Okay... I, being in a relativly SMALL town in Canada, really haven't seen too many Denny's. Then again... I don't eat out a lot anyways beyond Starbucks or Tim Hortons for the odd coffee run. But my recomendation for anything eating-out related - A&W, Pizza Hut, or New York Fries. ^^; But that's just me....

actually the denny's in japan are great! they're CLEAN and the food is good. not at all like in america. then again, i have never seen a restaurant in japan like an american denny's. ie., dirty, greasy-spoon.

Yeah, there's at least one Denny's in every town. I live in Washington State so I can't imagine how many Denny's there must be over there. Look out, though, the food there costs a lot, even if it IS good.

There are three types of people that go to Denny's.

1)Cenophobics (people afraid of new things) A.K.A. old people.

2)Families with anoying children. Pancakes are cheep.

3)People who are lost. Denny's is ever-present.

If I were you I would stay clear of Denny's and go to the greasy spoon dinners that truckers go to. They may seem rough, but truckers and bikers are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Plus they know the road better then anyone else, so you can ask for directions.

You're not in California anymore, but maybe sometime you can teleport to Los Angeles and eat at King Taco. I recommend the burrito de asada con todo (red chile on the side), washed down with a large cup of Horchata.

Denny's is not that bad of a place to eat and its pretty cheap. I too use to live off of Denny's just like OccamsRazorEdge. I use to to order the sampler all the time. Chicken strips, Mozzerella sticks and onion rings. mmmmm Not to healthy but delicious. If you have to chosse go to Denny's rather than burger joints. Just my 2 cents

Denny's is a great idea in America if you want to save money. Nothing like the Denny's in Tokyo (I was so surprised to find one there - I think it was in Asakusa?), the food is quite cheap. Young people go there to eat late night after or before partying. It's not as fancy, though, but good if you want a lot for your money.
