So, I have to write a sonnet for my college english class.. and because I always talk about Late Night and Conan, and my teacher thinks I'm OBSESSED with him, I decided to write a sonnet about him to make my teacher laugh.

So.. here it is. That would be awesome if you could show him it sometime and tell me what he thought! Man that would make my year! It's kind of corny, but it's just a light hearted poem.

(it has 10 syllables per line, that's how you read it)

My hero? Mister Conan O'Brien.
He's truly funny, without even tryin'.
With gorgeous blue eyes and flame colored hair,
And a Harvard degree- he's debonair.

Hysterically jumping 'round on the stage,
One could never guess his actual age.
Comedic timing is his quality best,
I watch his show nightly before I rest.

Pale skin and freckles which I too relate,
With 'new found intensity,' he's just great!

When he takes the Tonight Show in '09,
Letterman's audience will soon decline.

Hopefully you like it/he likes it. Did you see how I fit the "new found intensity" into it.. I know, I'm amazing. =) have a good valentine's day! Ps. you should have sent your beard into Locks of Love. hahaa. they probably could have made a toupe out of it, or a beard.. if they make those.

I was fully the writers side and I'm glad they got their deal and I'm glad they're back. But I gotta admit I really enjoyed the strike episodes. I hope the Late Night continues to play with the format of the show.

Aaron, I just read something that I think y'all need to get Conan involved in, STAT! It's the 25th anniversary of My Little Pony. To celebrate, Hasbro is going to have celebrities, kids, and others DESIGN MY LITTLE PONIES!!!!! Late Night has always loved the ponies! I feel it would be a shame if Conan didn't get to design one!
