In Contact with Previous Contestants?


Kim: Yes! I just went to Monterey for a charity bike ride with Wylie. It was awesome. I stay in contact with all of them and they are all doing unbelievably well. I find it more challenging as the season's pile up, with more and more contestants.


Bob: Thank God for email! I keep up with as many as I can. (Neal is calling me right now!) It's hard because we all have our lives, but as much as I can I keep in touch. Erik and I were just talking today in fact. The contestants get very territorial over us!

Hi guys. First off I want to say how much I respect you for what you do, you truly save lives. I am doing an article for my school paper, I actually got my inspiration from you guys. I was hoping you could talk to me a little bit about how bad things can get on the show. Changing life styles isn't easy, so how do you help the contestants slowly make this transition. And also, if you can, I would like to know what motivates you to do what you do everyday.

What is the typical day like?

as a 51 yr old female I need help devising a healthy eating plan and a exercise plan that can be tailored as I trael a lot for my job. What can you suggest. It seems that no matter what I eat or how much I exercise there is no change in my weight

I am 10 yrs younger than Jerry and I was so afraid he was going home first... he has definately given me courage now.

What is a typical meal day like for the contestants? How many calories... I know it would differ from person to person, I am just amazed at the huge weight loss numbers. Also, how many hours a day do the contestants work out?
