Go to local gyms and talk to friends for referrals. It's very difficult for trainers just starting out to do what I do. I don't care what people think. I don't pull the punches. But, if you are trainer just starting out, you are not going to take your team to the desert and make them pull tractors! But, the key is communication with your trainer. Tell them what you want and if they can't deliver, find another trainer!
I'm an older woman;besides not having exercised for years, (w/ the exception of occasional summer swim), my problem is i may only eat 1 or 2 meals a day.
What do you think of that theory to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day?
Heard that works, so would that be a good place for me to start?

Welcome back! I hope you mix up the blue and red and make purple...lol. No, really I love Bob and I love seeing you and Bob battling it out again....don't worry about Kim...lol...just kidding. I love the show. Personally I am a 36 year old single mother of 3 working full time and going to school full time. I weigh 285 lbs. and my annual facillitated health screening says I should weigh between 179 and 209 to be healthy. I am large framed and have massive leg muscles. I am 5'2" and the weigh is proportioned everywhere. Being so busy with work, kids, and school makes it impossible to get in a lot of exercise. I usually get 4-5 hours of sleep a night and now I am going through insomnia. Do you have any suggestions to any of my issues.

Jillian, i'm 48yrs.old and am a double amputee above knee. Since June i have lost 20lbs.I do biking for a hour and am swimming 18 laps which is 1/2 mile. I'm not losing anymore so i what can i do to get it started again. My daughter is getting marry on Dec.01 so please help me. Thanks

I went to an audition, which I didnt get picked- So what? now I sent in an audition tape with my sister.... I got your book... I am on the way.. We (my sister and I) are highly motivated... Do you think there will ever be affordable and fashionable plus size clothing for men and women? The major name brands, NIKE, Addidas, New Balance, Reebok, etc., do not have a plus size line of clothing. The only colors, Just My Size, has is black, navy, gray, and white.
Is it because “Hollywood” stars would not be caught dead in an advertisement for plus size clothes?
