Involvement with all series

It depends on the season. This year because of cast changes, I'm more involved with the mother ship and Criminal Intent than SVU.

When you've made the cast chagnes we have in CI and L&O, it would be silly not to pay more attention to them. SVU has six episodes with Connie Nielsen who came in when Mariska was on maternity leave. Connie is an incredible addition, albeit a temporary one, to SVU and I'm absolutely certain people will love her in the episodes she's in.

Glad to know that this is a real blog. Thank you! Don't get me wrong...I love the shows and my wife and I have been loyal fans for years. I think some of the negative feedback regarding tonight's episode is that we're all loyal fans and follow the story lines and the characters very closely. We grow attached to the characters and when they exit the storyline without a clear departure in the new storyline we feel like we've missed something. In a sense, we are mourning them. We miss them and warming up to new characters (L&O = 2, CI = 1, SVU = 1) is alot and will only happen over time. Please make these new characters have depth, intelligence, respect for the L&O Brand and be unique in their own way. It is what your fans have come to expect. I'm not used to the Friday night thing...Normally I am out and about but I stayed in for the premier. I love the new ADA, she was great and has an awesome character. She says things that I wish I could say sometimes. I love the personality she has. I hope you can keep her awhile.
I'm not sure about the new detective but she may need time to grow into the part. She has pretty big shoes to fill. Connie character rocks though...

SVU being my favorite Law and Order. It would totally break my heart if Elliot and Olivia didn't work together anymore... or weren't partners...tell me it isn't so!!!!!

There are rumors that more, if not most, writers have been brought in from CA and lack the NY appreciation for the show's roots. What are your thoughts, Mr. Wolf? I've seen every episode of L&O and SVU multiple times. Please keep them on as long as rating allow! You haven't "jumped the shark" yet.

I did not love her. I can't wait until Mariska comes back. And as for the new detective on L&O, I'll probably just change the channel when an episode is focusing on her.

i am glad it is a female temp. last season one of the episodes was a male partner for elliot and i couldnt watch it nor enjoy it. i am glad you got connie to fill in when mariska was out.

I hope Connie stays on permanently because I absolutely hate Mariska Hargitay.
