Bob: They are definitely trained differently. Women's body mechanics are completely different. Having said that, with this show I train my women like they are men.


Kim: I'd have to agree. I train women differently b/c they have different problem areas: the butt, the hips, the stomach. It's important to train them differently.

Rebecca is such an inspiration! I'm not in as good shape as I could be and to see what she accomplished really motivates me to get myself fit. So amazing!

Hi, I've lost 46 pounds in 17 weeks and have not lost anything in the last 2 weeks, I'm not cheating I'm still exercising 1-2hrs a day, eating 1200 calories a day and wonder how you beat a plateau. Would love some advise

Happy to se that you are back on.You guys give me inspiration when i depressed about my wt.. I use to be a " gymohalic" I use to go 5 times a week.However,I got pregnant 3 times and with each, i was on bed rest.So i went from 140lbs and a size 5-6 to 235lbs and a size 16-18.Watching your
show gives me motivation.I had a body analysis and the trainer said that i had 121lbs of muscle. I now wt 178lbs and I am 5ft 3ins.What is my "idea" wt??

What would you recommend for people with leg limitations and inabilities to do running or lengthy walking type of exercising? Makes it difficult to do most basic type of programs effectively.

Love the show. Great job to red and blue teams tonight! Bob - you are the best and they are so lucky to have you as a trainer. I am 5'0 and 110 lbs. Had a baby by c-section 18 months ago and can't seem to lose that excess weight - mostly stomach. I watch Bob on ellen sometimes (when I am lucky enough!) and printed out his diet. Can I eat as much as I want, for example a couple of apples throughout the day? Does weight watchers work as well b/c I did have success with that a couple of months ago. Keep up the great work!

Which kind of diet is better, Low carb or more protein or neither?

Im in very bad shape and im medical disable. I dont think you can help me but here goes . im 50lbs over weigth. I havent exercize in 4year because i had my large colon remove and have a bag now. It seems sometimes that the men lose the weight in larger amounts then women..why is that?
