First off, congrats to the boss, Howie Mandel, on his Emmy Nomination. I don't doubt he's gonna bring it home. And Howie, if you want someone to go with you to accept the award, so you don't have to touch it, I'll make room in my free schedule. I'll dress in a tux, top hat, and wear white gloves, so not to get fingerprints/germs on it. Let me know.

So apparently, I've got a model stalker who is watching and keeping tabs on me, so now I've gotta play detective and find out who this unidentified model is. It's obviously someone that hasn't been in a video (or not enough). I feel like Batman since you gave me a riddle (*side note, I can't wait to see Dark Knight tomorrow, more on that later). This riddle doesn't really help me. I don't think I've talked about Forrest Gump with any of you girls. And I know I'M funny, but which one of you thinks YOU'RE funny? You spelled all your words right, so I think I can rule out a couple of you. Any one of you has the potential to use those damn "colon/parenteses" smiley faces, so that doesn't help me at all. I'll say this, I have different reasons to believe it's a number of models, but I'm not certain at this point, so I won't guess yet. I need another clue.

Bloggers feel free to join in on the hunt.
John H, just to let you know, Lindsay C. is not a new model. She's actually one of the veterans.

So I'm going to see Batman: The Dark Knight tomorrow in Imax. I feel like a nerd, but I'm really excited for this movie. I have been ever since I saw the first preview. It looks like Heath Ledger nailed the role of the Joker, which is sad because it was his last performance. Who knows what else he was capable of. Some are saying he will get an Oscar nod for his performance, but I just read that it's all internet buzz and won't be likely that the people who vote on that will give him the award due to the fact that it's a comic book action/adventure movie and not one the Academy recognizes for such a category. Which I think is garbage. Just because it's based off a comic book, does that mean his performance isn't worth an award? What if Brokeback Mountain was a comic first, would it be worthy? And when are comedies gonna get respect from the Academy? It's just as hard, if not harder, to make someone laugh than it is cry...and even harder to make someone laugh so hard they cry. Just ask any stand-up comic (music starts).

Well, I guess that's my time. Thank you. And I'll get you, Unidentified Model.

Sup Playaz, (that's the cool way to say Players),

I know, you missed me...or you just wanted to know more about the daytime version. Don't worry, you'll get your daily dose of Deal soon enough. Just enjoy the time off. If you find that you can't get through the day without Howie, the Models, The Banker and Briefcases then start up a DOND Anonymous support group to get you through. I suggest meeting Mondays and Wednesdays at 8.

LB: I checked out your bracelets. Very classy. I also saw what the Banker said about them and I agree. Be careful if you're selling those without the expressed written consent from NBC. Otherwise you'll be wearing some other kind of bracelets and those don't look as fancy as yours, they also go great with an orange jumpsuit.

Andres: Yes, Aubrie does Sudoku puzzles in her spare time. Thanks for the question.
2) We'll see if Hayley's movie career takes off and gets too big for us.
3) Have I ever met Laura Shields? Of course, I worked with her. What is she like? British. And very smart, beautiful and down to Earth.
4) Working with Howie is a blast. You couldn't ask for a better celebrity to work with.

Everybody stay safe this summer. Wear sunscreen, look both ways, don't eat that-you don't know where it's been, and if you're in California after July 1st, don't talk on your cell phone while driving - Like that's gonna make people in LA better drivers. We might as well make RAIN illegal. I don't know how many of you have ever driven out here while it's raining, but you could spill a cup of Mountain Dew on the 405 and people freak out, going 20 mph. Sorry, that's a little Southern California rant. I apologize to those in the midwest that checked out half way through that.

Late,
Nick

Also, RIP to my friends parakeet, Joey The Clown, who past away recently. I don't want to get into CSI graphic details, but let's just say, some of us are convinced that Joey committed suicide. He will be missed. So, I guess that song works for both occasions. On a happier note, Dickus Butkus, the fish, is still alive and well.

Efren/Dollydeb - It's true, some of the crew have gone on hiatus. But the daytime show is coming soon. I don't know anything about a 'van' tour, but I would like to travel around the country in a van with a mural on the outside of a woman riding a Siberian tiger holding a giant sword in the middle of space. Just one of my dreams.

Ashley - The girls for the competition have already been selected. You just get to pick the winner. It's like March Model Madness, but not in March. The winner from each week goes onto the next round.

Chris KELLEY- You sure like your Britten KELLEY...hmm I see what's going on here.

Mitchell - Come on, really?! You want 26 MALE models, what are you trying to do to me, man. Are you mad at me or something?

So apparently a lot of you are quite fond of new model, Bobby. I don't blame you. She is gorgeous and one of the most down to Earth girls I know. She doesn't have a picture or bio up on the site because she came on after that photo shoot for NBC. I'll give you a little bit about her. She was born in Ireland, she's a huge Jimi Hendrix fan and loves to play the video game Rock Band.

Dollydeb - Wait, Darth Vader's not real? I guess now you're gonna tell me that Mufasa from The Lion King isn't real also.

The Star Wars episode was a hit and pretty cool to be apart of. I'm trying to push for some other Movie themed shows. Here's some of my ideas;

Back to the Future
Big Lebowski
This is Spinal Tap
Air Bud: Wide Retriever
Revenge of the Nerds II: Nerds in paradise
The Warriors
Braveheart - by the way, have you ever noticed how BLUE Mel Gibson's eyes are in that movie. Next time you watch it, check it out. He must have had some guy go in during editing and punch up the color.
Super Size Me

Also, congrats on the year milestone to Dawn...Queen just ended, I'm now listening to 'Final Countdown' by Europe.

The End

Who's your favorite for the next briefcase model?

Ya know, I worked the day the new girls came in and did their photo shoot for the website. It was a little strange catering to 26 new models and not the regular girls I work with. It kind of felt like I was cheating on my girlfriend(s). But I had fun. They're all great and it's not easy picking one.

Dollydeb - Not sure which models will be part of the daytime version yet.

Dawn - Get well with the hernia surgery. No more Strong Woman Competitions for you this year. Someone else is gonna have to pull that car with their teeth.

The Chick - I can't send you a bracelet because I don't have any. Howie got it from somebody outside the show. You can probably check online for it somewhere.

Steven Waldie - The announcer talks that fast because he wants to be better than the Micro Machines guy from the 80's...and he is given a certain amount of time to say what he needs, so he goes fast. And no it hasn't been confirmed on which models (if any) are leaving the show. As far as you and I know, they're all back next season.

GO CUBS!

This will be quick because I'm on break.

Dawn - I asked Howie about the red bracelet he wears. It says "Never Give Up"; a motto he likes to live his life by no matter what it applies to. But, it was given to him to raise awareness about MS. To those of you, like me, who thought it was a Colbert "wriststrong" bracelet, we were wrong. Maybe Colbert will read this and give both Howie and I (that's right, I'm nudging my way in this) an honorary Wriststrong bracelet? You listening, Colbert?

LB - You sure do spend a lot of time on the world wide web, especially on this blog, for someone who has a wedding coming up. Are you gonna have a laptop set up at the altar so you can give us the play by play of what is going on?

Mary and Charlene (Martha Brown Teachers) - Wow, you're trying to embarrass me with that 6th grade story. You have a better memory than I, or I must have blocked that traumatic historical reenactment out of my mind, 'cause I don't remember that. I'm sure it happened, but it wasn't one of my finer performances that's for sure. I'm more of a Roman, than a Trojan.

Marsha - Don't you worry Marsha. I see ya commenting. You think the banker has a problem with the contestants having a crush on the girls? Well, of course, look at him. He's a lonely guy in the dark with only a computer and a phone, who stares out of a window at beautiful women. You might as well give him a telescope and a restraining order.

Well I gotta get back. Kelly wants me to feed her grapes and fan her with a palm leaf. Jokes on her though... we're out of grapes. Ha.

Oh wait, Crafty found some. Never mind.
