Bob: The recumbent bike or elliptical is great to ease pressure on joints. I've done three marathons and it's so taxing on the body. One thing I did afterwards was a bunch of spin classes and that took the impact of my joints
Kim: Swimming is another good one. Even power walking. Bob will love this too - but it might be a good time to do some yoga!
how do you keep yourself going, for me it is very hard to push myself to keep going.
what about a boxing class? would it be good on its own or in junction with otehr work outs..what specific areas would boxing target with my muscles??
