For Katie: Preparing for Season 2


Connie: That whole given birth thing was a big deal for me as an actress. I have never given birth. I spent most of my Summer grilling women who have had babies. I asked about the whole experience. We actually hired a consultant from a hospital in Austin and she gave all the details and the physiology. For me, it was most important for it to be real. The most important part was to ignore Jeff during this process.

Jeff: I was completely discounted in this experience.

Connie: Not true, I valued what Jeff had to say as a father. The men actually see birth happen. I took it with both angles.

i enjoyed the show, a little concerned at the speeding up up the story line..i was looking forward to seing the family experience the changes of pregnancy and how it would affect each of them...
