They've already started tracking down all prior suspects and witnesses in the Beacon Hill murders for some good old-fashioned re-interrogating. One subject of interest, Mr. Luis Fuente, was unearthed in a local bar near Boston General hospital. He seemed perfectly willing to speak to the detective who found him but asked to use the restroom before heading downtown. Fifteen minutes later, when Luis Fuente hadn't returned, the detective went looking for him. Alas, the wily Mr. Fuente had given our trusty detective the slip. No one in the crowded bar saw him leave, but obviously, he vanished out the back door. Further attempts to find him have yielded nada. So for now, Luis Fuente is a suspect in the wind.
Some better news for all you avid bloggers is that I've wrangled an expert opinion out of Boston's most attractive, skilled, and self-tortured medical examiner, Dr. Jordan Cavanaugh. Click on the link to read it.
