Shooting in Texas or some Western-Style version of Canada?

For anyone wondering where FNL is shot, it's 100% shot in Texas. The majority of the show is shot in and around Austin and the majority of the actors in supporting role are Texas actors and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Good morning. Everybody likes a kidder, but nobody lends him money. Help me! Help to find sites on the: Lace front wigs weaves. I found only this - find lace front Wigs. Please take your time while doing this.  In 1984 Michael Jackson's scalp was severely injured while filming a commercial for Pepsi. A pyrotechnic stunt went horribly wrong severely burning Michael Jackson's scalp. It left permanent damage. This accident has been cited as the beginning of MJ's use of prescription pain killers. Thank you very much . Faylinn from Mongolia.

I am an actor from Pflugerville currently living in New York and I watched the show last night. It was great to see Hollywood doing some filming in the towns of Texas. It brought back some memories from when I went to school there. Keep it up. I may have to move back and continue acting there.Great show.

thank you, thank you, thank you for keeping the religion in your show...I have 2 sons playing high school football in tn. & 2 weeks ago we had the same incident happen to our qb. He is ok now but was very close to being paralyzed. It was like we had just experienced the hit all over again last night! Prayer was the key to getting through it...prayer is the key in most things but is rarely shown on a mainstream tv network. I'm glad someone finally sees that the majority of americans beleive in god & want to see hollywood respect that! great show...we are hooked!

great job depicting TEXAS HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL! Using Pflugerville as the school creates alot of rivalries (Leander, Westlake, Temple, Taylor, A&M Consolidated) If you have a problem with the "religeon" in the show, then maybe you should come to TX and experience it first hand to see what it is really like.

I was touched by your show so much that it made me cry last night. I was pleased to finally see a program that wasn't afraid to say Jesus and to show kids having faith in Him. You're right...God is a big part of athletics in Texas and in many other parts of the U.S. Thanks for not being afraid to present the truth. I'm anxious to see the next episode!

thank you for allowing prayer to unite in your show although i enjoyed the whole show to share at the end w/ conflict and heartache right out of the gate to bring a people together. thanks

Finally a show that gets it! Fantastic to see religion included as a part of everyday life. Keep it up!

Good job. At one time, Texas may of been football, but now it belongs to The Ohio State Buckeyes!! Back to the show. I hope religion doesnt become the leading storyline. And dont show preiews for the next weeks episode, Make 'us' watch it!

Wonderful! Great to finally see a show on major network station that really understand what it means to be a Real Christian. Way to go NBC!!!

The movie was fantastic. I own it and have seen it at least six times...... The series looks like it is going to be even better!!! The writing and cast are remarkable. I love it! Keep it up!

I was wondering if they were going to explore some of rivalry among schools. Affluent schools vs the blue collar type towns. Also if some of the stories with young athletes with heart problems.

Wow, I just finished watching it via TiVo and I am super impressed. Look for a very good review on our next Lone Star Gridiron podcast http://www.lonestargridiron.com

How many episodes are "in the can" at this time. How many were originally ordered? What was the response to the show during the upfronts in May? - Obviuosly good because you got picked up- How much feedback do you get from executives at NBC? I haven't seen much in the way of media tours by the cast, are there plans to hit the talk show circuit now that the show has premiered?

Pflugerville really is an awesome place to film. I was there last Friday for the P-Ville vs Leander game and that place was ROCKING. An awesome high school football atmosphere. Really epithomizes how important High School football is here in Texas.

I loved the movie and really enjoyed the show. You used the band Explosions In The Sky for the movie, are they also doing the TV soundtrack? It sure sounded like it. Keep up the good work. Just please turn up the sound of the music when they score. It sounds more dramatic.

P.S. You did a great job with The Rundown too. Keep it up!

will this continue to be shot in Texas or will the production be moved since the pilot is over?

That's awesome to hear. Are you hiring for any production staff? I'm a recent college graduate with little production experience and would kill for an opportunity to work on this production.

What is the average age of the actors?

Thanks Peter - it's nice to see at least [b]some[b] things remain in Texas rather than some LA sound stage!

Couldn't have said it better myself, Pete!

Texas IS football.

I'm already worried about next season...do we get a bunch of new players since the seniors will have to graduate, sooner or later...
