Everytime Nate Corddry screws up a take, Perry puts him on Josh Malina Watch.

One of the reasons I love your show is the politics embedded in a lot of the stories and dialougue - which is why I hope you'll use your considerable influence to encourage NBC to stop fighting their janitors' efforts to win decent wages and health benefits. Do you find it difficult to write and direct content that has a large connection to your personal lives? From WW2 it is clear that both of your backgrounds fule a lot of the creativity ,...but sometimes do you ever feel the need to leave some of that behind?
