The Ross Blog

... and I don't really have anything to write about.

Oh well!!!

I hope ya'll have a wonderful day, blog buddies!

I'm running out the door to go on a long walk with my best friend Taya, my mom and my paw-fect little dog-ter, Louise. It's sunny outside and we're gonna walk along the river. I'll take pictures and post them tomorrow. Fun!

I HEART VACATION!!!
Ross

PS - GO SEE Dreamgirls!!! I went to see it last night and LOVED it! It's 90% perfect! Some songs are a little long and a couple should have been cut completely (in my humble opinion), but it's GREAT. Two words: Jennifer Hudson!!! She's UNREAL. And everyone esle is GREAT, too. GO SEE IT!!!

Happy Wednesday, blog buddies!

It's dark and cloudy and rainy and ugly here in Washington State and I'm loving every minute of it! It's SUCH a nice change to come up here from sunny Southern California to spend some time with my family. So far, we've just been hanging out, going shopping, blah blah blah.

Tonight I'm FINALLY going to see the movie sensation I've been DYING to see FOREVER - Dreamgirls. Expect a full report tomorrow.

I've got to tell you a funny story. Yesterday I went to the gym in town. Sure, it may be the holidays and I may be way up here in Washington State, but Celebrity Fit Club stops for no one and they'll still be weighing me in front of America when I get back home to LA. So I've been TOTALLY watching what I've been eating and TOTALLY working out.

Anyway, yesterday I went to the local gym in town and guess who I ran into. Guess. Okay, I'll tell you. I ran into Mr. Nelson, my elementary school gym teacher! Isn't that kind of funny? I was THRILLED I ran into him at the gym and not at McDonald's or a bar or something. He's still the gym teacher at my old elementary school and he looks great. Maybe there's something to this working out thing...

On another note...

Last night I went out on the town with my best friend Taya. If you read the blog regularly, you know who Taya is. We went to high school together and speak on the phone about 8 times a day. Taya lived with me for a year in LA right after college, but moved back to Washington State a few years ago and I miss her like CRAZY. So when I come into town, we hang out kinda non-stop.

Last night we decided to go a couple bars around town for a quick drink. Here we are at a cute bar in LaConner (I forget the name of the bar - oopsies!).
RT Toast.jpg

Isn't Taya cute?!?

The 2nd bar we stopped by is Althea's in Mount Vernon. And you'll never believe what night it was. Guess. Guess. Okay, I'll tell you. It was open mic night. IT IS ON! You may or may not know that I have the voice of an angel. Well, so does Taya. In fact, we have a little band called Common Ground and we shared a gift with those lucky enough to be at Althea's last night. We shared the gift of song.
RT Open Mic Night.jpg

We were AMAZING!!!

After our fantastic performance, we walked down the street to another bar called The Doublewide. Guess what we found there. Guess. Guess. You'll never guess, so I'll just tell you. We found the COOLEST jukebox I've ever seen!!! It actually downloads the songs like iTunes or something. Seriously! So you just search an artist's name and it gives you all their albums and you pick any of their songs. SO COOL!
RT Amazing Juke Box.jpg

After putting $5 in the jukebox and picking a ton of songs, Taya and I finished the evening off with class, grace and style. We slow danced!!!

In other news...

It's THAT time again - time to send me your nominations for BLOGGER OF THE MONTH!

Happy Tuesday, blog buddies!

Did ya'll have a great Christmas/holiday/Monday yesterday?!? Didya didya? I certainly did!

I went down to my brother's fiance's parents house to celebrate the big day with my mom and we had a GREAT time! In fact, Santa himself was there to greet us as we walked in!

Here's Santa and Louise:
Louise n' Santa.jpg

She looks a little scared of the big guy, don't you think?

Santa brought me a Seahawks hat!!!!
Ross n' Santa.jpg

THANKS, SANTA (even though we lost on Christmas Eve)!

My brother got to sit on Santa's lap, too.
Eric n' Santa.jpg

But the real fun was watching my nephew Kai try to figure Santa out.
Kai n' Santa.jpg

Here's a picture of Ward and Joan, Amy's (my brother's fiance) parents.
Ward Joan and I.jpg

Thanks, Ward and Joan, for a great great great Christmas day!!!

I was really touched this year by how seriously everyone took Louise. I know some people think, "Oh, what's the big deal? She's just a dog..."

Those people suck. Louise is WAY more than "just a dog" to me. She's a soul who makes me happy each and every day.

Seeing my family embrace her the way they do melts my heart. Eric and Amy got her a fancy pink Coach collar! My mom wrapped presents under the tree for her, including snacks and a new pink shawl! My mom's best friend Boni got her doggie bones, a picture frame, and a neat-o travel bowl! Ward and Joan had a stocking hanging with her name on it full of goodies! I love love love that my family takes our bond seriously. It's a good feeling.

In other news...

Today's blog would have been up WAY sooner but I was having computer issues. My computer wouldn't turn on and - for the life of me - I couldn't figure out what the problem was. "Stupid piece of crap" (Only I didn't say "stupid" or "crap").

After about a half an hour of trying to figure it out I realized it wasn't plugged in.

Oopsies!

Until tomorrow, gang!
Ross

... MERRY LITTLE CHRISTMAS, BLOG BUDDIES!!!

The day we've been waiting for is finally here! Whether you celebrate Christmas or something else or nothing at all, have a great day today!

I'm going down to spend Christmas day with the parents of my brother's fiance (Amy).

Last night we had a mini-celebration at my mom's with friends, family, neighbors, etc. It was SO MUCH FUN!

Before the party, I spent the day madly shopping for gifts. I had a lot of the "big" gifts sent to my mom's house before I got here, but I needed a bunch of "littles". I think I did pretty well! Here I am wrapping gifts yesterday afternoon (just a by-the-way, I'm wrapping a paper towel holder in paper towels - pretty fancy, huh?):
R WRAPPING XMAS.jpg

Here's my nephew, Kai, opening a Seahawks jersey and sweatshirt from my mom:
K SEAHAWKS XMAS.jpg

We're a Seahawks family and, even though they lost yesterday, we're proud fans. Here's Kai with my brother Eric (his dad) and Eric's fiance Amy:
AEK XMAS.jpg

Then my Uncle Kenny and Aunt Carol came over to visit. Uncle Kenny and my dad are responsible for teaching me how to be funny - they were wickedly funny together.
EKCRL XMAS.jpg

Louise was a paw-fect little Christmas dog-ter last night. In fact, she scored a BUNCH of GREAT presents! Here we are in front of the tree:
LR XMAS TREE.jpg

It was SO nice to be back home with my family. Christmas has always been a time for us to pull together as a "unit" and celebrate life. Last night was no different.
MER XMAS.jpg

How was YOUR Christmas Eve? What are YOU doing today?

Have a great day, blog buddies!
Ross

7:30am: Woke up. Walked Louise. Ate breakfast.
8:00am: Showered.
8:30am: Got coffee.
9:00am: Began the process of trying to do all my holiday shopping for all the people in my family in just a few hours. Otherwise known as Mission Impossible.
Noon: Kicked Mission Impossible's ass. Finished ALL my shopping.
Noon thirty: Wrapped presents like a mo-fo.
1:00pm: Started watching the Seahawks game with the fam.
2:30pm: Wrote this blog.

What's next? Drinking. Eating. Opening presents. Frickin' loving the holidays.

Have a great day, blog buddies! Pictures tomorrow!
Ross

... in just a couple hours, blog buddies!

Happy Saturday/the day before the day before Christmas!

I'm in a total rush. I have to leave for the airport in 30 minutes and my clothes are still in the dryer. After a full cycle on the "high heat" setting, the load still wasn't dry. That's probably because I put about 15 pounds of whites and colors combined in the same load trying to save time.

It turns out that doesn't work. Not only might some of my clothes get ruined, it takes like 4 times longer for a large load to dry than a teeny tiny load. Of course, had I planned ahead and done all this yesterday, it wouldn't be an issue.

To my credit, however, I was busy the last 2 days filming Celebrity Fit Club. That and I'm a total procrastinator.

Speaking of, I'm totally running late!!! I have to gather my toiletries and get Louise's stuff together before my clothes dry and I'm off in a hurry to the airport to catch my flight up to Washington State to spend the holidays with my family.

Don't worry blog buddies - the rest of the world may get baby Jesus's b'day off, but I'll be blogging like it's any other Monday (in between eating and opening presents and thanking baby Jesus and eating some more). In fact, I'll be blogging the entire time I'm gone (until Jan. 3rd), so keep checking back here every day!

Okay. I'm SERIOUSLY late. Ooopsies!

Until tomorrow!
Ross

Happy Friday, blog buddies!!!

I am in SUCH a rush. I spent yesterday shooting a "fit camp" for Celebrity Fit Club and today we're shooting the weigh-in ceremony. I have no idea when I'm going to get the crap I need to get done before I leave tomorrow for Washington State to spend the holidays with my family. Things like laundry, packing, sleeping, etc...

Oh well! I'm sure everything will work out.

To be honest, the thing I'm freaking out about the most is that fact that I still have a BUNCH of people to get gifts for and NO time to do it.

So this is my question for you: is getting someone a gift card tacky?

I can't decide. I mean, a gift is a gift is a gift, right? So who cares if it's a gift card, right? But then I think, the whole point of a gift is essentially saying, "I saw THIS and thought of YOU."

I'm worried a gift card might say, "I thought of YOU, freaked OUT that I had NOTHING, so I just got THIS to shut YOU up. Happy Holidays!"

But then again, I love love love getting gift cards. Hmm...

What are YOUR thoughts?

Okay. I seriously seriously seriously have to run.
Until tomorrow!
Ross

Hola, blog buddies!

OMG, I am SO running late - I'm supposed to meet the crew in the lobby to leave for the airport in 5 minutes, but I'm still packing and now blogging. Oopsies!

ARRGGGGGG! Sometimes I get SO mad at myself!!! WHY OH WHY do I have to shower and get ready and iron a shirt, even if I'm leaving at some unreasonable hour to catch a plane to LA when I hope and pray to just spend the entire flight sleeping?!? WHY OH WHY can't I be that super-cool person who can just put on a hat and a t-shirt and run out the door?!? WHY OH WHY AM I SO LAME?!?

And I never set my watch on local time. I keep my watch on LA time (or, as I call it, "Louise Time" because that's where my baby is). So, when I woke up this morning, my watch said 3:30am. THAT does not make it easier to get up.

OKAY OKAY OKAY! I am SO late!

I'll be blogging in the COMMENT section. That's right gang - another FIELD TRIP!

See you in the COMMENT section!
Ross

COMMENTS

I'll start! We just got to the airport and are checking in. No one else on the crew showered this morning. I am a dummy.

Now the big debate: should I or shouldn't I have coffee? I mean, I want to sleep on the plane, but don't want to be NEEDING coffee the whole flight. Hmm...

Oh, and by the way...

I'll post another quick blog entry on the main page today when I land in $lA and will post more pictures of my trip in Charlotte tomorrow.

Ross

That weird dollar sign thing was supposed to be "LA". That's what you get with a blackberry and fat fingers!
Ross

woohoo,

i'm unofficially number 1, seeing how the first 2 comments is from ross, so that dont count. rofl hope u all are having a great saturday, happy trails to you ross and safe journeys back home. :)

sonia

oh ross,

in regards to your question about coffee, why not opt for a decaf, so that way you get your coffee and still be able to sleep on the plane. :)
have a safe flight back, i bet louise will be jumping and kissing you when she sees you today. :)

sonia

Bye Ross have a safe flight. I hope you enjoyed NC like I do. I just move here from LA a few weeks ago and I am really home sick. So say hello to the west coast for me!

I just found out about your blog. It's really cool. Oh I'm so jealous of you! I wish I could do those "field trips" too! I don't care if I have to wake up at a horrible hour! :)

Grab some asprin for the caffeen headache if you can't sleep and skip the coffee is my vote.... good luck with the sleeping!!!! Happy trails to you.....

Good morning everyone!

I say go for the coffee Ross! From what I read you are going to want the coffee more than you will want the sleep.

Have a safe trip! Dont know that I will be on much today, im going to Chicago for the night!! Wooo Hoooooo, my big trip is 3 hours away. But it involves NO planes, so its a good trip. Im seriously terrified of heights, so im just taking a long shot here and assuming that Christine in a plane would be an absolute disaster!

Glad you had a good time in NC. But I know you are just itching to get back to your baby.

Have a good day everyone!

"I’m going to see the folks I dig
I’ll even kiss a sunset pig
Our Ross is going home."

Well, maybe Ross will get that reference...

Speaking of coffee, I opted for the whole pot, thank you very much.
Have a great flight ross! Don't worry about your (slight) neurosis on looking presentable. I liked the era way long ago when people dressed up on airplanes, not looking as if they were going to Kmart. But I digress.
Now, if ya'll would excuse me, I have some more coffee to drink. :) Have a great day everyone. Safe travels, Ross.

Good morning Ross, crew and bloggers11

Ross- Have a safe flight home and get some rest today. You have another big day tomorrow!!(insert Mikey with a big grin here!!)

Ross and Bloggers- I'm off to early work so I won't be able to go on the field trip. Dag nabbit!!

I just wanted to do what everyone else does and make my name blue. Did it work?? LOL. ok, im going now.

Typos and grammer in my last comment. Ahhhhhhh More coffee.....NOW!!

Have a safe flight home. Bet you can't wait to get home. Louise will be happy to curl up with you while you nap for jet lag.

WoooHOOOO it's Saturday!

Hey Ross! :) Hope you have a good &safe flight back home.

Good mornin' Ross and Bloggers!

30 degrees in Chicagoland today. Burrr!

I'm heading out the door to have breakfast with the hubby and Squirt... then it's home to put out Halloween decorations and then off to the wedding! Have a good day!

Morning everyone!

Glad you enjoyed your stay Ross!

Ross - your mornings sound like mine when I have to be somewhere at a certain time, so I had sympathy panic while reading your blog...LOL!!

Somebody was in chat last night that said they just "happened" to "run into" you(Ross) and they were wanting to invite you to a "big" party there in Charlotte. Uh huh. :-/

Oh, you guys should click on my name and see what my husband got me yesterday... Ross really needs one too!!!

Now back to my coffee IV.

Ross....isn't the LA AIDS walk today? Hope you make it back in time and are rested enough to do the walk!

Are you going to take some photo's from the walk? Hope so!

Looks like you are having fun on the road! Love the field trips!

Lora

27 DEGREES ....Burrrrrrrrr!
Damn, who called for winter this early...
Ross hope you had your coffee, you can't sleep with a caffeine headache...even if you drink decafe you'll get one......Always hydrate when going on a plane, and take some airborne before you fly to boost your immune system from those nasty in flight germs. Have fun flying with the crew...much better than flying alone.
Lil Louise will be so happy to see her Daddy! Rest and eat some carbs to prepare for you Walk LA tomorrow. Get home Safely! Nothing like the comfort of your home after returning from travel...TTYL

I am teresa an I am portuguese I hope you do a blog in portuguese you are very funny

forget

I was kidding about have a blog in portuguese

Great t-shirt, Linda! Are you going to wear it every day, all day?

Ross, we need to get you some t-shirts! I so would have opted for the hat and t-shirt (sweatshirt for me, I'm in Illinois and it's chilly here!) Oh and about the coffee, although it's too late to vote, I would have ordered a hot chocolate. :-) Just wanted you to know!

Hope you are waving at me and Annie as you pass over the great state of Illinois!

Ross, drink your coffee and you and Louise can take a nap when you get home. How did you know nobody took a shower? Is it that bad? LOL
Have a good trip home. I'll try to keep up with the trip.
Marty

Linda, what if you wear the t-shirt WHILE you are blogging? Would you be the first recursive blog in history???

Oh... and another thing. Yesterday in chat, we met newbie Andrew. Welcome, Andrew, if you are reading these posts! Ross, Andrew says he's so like you, both in physical appearance and famboyant pesonality, that you and he could be identical twins!

How about it, Mom? Have you been keeping a secret all these years???

Hope you are having a safe trip home! Off to use my $25 coupon and gift card at Coldwater Creek. Woohoo! I sing in a big choir concert tomorrow...nervous! Shopping will distract me. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

Love you Ross! Have a great day all...

Here's my secret to showering: I always take a shower in the evening sometime between the time I get home from work & go to bed, no matter how late it is. Then when I get up I can take a super fast shower, or if I wake up late (like I sometimes do) I can take a fast birdbath in the sink.

Can't wait for more pics. Glad you liked being a NASCAR pit crew member.

Ross,
Have a safe trip home. When we finally got home from Dallas yesterday, we went by the local doggie hotel to pick up Miss Daisy. OMG!!!! My canine sistah was sooooo happy to see us; she was trying to jump into the car via a CLOSED window!!!! Luckily, Daisy didn't get hurt. I'm feeling even MORE tired now that I'm "home" in SE Okla.
I guess road trips with Mom and Papa will do that to me. Oh well, whatev.....

C y'all later!!!!!!

jno

Ross, why not iron your shirt the night before so it will be ready in the morning? Not being a morning person, I look for these shortcuts to allow me more time to sleep in. *G*

I hope you're having a great flight home and are getting some rest. Bet you can't wait to get home to your baby! Good luck with the walk tomorrow, too. :0)

Hey Ross,

Don't worry, I SO do that all the time! Especially when i have somewhere important to be. Usually I end up sleeping untill about half an hour before I have to be somewhere. and I refuse to go out anywhere without a shower.

I'm so happy I get to be part of the feild trip today! I just got a new job, and it takes up my whole day and then im DEAD tired at night..I miss you guys!

Anywhoo..have a fun flight back Ross!! Ive never been on a plane before :D

Ciao,
Kendra

I showered, went to the bank, bought dog food, and still no post from Ross. What kind of a field trip if this? LOL I hope you've landed safely and are picking up Weezie for a snuggle/cuddle/nap.

Hey Whab, Jay must have been busy that summer with waitresses. He calls Ross "his son." Now you've found another ONE??????

Poor MOM, we're insulting her fine character. (We're only joking, MOM.)

Speaking of MOM, I've missed her being in chat when I sign in. IS she OKAY? or is it just that new DSL Ross got her that is keeping her away. Maybe Amish internet wasn't so bad after all - at least we COULD chat with her. Send her our love, Ross.

Have a very safe flight back home, Ross-ola!

Sarah

First off... Thanks to Whabbear for the welcome. It was a wubbulous time meeting you all in chat for a few minutes! (I said wubbulous because that's what I think of whenever I hear your name!)

Now to you, Ross... Showering and ironing that shirt before your flight does not make you lame! On the contrary... To quote Olympia Dukakis in "Steel Magnolias" in response to Miss Parton wearing lycra on her thighs at all times, "YOU were brought up right."
Secondly, add me to your friends list on Myspace already, Princess!!
(I want my name in bleu!!!)

NEWS FLASH! Joey is missing!!!!!! I hope he didn't get stuck in the luggage handling lazy susan at the airport while Stalking Ross!!! OMGawd!

Andrew, the blue shows up when you add your own website not Ross'.....If you have a myspace or other web page put the addy in the URL box when you comment. You then will be Smurfy Blue too!

holla rossi and crew! hope the friendly skies are friendly today! and soon you are home to little louise!
butter and I are chowin down on a big ole vat of chili and cornbread, that I made eaaarly this morning, (hi bear, tracey and crizzy! my 3 am chat buddies) as the weather is chilly and so chili seemed appropriate.
my favorite saying for this time of year (cause I get to wear my favorite jacket) is
IT'S LEATHA WEATHA

Hope everyone has a great saturday!!
biscy and butter

Hi Andrew!!!

Oh yeah, about ironing: Everything I wear is wash-n-wear, but still I just walk around wrinkled...Wrinkled with stains...

Marr: Mom came into chat last night. She's ok. She did have trouble with internet, but got it solved. Ross called her last night while in chat.

Ross, I never did chime in about how hot you're whole crew is. Yum. **grabs a napkin, wipes up drool**

Herro there biscuit... Oooh, I hope I am blue now. Wrinkled and stained??? Oh my my my!! Blasphemy.

I'm not gonna stup buggin' ya, princess!

Don't change ANYTHING about you,Ross. We love you just the way you are.

Don't change ANYTHING about you,Ross. We love you just the way you are.

Hey Whab - I may just have to wear that shirt everyday....at least when I go to Wal-Mart! That's ALWAYS blog-worthy! LOL

It was fun to hang with everyone in chat last night, and a big fat, i mean skinny, welcome to Andrew! (it was fun being a part of popping your Ross-Chat cherry!) :)

well crap...you'd think I could get my end brackets in the right frickin' spots.... that should've read "a big fat, i mean skinny, welcome to Andrew! ugh!

Hey Ross!

You are the greatest! I just saw your wood-chuck episode (bit behind, I know..).

When are you visiting Africa??

xx

Sydney

Gee, I didn't know there was a Ross blog cherry. I must tell my friends that I lost mine awhile back. They won't believe it anyway. LOL

Kandle Freak Linda, I want a blog shirt for Christmas. LOL
Maybe Barnum and Bailey will make up one. LOL

Do you think they are holding Joey for ransom? Where is he?

Hey gang!

I landed safely and am in the car on my way home! Yeah!!!

I posted a comment before I got on the plane, but I don't see it now. What's up with that?

I'm gonna take a quick nap at home and then start getting ready to go see Journey with my best friend Kim!

Tomorrow's AIDS Walk LA, so we won't be out too late. I'm gonna need a serious nap tomorrow night.

How's YOUR Saturday going?
Ross

PS - the movie on the plane was "The Lake House". Ehh.

PS...

Andrew - welcome!

Jeff - I TOTALLY get that reference! One of my FAV Joni songs.

Ross

Marty: Check out www.rosie.com. She has a web store that sells "go blog ur self" T-Shirts in a variety of colors and sizes. All proceeds go to help kids. The shirts are a very good quality and the sizing is full fit too.

Glad you made it home safe, Ross. Have a great night out. Today is a busy one for me. My M.A. thesis is due in two weeks and I’m freakin’! Gotta go to work now. Ciao.

YAY! Ross is home!
you are goin to see journey????? kewl.. don't stop believin.. and all that
andrew... who you callin a princess?
Crizzy!!! get typing! good luck

What no layover in Atlanta? Oh well, I'm sure Louise is mighty happy you're home. Just hangin out on a beautiful Saturday!

Hi Ross and everyone,
H ♥ A ♥ P ♥P ♥ Y
S ♥ A ♥ T ♥ U ♥ R ♥ D ♥ A ♥ Y
Ross, I'm so glad that you made it home safely!!! I'm totally like you when it comes to showering, etc. I just recently got to the point where I'll run out to the store without showering, putting on makeup, etc. I would rather be like this than be someone who didn't care what I looked/smelled like. Ross, you should be glad that you're the way you are. And, amen about the breath mints. Have fun tonight. Luv u all!!!!!

Glad Ross made it home and that MOM is okay.

I'm watching The Farmer's Almanac on PBS TV. They taped lumberjack competition, too: interviewing 3 of the same people Ross talked too. Also showed the boom run, the ax "bull's eye" throwing and the fast chain saw. I looked for Ross in the "wide" shot, but didn't see him anywhere.

Biscuit, are you bringing cyber chili into chat later? I'd shure like a bowl. It's chilly here too in southern Ohio.

Marr... SURE!!!
cyber chili all around!
I have to say it's my best batch yet! it's pretty tasty!
watching 1 vs 100 and I have to say I'm addicted.. wish I could try out for that show.. I could pay off my house!

Hey Ross - glad you made it home in time for the Journey concert. **snicker** "So now I come to you, with open arms..." Hee hee!!

Bisc - I watched that show last night (1 vs. 100) and I feel my addictive personality rearing its ugly head too.

Hi Ross and Bloggers!

Welcome Home Ross!! At least you made it home in time to veg out tomorrow and watch the Seahawks. Give Louise a big smooch for us all, put your feet up, have a drink and enjoy some Baked Lays. You deserve the break!!

Biscuit~ I watched the new trivia show too and enjoyed it, but can you believe that some of those questions were answered incorrectly by ANYONE? Like Berry said, "I want to be in the mob!" How do you get to be one of those people??

JAC~ Thanks for the call!!

Joey~ Where have you been? I haven't chatted with you since Wednesday night.

Mikey~ Guess what Berry just put together to send your way? I hope you enjoy it!!

Enjoy the Journey Concert Ross! I am off to take the kids to see Open Season tonight. Hoping it is as funny as it looks on the ads.

Hope you all have a great weekend...GO SEAHAWKS!

Duh, I just realized you can't hang out with your feet up tomorrow and watch football. You have the LA AIDS WALK... such a great cause you are walking for. Look for Jai Rodriguez... I told him to say HI to you!!

Ross,
Glad you made it home safe and sound!
Have a great time tonite at JOURNEY!

I saw "The Lake House" about 3 weeks ago and I am still CONFUSED!!!!

hi Ross~

what a fun trip we all took with you!
wow
that was cool
love the pictures yesterday too..

take care
smile
peace
and enjoy your sunday

:)

Debbie

p.s tommorrow night i will see Bill Acosta

glynis ~ have to agree.. that was some of the EASIEST trivia evah! Seriously!~ those "deal or no deal" girls didn't make it very long now did they? LOL.. maybe next time they can get Kendra, Bridgette and Holly from the playboy mansion.. somehow I believe they would fare better.

and could ANYONE explain "the lake house" to me?? I just don't get it.. 2 years apart? WTF? I just really seriously don't get it.. and I love Sandy Bullock! but I just can't get into this one!
Missy I am so with you on this one!

I had heard the The Lake House sucked, which totally ruined a Girls' Movie Night plan. Maybe we'll try Friends With Money instead.

I agree Bisc. I think that Kendra, Bridgette, and Holly could take the DOND girls. That trivia was super easy to me too.....because we're frickin' GENIOUS!!!!! Right? :-/

*YAWN* Hey everyone! Ross, I feel for you on your early morning routine. I was up at the butt crack of dawn today (4 a.m. for work this morning) Never seems like I have anything ready to go......good thing Montana doesn't have backed up traffic..LOL! Glad you made it back safely! This girl is gonna take a nap. ttyl

Btw...Linda, I can't pass this up...your mis-spelling of genius was priceless!

Ross, I'm so glad you made it back safe and sound! Have fun at the concert tonight and hope you don't drop during the walk tomorrow! Get some rest!

LMAO@Jacny and freak's mom!!!
Glynis, and everyone else, that little thing called work got in the way again today! LMAO..UGH!!!
I've missed ALL the fun lately! I'll be catching up on some recorded TV tonight but I'm going to try to stop by chat though!:)
Have a great rest of the weekend y'all!!

Oh and biscuit, your chili sounds yummy and I agree about The Lake House! It sounds so complex and odd!
I too think I'm addicted to the new game show:(

Ross-You're too young for Journey. hehe! When hubby was in Japan, he sent me a disc and all it had on it was 2 Journey songs. I get all teary when I hear them.

It's a rainy day here in the desert. We really need it. I'm trying to revitalize the grass-it was totally fried when we moved in but is slowly turning green.

Bisc-I made chili the other night, too and it really hit the spot. I cheated, though, I used a packet. Usually I make a homemade chili, but with hubby gone it just didn't seem worth the effort. :(

Ross- Go luck on the walk tomorrow.

Jacny- I was hoping "Buckey was getting Lucky!!" hehehe

Louise to Ross or Ross to Louise:
Lying beside you, here in the dark
Feeling your heart beat with mind
Softly you whisper, youre so sincere
How could our live be so blind
We sailed on together
We drifted apart
And here you are by my side

So now I come to you, with open arms
Nothing to hide, believe what I say
So here I am with open arms
Hoping youll see what your love means to me
Open arms

Living without you, living alone
This empty house seems so cold
Wanting to hold you, wanting you near
How much I wanted you home

But now that youve come back
Turned night into day
I need you to stay.

BTW, Congrat's to Fish...Detroit made it to the World Series!!!!!!
"Let's Go Mets!!!

Hi Ross, Anthony, and all the crew. It was so great meeting you in Mooresville, glad I could be a small part of your trip. I didn't get to see you after the race, but I hope you enjoyed yourself. It wasn't the most exciting race, and it was quite cold for the south, but a good time overall. Tell Heather I said hello, and if you ever make it back to the the Queen City be sure to look me up!

Ciao, Tanya T.

Thanks for the welcome Ross. Now Frickin' add me to your Myspace... I've much to say

Glad you made it home safe and sound!! Have fun at the Journey concert (I am jealous!!!!) tonight and have a wonderful rest of the weekend!

LOL Sara!!! I wish I could say that I meant to do that mispelling....LOL!!!! Dang it!!!! But at least the typo fit!!!

Hola blog buddies!

Kim and I are sitting on a blanket on the grass in the rain getting ready for Journey to take the stage!

"Don't stop believin'", baby!

Ross

Hope you have umbrellas!!!

Ross
I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your segment on the Tonight Show. You keep me in stitches when watching! The Sonny and Cher piece was so funny!! My husband I and with you were on the show five days a week rather than once but we'll take what we can get. Looking forward to next week!!

Ross, take it from me. The rest of the plane appreciates the shower! Don't change a thing about yourself! We love you the way you are, clean and fresh! :-)

hold on to the feeeeeling ross!

Today Ross, I learned the answers to all of you why questions. I was out filming the audition tape I emailed you about. Everything has to be just right or the whole thing seems to fall apart. Couldn't get over how nervous I was walking into that place. I wondered about my hair as the wind blew it in every direction, and every other concern under the sun, like squinty eyes in the sun, wrinkles, jelly rolls of fat bouncing. The camera adds 20 pounds, not 10. Did that even answer the whys?? Didn't think so, but I feel you OCD pain my friend.
Anyhooo, sorry I missed the trip. Going to chatsville now. :)

glad that all is well :)
