My FANTASY MENU.
December 13, 2006
Happy Wednesday, blog buddies!
Wow oh wow, dieting is not easy. I'm at almost a month of eating super well with no cheating and no super-fat foods. I've literally been eating nothing but fruit and veggies and lean proteins (egg whites, chicken, fish, etc.) and up until today I've felt great.
But I'm not going to lie to you. Today I've hit a wall. I am SICK and TIRED of fruits and veggies and lean proteins. I am STARVING for crap food and my urges have TAKEN OVER MY MIND. It has become nearly impossible for me to do anything other than fixate over what I wish I were eating and, in turn, holding myself back from eating the things I really want.
But I've made a commitment to myself not to cheat. I'm on Celebrity Fit Club and I am NOT letting down myself or my teammates. I have been dieting and working out and I AM losing weight. I FEEL healthier. I like feeling STRONGER and THINNER and MORE ALIVE.
It is because of those reasons mentioned above that I need to find a way of getting this horrible, diet-cheating thoughts out of my head. But how? Then it hit me. A voice came to me and said, "Ross - turn to the same place you turn every day to celebrate life's glories and bitch about life's shortcomings... the RossBlog".
Thank you, strange voice.
I give to you today, my dearest blog buddies, my FANTASY MENU.

What's a FANTASY MENU? Easy. It's a menu of what I wish I was eating today instead of salad, chicken breast and apples.
Oh my dear Lord, I actually feel better.
Of course, if I were really to consume all of that in one day, I'd need emergency gastric bypass surgery, but still. The thought is nice.
Thank you, blog buddies, for letting me vent.
What is on YOUR FANTASY MENU? Let's gain some fictitious cyber-pounds today!
And keep sending me a picture of YOU for a holiday surprise! Send a picture of you to me at: rosstheintern@yahoo.com!
Until tomorrow!
Ross
