This Season

I'm surprised that anybody asked. This season there are many stories coming up and people may think they recognize the headlines, but all stories are works of fiction. Tonight's episode is indicative of the direction we're going this season. Episodes that deal with exploding brownstones and actors arreseted for DUIs that make anti-Semitic comments. Guys who make videos about girls who are drinking and exposing themselves.

Of course, NONE of this is ripped from real-life, we make it all up. You may think you recognize the headlines on six of the first seven episodes.

I love all three Law & Order shows. Thank you NBC, TNT and USA. Can’t wait for the new season. Hopefully will see some of the past Assist-DA, like Paul Robinette. Absolutely love his character. He should run for DA.

Whoever the new actor's name on CI that took the boss's character. I'm not so sure about him. He actually made me laugh at him. Who could take him seriously with that hair??????

I just want to say that I have been a fan since the beginning and was really excited for you when the show won the Emmy for Outstanding Drama Series.

You always seem to put together a dream cast and keep the stories topical. I cant't wait to see what is in store for the rest of season, the premier was excellent with the usual twist.

Now I do have a question, how do you keep coming up with such dramatic and involving stories?

what is the movie bury my heart at wounded knee about?..and when will it b on hbo?..i mean the title is a little self explanitory..but..

Spin it any way you want the new girl detective stinks, Green deserves better. Younger is ok, but go with an Eric Balfour or the young hispanic detective that is on SUV every now and then, any one else. Listen to your viewers, 3/4 do not like this move you have made

I just wanted to say to Mr. Wolf I think all three Law and Order shows are awesome.I even watch the L&O marathons they have on USA network.I can't get enough of the shows.Although I must say of the three shows SVU has to be my favorite.Mariska Hargitay and Chris Maloni are AWESOME actors.They really get into their Characters.Sometimes I get chills when I see how intense they get.Please don't lose Mariska or Chris,L&O SVU wouldnt be the same without them.

Yea I kinda agree with the people that like the grit. I liked Law & Order better when it was more gritty. Take a page from HBO's "The Wire" or A&E's "the First 48."

To disagree with...Barbi, being a true fan usually means you are able to see the fault in something. You don't just blindly love every single thing that it does. Everything - including L&O - has its good episodes and its mediocre episodes.

And moving on...Do you think you'll ever go back to the gritty & more blue collar crime that was so abundant in the first couple of seasons? In my opinion, it added so much character to the show. That isn't to say the show doesnt' have character now; it's just a different type of character.

Ann, Andrea never got the idea of drowning her children from L&O. The whole L&O thing came up because of a state's witness saying he'd seen an episode similar to what Andrea had done. The fact was that there hadn't been such an episode.

It was one of the main reasons why Andrea got her appeal and then got life instead of death the second time around.

I always thought the shows were based on some truth on things that happen. My favorite was the one when there was a car accident when a witness to gun shots in the woods chased the perp through the toll booth.

Can you tell me what has happened to Vincent Denofrio on criminal intent? they lost the Captain, who retired to tha same place as Farina...is it only going to be Chris Noth from now on?

No one has said much about S.Epatha Merkerson, but she is a Great actress. So please do not change anymore of the originals, just some of the new ones. But as you know, these new peo. will eventually grow on us, and we will all quit whinning

I don't care how you come up with the ideas, they are all good and I will always watch.
I wish people will stop with the stupid negative remarks, tonight's show was great and the new cast did a good job, we just have to get use to them.
