Connie: Yeah. We're going to meet my sister very soon. I do keep wondering about my parents, but we will meet my sister. My sister on the show is very different from my character. It's more interesting that way.

I love your show! I need to tell you that Kyle is the most convincing coach I have ever seen in sports television. In episode 4 when he walked on the field and convinced the Texas A&M coach to let Smash try out I was so fired up. I have played sports my whole life and there nothing more valuable in a young man's life than a great coach - and Kyle absolutely nails that role. Please tell Kyle that I would like to hire him as my life coach. Keep up the great work and please send my message to Kyle.

WHY IS THERE SO MUCH VIOLENCE ON THE SHOW BETWEEN THE STUDENTS, BESIDES PORTRAYING RACIAL ISSUES?I THINK IT TAKES AWAY FROM SOME OF THE REALITY OF DAILY LIFE.I'D RATHER SEE MORE CHARACTER AND RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT CONTAINED WITHIN A FRAMEWORK OF LONGER SCENES - ESPECIALLY BETWEEN KYLE AND CONNIES CHARACTERS. (AND THROW IN A LITTLE HONEST SLEEP DEPRIVATION WITH THE NEW BABY!!). I'D ALSO LIKE TO SEE MORE OF THE FOOTBALL GAME SCENES.
P.S. TO CONNIE; BEING A LABOR AND DELIVERY NURSE - YOU DID WELL WITH THE BIRTH - EXCEPT FOR THE PART WHERE THERE IS THE LINE USUALLY SCREAMED NEAR THE END BY THE MOM WHILE PUSHING: "I CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE, I WANT TO GO HOME - RIGHT NOW!!!"
I HAVE ALSO BEEN A BIG FAN OF KYLES' ACTING SINCE WATCHING "HOMEFRONT" WHILE BEING AT HOME WITH TWO SMALL BABIES ALONE FOR WEEKS OR MONTHS WHILE MY NOW EX-HUSBAND WAS AWAY WITH THE CANADIAN AIRFORCE. SO WHEN CONNIE BROKE DOWN WHEN KYLE HAD TO LEAVE EARLY TO GO BACK TO AUSTIN - I KNOW HOW THE CHARACTERS FELT. IT WAS PERFECT.

I gotta say the season opener was decent other then the fact that the first 20 minutes failed to come through in HD. To the point though, I just got off the road with a band called Staind doing the whole music thing and now i'm very interested in looking into some acting opportunities. i got the look along with a hell of a resume. I don't like agents though. can you point me in the right direction ? Besides, i'm inlove with Connie.. LoL! Just kidding, but gotta say you do a great job on the show sweetheart. Keep up the good work.

The relationship between Eric and his daughter on the show is very realistic. It is such a pleasure to see well developed characters based on what we all experience in day to day life. It is one of the best qualities of the show. Will there continue to be conflict between them?

I love Friday Night Lights and have sent the summer beggin y friends to watch it so it will not get canceled. I am trobeld by the fact the show is now on Friday nights. It is a good thing we have Tivo or I would nver be home to watch it. Isn't Friday night a show ratngs killer? Much of your audience is out at thier won Friday Night football game. What ever were you thinking when you put this show in this time slot.

Thanks for such an awesome show...this was my first time watching FNL..I'm usually at the games in our hometown. Keep the great story lines coming..they are so "dead on". I have a 16 year old daughter, and these are the very same things we face everyday,and ever FRIDAY NIGHT!
