Kim - I think it's important for teams to see that we are emotional. I think it's important for the team to be affected positively. And us being emotional let's them know we care.
Bob - For me, I tend to get into this whole process with them in order to do my job. So it gets emotional for me because it's emotional for them.

I have been watching the show for some time now. I myself have went from 325 to 207. But recently I have gained about 15 pounds back. I watched the new show tonight and was astounded by seeing how much weight these people lose in only 1 weeks time. What can I do to lose that kind of weight before my 27th birthday by October 30th. I did lose a lot of weight in the past by walking about 40 miles a week assisting the elderly. Could walking again help me in my quest? Help me.

Trainers showing emotion is very motivating...to the team members...to me...gets me "off the couch"!

I love seeing how involved you get with your teams. It is important to see that you can empathize with them; feel their pain & their joys. Knowing you can understand to some degree what they are feeling speaks to your compassion and character.
