What is it like being part of this show?
P: The cast is amazing, the writers are amazing, the crew is amazing. The day I got this job was the happiest day of my life.
J: We have a tremendous responsibility to keep the show fresh and entertaining and new. We're always reinventing ourselves and bringing in new guest characters and telling stories that have never been told before. That's a real challenge seeing as we're coming up on our 300th episode. To stay on the air this long and remain fresh and compelling is a challenge, but it requires that everyone rise to the top of their game...which is a great challenge and makes work all the more fun.

Hi Parminder. My question is this: Now that you have played a doctor on television, do you have any desire to actually go into the medical profession? I am an RN and have watched ER from the beginning. Kuddos to the NBC research team for continuity and accuracy in making ER as realistic as possible (from a medical standpoint). Keep up the good work and good luck with this season.

Hello. What a great show. I hope they get your character and John Stamos character back together. Anyway I've watched the show since it started, and now I'm in college for nursing. Your character and Abby has always been my favorite. Well except for Carter, he needs to come back.

I must say that ER is my favorite show and I've learned so much by watching it. I'm a Dental Assistant but my job isn't nearly as exciting. I want to know if the two of you see alot of yourself in the characters you play.

how 'bout a man off the street romance for Neela's character. I'm available for auditions. Great show! Still the best medical drama on TV.
Perhaps I missed something in the season finale, but I could not figure out how Gates ended up at the anti-war protest or how he even knew that Neela was there. Other than that, I thought it was a great episode, and I LOVED the Ray twist--sheer brilliance and great irony. I was wondering if perhaps you could grant some insight concerning this seeming deficiency in the storyline. Thanks!

You obviously need to study the basics of terminology and procedure in medicine to be a cast member of this show. How has this affected your perceptions of clinicians?

Parminder, did you agree with the scene? Cause as Neela in the show, you didn't show any fear, or any personal feelings before your character crashed. Who wrote the scene? Did Laura Innes agree with this scene as well? Cause all though she isn't Kerry weaver on the show anymore, she is still Laura Innes; the directer, in the background.

Being a A punjabi i like that they havent tried to garafy you. Is it a goal of yours to try to bring our culture to the mainstream?
Just want to say that I love this show! And even more so now because the cast is so fresh but still with some older characters. I miss Ray...he needs to come back and I love Abby and Neela and what ever happened to Hope? She kinda just disappeared after the wedding.
