The key to short workouts is intensity. Burn massive amounts of calories at a short time. That means circuit training with no rest! Specific 30 minute routines are mentioned in my workout DVD's and The Biggest Loser book features circuit training tips.
I waitress 5 days a week at the airport so I'm very busy how much excercise should i be doing when i get home?
Where can we find a Jillian workout DVD? I would love to have Jillian for my personal trainer, but a DVD would be the next best thing. You are very inspirational, Jillian! I am a 52 year old woman with 110 pounds to lose. I have lost 29 pounds so far since April by walking on my treadmill, going to Curves three times a week, doing the ABs diet workout DVD at home several times a week, and trying to follow the six small meals a day plan in Bill Phillips' book, Eating for Life. It seems like I should be getting better results than I am getting. Seems like it is taking forever and I will never get down to a "normal" weight!

I was at 350 and went down to 265 yet I had no energy and felt like junk. Now I've gain some of the weight back I'm at 305 and it seems harder to lose the weight. Can you suggest anything I can do that will get the weight off and not make me feel ill?

I'm so glad your back!
I'm a 50 year old with serious health issues who desperately wants a chance to be trained and taught how to eat healthy and exercise in order to loose weight. I currently have diabetes, one adrenal gland meaning a low immune system and a severe case of the Epstein Barr Virus where my organs are inflamed. My only fight against this virus and some of it's life threatening complications is to loose weight, control my diabetes, and be totally healthy. I have recently quit smoking and need help with the rest. Do you or the biggest looser ever help folks who are sick? I'm a fighter and would do all that was asked of me! Thanks for your time. I know you have things that might help me for sale. But My drug bills are astonomical, and I just can't afford the extras. My wife is toting the load and trying to make me as happy as I can be . But if ya could help I'd feel so blessed.

Welcome back. You’re the best warrior. I’ve been working out for many years and just recently lost 90 lbs by just getting the job done. What do you suggest for the next 30 lbs that are slower in coming off? Anything to speed up metabolism?
