Jillian...it was great seeing you back again. I am struggling horribly right now and don't know how to get over this hump that I am in...how do you suggest that I get back on track...I have lost all my weight two times on weight watchers and now can't seem to focus on ME. I would love your help.
