August 10
Hello Again, America!

Well, we're inching closer and closer to that grand finale where you guys, the television audience, get to choose who goes home with a million dollars. To be honest, I thought I knew who was going to take it home back during the first week of auditions. But now, it can be anybody's money for the taking.

I 'm excited about the wildcard competition. What a great opportunity for some of these acts to get one final shot to perform for America. This time, the acts need to be on top of their game. No playin' around. You either show up wanting to be a winner or don't show up at all.

Talk to you guys next week!

The Hoff

PLEASE DONT PUT IN LEONID!!! my sister watches!

Posted by: kelsey | August 10, 2006 07:44 PM

So "The hoff" At this point in the competition who is your favorite. If you can't answer that that what type of act do you think is going to win?

Posted by: Fred | August 10, 2006 07:44 PM

At least the judges made an OK decision last night with the judges pick. I still think the magician should of been the best pick. I think the judges have done a HORRIBLE job with picking talent and I hope ALL of you are replaced next season IF this show is renewed. I know you and the other judges has pissed off SOOO many people with your BAD picks. The worst has got to be Granny over Bianca Ryan. If this is a true talent show then hands down Bianca Ryan will win. She has the most amazing voice for an 11 year old.

Posted by: Debra Jones | August 10, 2006 07:47 PM

hey david hope i see you in person soon and not that girl sandy from germany and please careful alot of nuts out there glad your hand is better i guess last show next week i miss it do more tv i love it and you and i dont care what stephany h says i know not true

Posted by: carla | August 10, 2006 07:53 PM

Hey David

I think You are really hot why did you bring back leonard back he's werid and scary. He completely dissed you last night with that comment about Yor not Strong enough to handle Me well i have to go see ya soon

Posted by: carla | August 10, 2006 08:00 PM

What's up with Leonid????? I guess it falls along the lines of what this show has been portraying.....SICK.....SICK.......SICK! Do you realize your digging a grave for this show with these tacky so caled performers. Do you get off David on watching this kind of display? This show is going down the drain QUICKLY.....Here is a do to list
1) Bianca Ryan sings.
2) Give her the million dollar prize.
3) End this show
4) Judges slap yourselves..you all suck!

Posted by: Kacie | August 10, 2006 08:13 PM

Last night was the first time I haven't watched the show. I think America's Got Talent lost all credibility when the Judges voted "Rapping Granny" through to the finals. There are some talented people on the show and I certainly hope it's one of them that wins this thing, but no more novelty acts please. If this pattern continues, America's Got Talent won't be around much longer.

Posted by: Bobby Phillips | August 10, 2006 08:36 PM

Carla, are you located here in the States?

David, I think Leonid was trying to hit on you. *LOL* I don't blame him.

Posted by: Diane in Oklahoma | August 10, 2006 08:40 PM

it is no one business where i livediane david is not gay trust me and to all lighted up it is all fun not drama or life threatening

Posted by: carla | August 10, 2006 08:52 PM

Rappin Granny! Whats up with that. Talk about NO TALENT! I can't believe we had to sit through yet another performance by Leonid. This was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. At least we didn't have to see the burlouque dancer stripper person again. There are some really good people on the show, the others should be on America is Weird. Tell Piers to watch himself, he is going to get punched out with some of the comments he makes. I thought the quick change guy was gonna go after him last night. Pretty scarry.

Posted by: chris | August 10, 2006 08:54 PM

Have any of you perhaps heard of a punctuation? How about "spell check"?

Posted by: HoffBabe | August 10, 2006 09:06 PM

Chill, its the comments that count not the spelling. If it bothers you so much, go hang out with someone who cares.

Posted by: hoffbarf | August 10, 2006 09:08 PM

Come on David be honest with yourself, the only reason there is was a wild card show was because the judges "talent" picks were horrible!! You would not know talent if it bit you in the ass! You have picked such bad acts that you and this show have no credability left. Lets recap, a boy who cannot sing, jugglers who juggle people hanging on ropes, and then we have Rappin Granny who is adorable but NO TALENT. This wildcard show was added after all these bad choices were made. What pissed people off the most and where this was so obviouse was Granny over Bianca Ryan. That choice cost you many viewers and maybe even the show.

Posted by: Kacie | August 10, 2006 09:34 PM

everyone grow up and david take me to london please oh kathy s david is not writing or calling you diane read all kathy old mail even put her address that just nuts so david what next see you soon

Posted by: carla | August 10, 2006 09:44 PM

um..do you guys really think David is reading this?! LOL

Posted by: andrea r | August 10, 2006 10:00 PM

Judges have been doing a good job, it's not American Idol, so I enjoy seeing juggling acts, rapping grannys, etc. It's a change of pace from all these other shows that have been done a million times. Bobby Badfingers however has been getting the short end of the stick this guy is better than every other act on the show put together. Bobby better get voted through or the last round will be just plain boring. David you're an icon and keep on doing what you do Hoff daddy.

Posted by: Brock T.G. Robinson | August 10, 2006 10:09 PM

It was a really fun show last night, and I didn't expect for Natasha Le to make me laugh so hard with her rock'n'roll piano playing, but she did!
I voted for her and most of the acts who performed, but that Leonid guy wasn't one of the acts I voted for.
'NVersity was good, but unfortunately, the "My Perogative" song reminded me too much of Britney Spears' pornographic version of the song. Sorry to say that.
I voted for Alexis Jordan, because she did a good job, regardless of whether she gets to the finals or not.
You kicked some serious ass last Thursday with your performance, so hopefully we'll get the pleasure of having you as a recording artist in the U.S.!
I'm glad to know you had said the same thing to Natashal Le
as well.

Posted by: Lyn Henri | August 10, 2006 10:47 PM

The program is light and very entertaining. But Mr. Piers was totally out of line last night. I do not think we need to import British impoliteness. He should be out of the program. So many people are amazed at his totally inappropriate behavior. Can we vote him out?

Posted by: Marie | August 10, 2006 10:53 PM

no of course he is not reading this butit fun now allof you just grow up and david if you are reading this please just call me already you have my number take me to london and dont see sandy from germany she is wacko and kathy s leave him alone your nuts diane read kathy mail joke hey irene is history she has a stalker good she bananas

ok david hasselhoff are you dating this corinna or what seems like your sweet on her come on what is the story did you know her before the show or what she has performed in europe and all over the world i hope she not the next one really david

Posted by: carla | August 10, 2006 11:17 PM

Well first of all I don't think you should have so many damn Singing acts....if you can sing go be on AMERICAN IDOL DAMMIT...I am sorry but I think that Americas Got talent should be about UNIQUE acts everyone can sing 3/4 of us might suck but anyone can do it....not everyone can Change in a second or disappear off stage and shoot from a cannon.... I mean seriously come on guys!!!

Posted by: Ashley | August 10, 2006 11:22 PM

Now Carla, don't get bent out of shape here. I was only trying to be friendly. Two points:
1) It is not uncommon for us Okies to ask people where they are from. This is our way of being friendly.
2) I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that David is not gay.

Talk to you later,
Diane in Oklahoma

Posted by: Diane in Oklahoma | August 10, 2006 11:25 PM

This comment is for Ashley, first of all most of the singers on this show are to young to go on American Idol. Bianca Ryan is only 11 years old and you must not of heard her sing or your mouth would be shut closed right now! As for most of the other act's, you can see them on the street corner in San Francisco or Key west at mallory square.

Posted by: Debra | August 10, 2006 11:39 PM

Ok, in regards to the wildcard show - I'm stoked that All That went through (thank you judges) but I'm a tad put off by Piers's insults. While we all adore his cute, albeit blunt British way, let's try not to call people names on national TV. Just my two cents worth.

Asking someone if they are dumb is just a poor reflection on the judges, in my opinion, Constructive criticism is completely diserved, expected, and appropriate.

Brandi always is very constructive in her critique, even if it hurts feelings it's done to better the person on stage.

David, well, I must admit I was impressed by his singing and have a new found respect for him as more than just a hot guy with a great head of hair.

I'm curious - does Piers have a talent he'd like to share with the nation?? We'd love to see what he can do....

Posted by: Miss E | August 10, 2006 11:43 PM

Don't worry Debra that Ashley's just a hater she's just jealous of Bianca's voice and she's probably mad too cuz her favorite act sucked and couldnt make it to the finals

Posted by: Victoria | August 10, 2006 11:50 PM

diane will please bother someone else im not interested in talking to you and how do you know did you ever met david believe i know i have and he not gay and just leave me alone i dont see you bothering anyone else so bug off

I think this site needs to be changed to CARLA BLOG instead of Hoff blog. Do you have a life Carla or is this it, making stupid comments on this site?

Posted by: Debra | August 11, 2006 12:48 AM

I don't watch the show, but I want to thank you David for taking the time to post on a Blog. I know you only posted 3 times and have made no attempt to ever respond to any comments here. You have shown what is most important to you. Thank you, David, for being yourself.

Posted by: Henry K. | August 11, 2006 01:05 AM

No one is asking for a literary Giant here...just getting Carla to string together 4 consecutive words that make any sense would be enough incentive to take up a collection to send her to Germany (god help the interpreters).

She's worse than -

I can not believe you allowed
the gays to take over the show last night. Everyone I have talked to is sick of seeing Leo strut his gay self in scanty clothes. Most said they will not watch the show again. What a horrible disappointment for what is supposed to be family show!

There's only 1 one million dollar act, BIANCA RYAN and 3 runner ups Jessica Sanchez, Taylor Ware and Alexis Jordon. Come on rappin Grandma and creepy finger poppin nut how could such acts get voted through even once? This show is becoming a real JOKE.

Posted by: Dee | August 11, 2006 02:04 AM

I agree completely with Ashley, let all these singing acts young or not try to get themselves record deals and go on American Juniors and Idol and stuff. This should be about unique talent and it's a shame that a guy like Bobby Badfingers who is unique gets lost in the shuffle against girls who take singing classes 7 times a week and have a boring regular talent.

Posted by: Brock T.G. Robinson | August 11, 2006 02:25 AM

Yes, Piers - America goes where the tears are. And we go again, and again, and again. Thank God we do or you would be speaking German now you flippin' fop. Go home and stay there.

Posted by: Chris | August 11, 2006 02:48 AM

And then...in one embarassing moment, David of David and Dania sinks to Piers' level and becomes the ugly American. Sorry David, Piers may be wrong, but you just lost my vote. You should have been the bigger man - and the better performer.

Posted by: Chris | August 11, 2006 03:04 AM

Wow, I cannot believe America voted in the Quick Change people over Nathan. What a total disparity of VERSATILE talent. I think Nathan is better than Passing Zone, but maybe he will get picked up from all the exposure he has had on the show.

Fancy

Posted by: Fancy | August 11, 2006 03:06 AM

sober up Hoff. America may have talent this show wouldn't recognize it. Jessica Sanchez has more talent than rappin granny has teeth. Change the name to the New Gong Show but even worse. Brandy is the only one associated with this show that can recognize real talent because she has some.

Posted by: Earl Fredericks | August 11, 2006 03:09 AM

i think if the show would lose that f------ BRANDY the show would be a lot more fun to watch!!!!!!!!!!!!! but after tonight i will not be tuning in any more i can not beleve those quick change people went to the finels! they suck and are bouring!!!!!!!!

Posted by: kathy | August 11, 2006 03:09 AM

No wonder Quick Change didn't change their act or listen to the judges. All you hear is change, do something different, etc-but the judges put in a rapping granny and tap/clogger dancers who do nothing different or unique and leave out a magician who did something different every time he walked on the stage. One of the best performers of the show did not make the finals. It seems like they had all the good ones on the night of Quick Change and the magician. Who lined up the first 4 weeks of shows?

Posted by: Judy | August 11, 2006 03:10 AM

I'm very proud of you America's Got Talent" viewers,
by selecting Quick Change tonight you once again
told the insufferable Piers Morgan to shut the hell up.
Great job America!

Posted by: David03079 | August 11, 2006 03:15 AM

Dave

I think the picks are great and the finale will be spectacular. I really can't stand the USA bashing by Piers. The idea that we are so lead by tears seems to me to hint at having no back bone, and Knight Rider WE ARE IF NOTHING ELSE BUT BACK BONE.
I realize the drama of having a strong controversial loudmouth like Piers sitting on stage, some people probably tune in to see who will get bashed by the "small pond", but there lies the tragedy he must not see. Yeah we all know someone must go and yes some acts cry out for ridicule if not contempt, others work very hard to get on stage itself and should be treated with a touch more of class, which jolly ole England claims to be...so why not show it PIERS!
Love the work, hate the hype!

Posted by: John Trahan | August 11, 2006 03:17 AM

I'm so disappointed Nathan Burton was not voted into the final show. Sometimes I wonder during the voting if the judges think America will vote in a talent so they decide to take a different act. All of their comments in the Wild Card show were about how amazing he was and his ability to raise his game to their challenges. Nathan brought something different, changed it up as you all liked to say every single appearance; whereas Quick Change never brought anything new, other than an outfit or wig here or there. Had Nathan done the same "trick" from the first show the judges would not have been so enthralled with him. Quick Change is amazing and they are a great talent but for once I agree with Piers...it was the exact same act over and over, never bringing anything new to their act. All of the judges continually preached "raise the level" "bring something different" but they never did. I am disappointed for Nathan as he did some of the most amazing "tricks" on the show, just ask Brandy. I am very disappointed two of the judges didn't uphold their advice to bring change, do something different to all of the acts. Why will I not be surprised during the second season when the talent refuses to change their acts because of the success of Quick Change this season? How does this help with the validity of the advice being given by the judges to be followed? "Quick Change never paid attention and made it to the final," I can hear the replies such as this already for the next time. Nathan Burton not being a part of the finals show is a great travesty!! My best wishes go out to him as I feel he and his talent has been slighted by the judges.

Posted by: Jason Tribolet | August 11, 2006 03:27 AM

Has anyone noticed that Piers has slipped on two semi-final shows and said "your thru" in his comments before the judges actually get to see all of the acts and they supposedly make a decision. Looks to me like it is already pre-determined.? Just my personal opinion.

Posted by: John B | August 11, 2006 03:29 AM

Has America lost it? Are people not watching the same show I am? How can an arrogant group like David and Danya make it to the finals? Change your act and then maybe I'll care...

America, please don't vote people through because they shed a bit of tears. What Piers said was mean but come on!!! A friend of mine was once told by her talent agent that she had to lose weight because she was too fat. She is the skinniest person I know...you've got to take criticism and not think that you're "All That" cause you aint!!!

Nathan Burton should have won hands down and Jessica Sanchez should have been second.

Posted by: Buffy | August 11, 2006 03:42 AM

i dont think that is really david hasselhoff is it i dont believe it

Posted by: carla | August 11, 2006 03:46 AM

It could be but I don't see David bad mouthing Piers. I don't think he'd say something like that for all of us to read.

Posted by: Buffy | August 11, 2006 03:51 AM

I,know that the 3 of you have alot on your shoulders. right now. But Granny why did you let her go onto the finals she can't sing. I was watching the clock until she went off. please don't make another bad call.

Posted by: THOMAS J | August 11, 2006 03:54 AM

This is a little late but I think David did a really good job at signing last week. [:
I'm glad you didn't bring back that Snow White stripper. :] Leonid cracks me up, but also at the same time disturbing. lol. Yeah...

Posted by: uh-may-zing | August 11, 2006 03:54 AM

LOOK!
Y'all need to CHILL OUT. This is just a stupid blog, and you people are fighting about GRAMMAR! The point of a blog is to write down your thoughts!
Ok, now that that's out of me...

Leonid is awesome! He's hilarious, if he could sing, then he would be a shoo-in for Angel in RENT.

I didn't get to see it in time for the "Piers Controversary" (sorry, I don't think I spelled that right.)

What did he say?

Piers can be a little over-the-top, I admit, but he's just being brutally honest!

Although I think the "mean British judge, nice woman judge, and in-between male judge" is getting a little old.

My favorite acts are:
Bianca Ryan
Nathan
Leonid
Natasha
Rappin' Granny

Posted by: A Samaritan Passerby | August 11, 2006 03:58 AM

Just wanted to say this is the worse show I have watched in a long time. I have seen Aaron Burr, the dancer, in person and what a dancer he is. You all didn't even let the public see him or give him a chance. I saw him in Dr. Dolittle and what a wonderful, polite, well mannered all around American boy he is. That to me is "talent". Not some of these awful people the three of you put on that stage. Shame on you and I will not watch again next year. After seeing some of the mess on there, I am glad Aaron wasn't a part of this fiasco. He has more important things ahead for him to be involved in this show.

Posted by: Joyce H | August 11, 2006 04:00 AM

How can David & Dania go through? Just becuase Dania cried? Nathan Burton was so much more talented than Quick Change! Sure, Quick Change was good the first time, but they do almost the exact same thing every time and I am bored. Nathan Burton never ceased to amaze me, even though Bianca Ryan is my personal favorite. Nathan Burton is always smiling, unlike Quick Change who are too busy making snide remarks about Piers and being arrogant to smile. I Just hope Bianca wins.

Posted by: Robert Brown | August 11, 2006 04:23 AM

I agree with the comments that Nathan is better than quick change but this does not really matter. Even if Nathan had made it, he is still not better than Bianca Ryan. She is my vote for the win and all the people I know that watch this show also say she is AWESOME! If this is a true talent show than Bianca Ryan will win!

Posted by: Kacie | August 11, 2006 05:11 AM

Who did the audience put through to the finals tonight??

Posted by: Douglas | August 11, 2006 05:16 AM

Less skin, more talent!

Posted by: Mom in Texas | August 11, 2006 05:26 AM

David,
Please remember that children participate in and watch your show. Do you really think it was appropriate to tell the little 8-year-old girl that she "kicked ass"?
M. See

Posted by: M. See | August 11, 2006 05:29 AM

David...
America rocked again! By the way, you rock! But thanks for being the bigger man, whenever Piers want to be a jerk on that show.

As for the Quick Change pick...this is America's Got Talent...So what they did the same act, but again, they still wow the crowds. The wildcard show was a tough show as it is. All Piers did but sealed in a vote for those people. I think next week, David and Dania going to come out there and shut the haters up...u want something different, they probably going to kick some serious booty. As for Leonid, man...he scared me big time. I was kinda disappointed that the Sanchez kid didn't get a bid because she outsinged that other girl, if she was in the finals, she would have gave Bianca a run for her money. So keep up the good work

Posted by: Shan | August 11, 2006 05:51 AM

To the person who commented on grammar...if I wanted to read a first grader's blog, I would...I have never seen so many mistakes in my life. I check my spelling before I post and I check my wording. The poor grammar tells me a little something about the people that write on this blog...

Now, Carla, you're sick. Get help! You are stalking David. I have not been so scared for an actor more than I am when you post. You also need to work on your attitude. "Where are you from" is a way of getting to know a person. It's a common question, as is, the common answer of "Baltimore" or "Denver" or wherever you reside. There was no need to snap. Maybe you should take a rest on the government's paycheck or if you have money, splurge on a stay at a private institution...GET HELP!!!

For the blog's sake and The Hoff's, I vote for Bianca or the yodeler. I thought that they both rocked! The Passing Zone is one of my favorites, though, but I'm not sure they'll win.

NOW FOR SOMETHING MUCH MORE IMPORTANT.

WHEN IS THE KNIGHT RIDER MOVIE GOING TO BE MADE?????

DAVID BETTER STAR IN THE MOVIE.

I HOPE THEY USE THE ORIGINAL KITT CAR. NO OTHER CAR EVEN COMES CLOSE TO THAT GREAT 82 TRANS AM STYLE.

Posted by: Anonymous | August 11, 2006 06:30 AM

I think Nathan is way better than David and Danya...
And I agree with Piers. David and Danya should come up with something different...something new. It's getting pretty boring. Piers is hilarious: "You remind me of a boomerang, every time I throw you away you come back." ahaha. His honesty is hilarious. yepp...

Posted by: uh-may-zing | August 11, 2006 06:35 AM

Hello
Sorry to be so upfront. I blame the Judges for the fact that a great talent like Nathan did not make the finale. You all sit there and praise "RAPPIN GRANNY" for her great talent. The next time you sit in your judges chairs why dont you turn around to the crowd and ask them if any of them can come down and do the type of magic Nathan was performing. Then I would like you to ask that same audience if any of them could come down out of their seats and "RAP". My bet is half the people could come down and do just as well as her. You are kissing up to her because she is elderly and is great for ratings. BUT SHE HAS NO SPECIAL TALENT WHATSOEVER! Do you honestly think someone in Las Vegas would pay to see "Rappin Granny"?

Posted by: Michael Collins | August 11, 2006 06:36 AM

Hi, David, I am a great fan its I am its fan since knight rider. I loved its musics. It would be happy if vc it answered me in mine email:fredyjunior@terra.com.br. I from Brazil, São Paulo. You good that could make a show in the Brasil..you has many fans here.A great one I hug and I always twist for you.

Posted by: Fredy Junior | August 11, 2006 06:39 AM

David you kick ass in the Knight Rider tv show. I got all 4 seasons. That show was way before its time. To bad it was axed after only 4 short years. Bring that show back. There is nothing but crap on tv these days. We need some good shows on tv. Even with 3 satelite dishes perched on my roof. There is nothing but crap to watch. Thank God for dvd players. When is Baywatch going to be available on DVD?

Posted by: donna | August 11, 2006 06:58 AM

i love the show and i like how Piers Morgan is trying to continue the legacy of Simon Cowell by being brutally honest and truthful, even at the cost of hurting peoples' feelings!

I know you fans all hate Piers for making people cry, but America, ask yourselves this: would you rather hear the truth, or would you rather hear what you want to hear and be lied to?

This is a serious competition, and I give Piers Morgan an extreme amount of respect for sticking to his honesty and his ability to be so bold.

It's almost like truth serum because I really do believe Piers Morgan will always tell you the harsh truth instead of telling you what you want to hear.

We can learn a lot about honesty from the British!

Piers, don't give into the public's boos and putdowns. Since when did telling the truth make you an evil person? Maybe Simon Cowell was a little too harsh, but I think you're more forgiving than Simon.

Posted by: Zed Kielhamer | August 11, 2006 07:39 AM

Mr. H

Although, I have not been a faithful watcher of this show, I felt the need to comment on Leonid. I can completely understand why you brought him back, he was hilarious! I'm guessing that the people on here whingeing about how "disgusting" his act was have never seen a drag show.
Whatever Leonid's sexual preference, I think his act was done in good humour and he handled this rejection with grace and a giggle. Perhaps America should stop being such tightasses - it's a tv show and frankly apart from 2 of the other acts Leonid was the only thing that kept the show from being a oomplete loss.

I agree that magician Nathan Burton is a good "illusionist",
however all magic acts are composed of smoke & mirrors.
If you watched Penn & Teller's performance tonight they
literally blew the cubed-man illusion right out of the water.
As you could plainly see there was not very much "talent"
involved in creating such an illusion. It may indeed be fun
to watch, but it's still all smoke & mirrors. The real reason
"America's Got Talent" viewers chose the quick changing
David & Dania is because "America Has Compassion",
and "American's Have A Heart". If anyone has a problem
with America's talent choice, perhaps they should take
a seat next to Piers Morgan on his return trip to England.

Hey America, should I do a little something for the show? I'm not interested in a monetary prize, so I was thinking of just being on the show to do a demonstration, kind of like what Cirque Du Soleil did the other night. I won't really be in the contest...I just want to showcase a little! America, I'm waiting for you to dare me to go demo for the show! Who cares about a million bucks? I just want to do a special guest performance during the finals! Dare me!
(shameless plug: click on my name to visit my myspace page) Thanks.

hi david is hi baby that what you always call me see you in person very soon

Posted by: carla | August 11, 2006 09:33 AM

please dont go to london i worry about you

Posted by: carla | August 11, 2006 09:35 AM

I 100% agree with Piers that Quick Change needs new material. As my husband said when we watched the same act again....."Just because I like a movie, doesn't mean I want to watch it over and over again". I enjoy the concept, but just changing a few dresses, doesn't make it a new act. Nathan Burton deserves to be in the finals, he comes back better each and every time, he's a joy to watch and he interacts with the crowd. America really dropped the ball on this one!

Posted by: Jen | August 11, 2006 10:54 AM

David, you still got it. You're still smokin' hot. That brief look you gave the camera last night ... so hot ... it almost set me on fire. I almost turned the TV off and dragged my husband to the bedroom ... but I digress. Anyway, I'm glad one of the magic acts made it to the final.

Carla, Southern Peach on the other board is right. You are disturbed. I encourage you to go to a mental health clinic and get some serious counseling and/or medication -- seriously.

Posted by: Diane in Oklahoma | August 11, 2006 12:32 PM

I think u should pick taylor where or quickchange. NOT rappin grany or leonid! PS. tell piers to shut his big mouth.

Posted by: mj | August 11, 2006 01:59 PM

IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN NATHAN BURTON v.s. QUICK CHANGE IN THE FINAL

Posted by: BEAST | August 11, 2006 02:46 PM

Umm I was just wondering if you figured out what Leonid said to you but if you didnt he said "are you not strong enought man to handle me?" yeah he is a little weird! okay no way weird. but it is funny watching him!

Posted by: kelsey | August 11, 2006 03:38 PM

this show is a joke. the majority of the contestant are talentless. this show lost all credibility when it allow a stripper to perform. the judges have no clue about talent. one of the things that disgusted me is when i heard mr. hoff call 16 and 17 year olds "sexy". brandy was right. the girls should have worn clothing that are appropriate for their age. but it starts from the girls home environment. brandy started when she was in her early teens. i give much credit to the Norwoods. they made brandy dress like her age. they did not pimped their child for the sake of money unlike today teen entertainers. hoff and piers came across like two dirty old men in reference to the teen girl singing group.

Posted by: sky | August 11, 2006 04:15 PM

Piers dumped all over the quick change artists for not changing their act-which by the way is spectacular! Howevr, he used his wild card choice to bring back Bobby bad fingers. Am I missing something or doesn't that fingers guy just do the same think each time--maybe a different song but come on-his act can't even compare with the qucick change people. Piers shouldn't be so damn hypocritical. Also, America didn't vote for the quick change team because the lady cried --they voted becaue the team is great!

Posted by: Mark Ross | August 11, 2006 04:23 PM

For those who care: I am sorry some of the talented people didn't make it through, but FYI,
Nathan Burton has a daily show at the Alladin hotel in Vegas
The Millers have performed in Vegas with a regular show.
Badfingers also performs in Vegas
Quick Change have a regular show in Vegas
I hope to see them all in a natural enviroment soon.

Posted by: jerry | August 11, 2006 04:43 PM

It's the judges fault that Nathan did not make it to the finals. They voted Rappin Granny as the judges favorite the first night he was on. He was up against Bianca Ryan who has amazing singing talent. Bianca won the spot and Nathan came is second. If the judges had voted Bianca Ryan as the judges favorite instead of the no talent Granny then Nathan would be in the finals, as he should be. Who would you rather watch, Granny or Nathan? This show is so screwed up, there are people in the finals (the judges picks) who should not be there. Bianca Ryan will win this hands down. I will not watch this show next season and the only reason I am watching now is to hear Bianca sing.

Posted by: Debra | August 11, 2006 04:53 PM

You know where you can fit sympathy in the dictionary between sh** and syphillis! Votes based thru tripe have only lowered the standards plus not following the guidelines!Nathan was the best!

The Hoff
Comments

I don't watch the show, but I want to thank you David for taking the time to post on a Blog. I know you only posted 3 times and have made no attempt to ever respond to any comments here. You have shown what is most important to you. Thank you, David, for being yourself.

No one is asking for a literary Giant here...just getting Carla to string together 4 consecutive words that make any sense would be enough incentive to take up a collection to send her to Germany (god help the interpreters).

She's worse than -

Ok, now that that's out of me...

Leonid is awesome! He's hilarious, if he could sing, then he would be a shoo-in for Angel in RENT.

I didn't get to see it in time for the "Piers Controversary" (sorry, I don
