How many hours a day do the players workout?


They are working out between four and six hours a day. They feel it. They get one day off a week. As for their calorie intake, I play with the calories. I set the amount based on their resting metabolic rate. The amount of calories they burn doing absolutely nothing. I play with their calorie intake, so their body never gets used to just one number.

I am 50 years old. I just turned 50 and I am about 65 or 70 pounds over weight and if I do not do something soon I will have some serious health problems I start off good for ahwhile then I slip into my old habits and eat whatever I want and of course all the wrong things. I wish I could get locked up and have someone put me on a diet and push me on the excercise I watch the show and I look at everyone and wish it was me up there I sit here and just stay in my old habits and wishing and dreaming of what could be. I just want to say how happy I am you are back. If I was rich, I would hire you to train me. I have lost 120 pds and have 20 to go, the hardest of them all, what advice do you give to finish?

What do you think of the food delivery systems-that are fresh foods like ediets and zone? Do they work for people trying to lose 50lbs? And What about counting calories?

At 32, 5'8", 323 lbs how can I find that type of time to work out juggling two jobs and a two year old?

How do the contestants lose so much weight & seem so toned & no need for removal of excess skin? I am afraid to lose so much weight cause I don't want to be saggy & baggy! How do they do it??

Do you know how the system p90x works? I have been using that for my exercise and also eating weight watchers and keep track of my points. I know I will not get the results that you give these people, but what could I do to tweak this to make me get good losses each week? Thank you for any advice! Denise

realistically, nobody in the real life can work out so much. with work, kids and everything else a mom has to juggle. what do you recommend for the outsiders of the biggest losers to do?

I just want to tell all of you trainers hi and I want to tell you that your doing a great job. I will always be watching.

WOW! I think I would totally die.......but I guess they are not working. I am lucky to get in 30 mins :(

HOW can the players take 4-6 hours workout and then put that into their everyday lives to continue to achieve weightloss?!?!
