The original KITT had a few glitches once in a while but the new KITT breaks down in every episode. Ford must be so proud. Please make the next KITT a Toyota or a GM so it will quit tearing up.

Hi, the new series is awesome!! But, I just want to know: where is the original KITT? I don't care about the car, I'm asking about his AI or his "consciousness" if you prefer. I mean, he was like another person, they couldn't just erase it or store it... Is "he" retired and living with Michael (David)? Was "he" in fact erased and is the core of the new KITT? Is the new KITT "consciousness" related in any way with the old KITT "consciousness"?

Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot an important question... Why is it that in every episode Mike's boss has to remark that the mission is "critical to national security"? Aren't all this missions critical? It gets a little old after a few episodes... maybe in one episode they could just help out a family in trouble, or something like that, like in the old days...

Hi, um about KITT 2000 Al, what did happen to it. I know in Knight Rider 2000, he was put into a new car, but what happened after that? I really liked his personality and all because he was more human than machine. I am just curious. What happened to KITT's Al?

Knight Rider 2000 didn't happen, well it did but thankfully they're apparently ignoring it, just as they should. I'm sure we'll find out what happened to the original KITT at some point. Hopefully they don't take a similar route or screw it up..

GMedel, I'm willing to bet that Devon Miles, at least, is dead-- Edward Mulhare passed away in the early 90s, and really, nobody else could play the part.

Oh, that's a shame... I didn't know he had passed away... although maybe there could be someone to play the part... maybe someone who looks similar.

No, there's absolutely no good reason to replace anyone from the original cast in this being a suppose continuation. With Edward Mulhare gone, Devon should be as well. Besides, he'd be well into his 80s now anyway.

I like the old kitt and the new...but each story have own charm...i'm sorry that i heard that this show will close...i hope that will continue
