Alright, alright. I'm back. I have emerged from seclusion to face the music. A second contestant has ever so rudely walked away with a million dollars. I will not say that she won it, or even that she earned it--it was HANDED to her. I gave her nine million-dollar cases, for Heaven's sake! A trained chipmunk could have won the million.

Some day I hope to come across an adversary who can play the game the original way and make it even remotely exciting. I tell ya, It's really tough being so intellectually superior to all those around you.

Well, you'll just have to take my word on that...

Election day is almost here, so be sure you go vote! (Resist the urge to write me in on your ballot, though--being President would really cut into my vacation time.)

I'm sorry, but that short, and I mean very very very short video didn't show anyone giving up. Wait a minute, I am going to watch it again. I'm back. Andrew B I have to say, as much as it hurts me to do so, YOUR RIGHT! She didn't follow through after stating she believed she had the Million. So are you saying she coped-out, and settled for a sure thing, instead of going with her true feelings and seeing it through to the end, or am I still not getting what your saying?

You know that short video didn't show how far into the game her decision was made.

A true believer wouldn't quit. This video simply sums up how Deal contestants play the game.

Another way to express this would be to find some other clip of a contestant making a similar speech, then splicing it back to back with the $1,000,000 case being opened. That's all you need to describe Deal or No Deal even to a complete idiot - this and my video is pretty much all you'll ever see.

Barely a third of each show was ever actually necessary because of all the spoilers, so you'd think NBC could find a way to at least make 20 minutes watchable. ...NOOOO!

There's scarcely a contestant who has played perfectly well according to the rules of playing. It's very simple: take above-mean offers, don't take offers with safety nets unless you really do need the money, and far more importantly, don't be two-faced - ever. You can be a model husband and father for 59 minutes, but just one second from the video and you should lose parental rights. To pass up a certain $659,000 (or whatever) is not worthy of a father with children to provide for.

Once you make that statement, it's too late for second-guessing: this is probably why it isn't a good idea to claim it in the first place. In comparison to many others, who you see here had no further need to sway the banker with these outlandish claims, since the banker had already made the last offer.

The basic rule of Deal or No Deal is to practice what you preach. If you can't practice, don't preach. If you have the gravitas to preach, to not practice could earn you a one-way ticket to a mental asylum. These contestants know what they are getting into, yet say this will be so easy, and then cry uncle when they are asked to actually do it. This behavior is cowardly, dumb, and WRONG, and should not be allowed to continue.

I saw nothing that was in anyway close to being alarming or damaging. All it proved was that the person was being very optimistic, a true believer. Well, what do you know, I just decribed myself "optimistic, and a true believer".

It looks like your the one having the "Deal" withdrawl symtoms, proably because of the reruns being shown at this time. Stay strong, hang in there, a lot of different shows are reruns now.

I implore you to go back to the drawing board, come up with a video that says the degroative point you want to make, because this wonderful video just doesn't.

I look everyday to see who might have posted something, and then on Friday when I checked your post took me by surprise, and the reason it did you took the time to post and talked smack. Nothing you said makes sense! I am going to try and break it down to figure it out.

1. You can't stop your "unconditional" love for "Deal Or No Deal".
2. You accidentally dropped your little portable TV down the toliet while watching "Deal Or No Deal".
3. You mixed your words up on the last sentence which made no sense while retrieving your portable TV from the toliet.

Now I have something to say:

Well, here we are back at the playing field at "Deal Or No Deal" Stadium Stage. With Howie Mandel as the Umpire. Mr. Banker in the out field ready to catch the flying $ Cases to give him outs (yes that's right) because it gives him an out of sending you home with as little as possible. And, that's exactally what happened with Anthony R.

Anthony got up to bat, and hit an $18,000 offer out to left field stage. 1 strike for Anthony, 1 out for the Banker.
Another hit for Anthony of a $14,000 offer out to the out field stage. 2nd stike for Anothony, 2nd out for the Banker. Mr. Banker is smiling big 8 )

Still up at bat Anthony hit a $ Case, Oh No!!! he hits it way out into right field stage, and Mr. Banker catches the $ Case and saved himself that great offer he made to Anthony of $28,000

Ahhhhh, this school custodian Mr. Vinney (Vince) could have cleaned up real good with one big sweep, but I think he figured he would rather walk away with a sure thing of $45,000 dollars. With this money he can put down a good size down payment on a house, and that would really be following his heart. 8 )
By doing that hopefully will relieve his pain of not finishing the clean-up of the $ Cases.

Lenny might have won enough to redo her bathroom, but every time she sits on her new throne she will always think about how she flushed away $250,000 dollars. 8 ( She just might chant "1, 2, what did I do".

Well now, I think Leigh was drunk on the excitement of being a "Deal Or No Deal" Contestant. Right now her Bartending job is her game, but making a new different looking shoe will be her claim to fame. Leigh has taken a huge blender and tossed in many shots of Money Cases, a bunch of hops from the $ Board draft, a lot of malts of dreams, and the icey offers the Banker gave her, an at the end ended up with a pitcher of "Barley Anything". A shot glass of $7,000. If only you would have worn a lower pair of heals, and been down where the air isn't so thin you might have thought to go all the way which would have made you a $100,000 dollar winner. Oh Ale, $7,000 dollars is better than nothing. That's winning around $233.00 a minute. Now that's what I call a TIP!!! Mr. Banker is a good tipper.

Well this Biology Teacher, Ms. Miller must have really loved ths study of frogs, because she would become so thrilled at the offers being made and the look of the great Money Board at half-way through the game she would springggg-UP and leap in the air with such zest, it was exciting!!! But, then the croaking started. Ms. Miller had guts to keep on going, but maybe she should have stopped at one of the lily pads that had one of the better offers, cause you never know when to turn over a new lily pad leaf, but when you have a great board like Ms. Miller had you've got to keep on hopping. Hey I wouldn't mind a mass of $29,000 dollars to fall down on me. Ha Ha Ha! But, more $'s would even be better.

Howie spoke of an Apple in the opening of the show, and I a was anxious to see if Ms. D would be beaten to the Core with her choices and decisions. I was also worried for Mr. Banker, because of Ms. D's knowledge of Martial Arts, because she came out swinging with good case choices. Will she still have her Self-esteem with her $ win at the end of the game? We shall see. 8 ) Hi-yah!!! It looked like everything was going along Swimmingly for Mrs. Froelich until she started using that new Math. 1 + 1 might have added up to $22,000 dollars for her this time, but if she would have held her nose and dived into the Money Pool and trusted her husband's lucky number she would have won $250,000. Oh well, it just didn't add up for her. Mr. Banker won again, this time by hanging onto a float, and knowing his math.

Coach Fuerte took some runs up and down the Money Board field, but I didn't think he was ever going to make a Pass $ amount to try for a Touchdown. He's going, he's going, Uh-Oh, he's fumbleing the cases!!! Good plays on the scoreboard field at the beginning, but you never know what case Yardline you are going to have a Down on. If you think your Halloween was bad, I found out that my Halloween Blog for a costume I wore was intercepted by JJ Abrams, and he blew up my favorite Star Trek planet with my favorite Star Trek race on it. And they killed Spock's mother.

I died a little inside.

For halloween I'm dressing as myself. No more of this 'mad vulcan hatter' stuff for me, just gonna be plain old CandleJack. Which reminds me, I'm going to need plenty of rope for all the children tempted to say my name.

But while we're still slightly clinging to the concept of Star Trek, I'd say that if you'd have to be anything other than human, you'd be a combination of Ferengi and Vulcan. Money-oriented and logical.

Stephanie is a true seeker, but she searched a little to long for that special dollar amount. She should have gone on till the very end then she would have had a $10,000 win, but a $5,000 dollar win was the way the cases crumble.

That is just the added excitement to the game. As far as the Contestants winning great amounts of money is just the luck of the Case they choose. They have the pick of the draw, then they have to watch the board, and think about the Banker's offers, and then weigh the odds. And as for the Million Dollar Mission, mostly everyone would think there is no way they couldn't walk away with a Million Dollars. WRONGGGGGGGG!!! That is wishfull thinking on their part. You can wipe those Million $ amounts off the board one right after another, and that's why you have to really think about the Banker's offers and decide how far to push your luck. I still say there has never been a bad show. It's a show that offers unknown surprises and excitement. I LOVE IT!!!!

If you think DOND doesn't have a bad month in the show's history, you need to look at an event that happened two years ago which did in primetime DOND.

It was the October from hell '07. The first installment of the million dollar mission saw Alicia Whitaker, Wynetta Williams, and Neal Washington (The million dollar mission wasn't in Neal's game) sell their million dollar cases. Carmen Gant push her game too far and winning only $100. Do you want to know the worst part of that month of October two years ago? The banker sending snakes to scare Wynetta. That stunt drew a lot of heat from viewers and the audience and if I was Wynetta, I would've filed a lawsuit against the show for that stunt. I hope that syndicated DOND avoids that trap. How about you?

I just watched a movie you made in 2002, "Hansel & Gretel". It was a darling movie, and you were absolutely adorable, and I love how you added that touch of the chacter "Bobby" from "Bobby's World" to the movie. Are the bunny slippers you wore in the movie the ones you wear at home? Ha Ha Ha
I have to say with all of the great actors and actresses in the movie, made it one great movie. I give it 10 thumbs UP. Eric, kind Sir,

You have given me so much to think about, so I will get started at once.

So you consider yourself a critic of the "Deal Or No Deal" show, a show you claim is gone. Eric, you need to take the time to think before you write. If it is gone how are you claiming your going to critique
on what the Contestants do? Also, if the "Banker's Blog" is shut down where do you plan to post your criticism about the errors you feel the Contestants make? About what I write, all I can say it makes me happy writing about something I love, and hopful that one day I might be a Contestant on the show like so many other people, and experience that kind of excitement!!! Wouldn't you?

Remember what I said about thinking before you write? I am one of the faithful bloggers! I'm still here aren't I. I don't know where the other faithful blogger's are, but I am not a follower. I am sure they have good reasons for not being on the blog at this time. I believe they will return when the new "DOND" season begins. What do you mean, "they have gone on to bigger and better things", is there new banker's blog site? If there was I think my bloogin friends would have posted it so all would know.

On to something else you said, When you say the last "episode of DOND", you need to say "the end of "DOND" season" instead. There has yet to be a "last episode of "DOND" Eric. To claim to be such a learned man you should know this. There are commericals of the shows return, and writings about the show. So see Eric, you needn't worry about keeping me grounded.

Can't anyone say "Deal Or No Deal" without saying the word syndicated? "Deal Or No Deal" is "Deal Or No Deal", that word doesn't define the show. No matter what time the show is on your TV or channel, it's still the great show it's has always been.

As for your evaluation of Koshka Blackburn's turn at bat as a Contestant on "DOND" which you call a choke job, it all depends on how you look at it. The wants and needs of that particular person at that time is what is important, not yours. What should matter to you while watching the Contestant play is hoping they think about what is important to them while having this chance at a life changing experience. The case that they pick gives them hope of winning big time, but then when it comes down to a difficult decision they might start thinking, even though they don't want it to be true, the case that they are holding just might not be holding something better, reading the board is so very important.

It feels great not being the only one on the blog today. The new season is getting ready to start, so I think Everyone will be back when that happens.

This is Eric, the pundit who just won't go away, asking you, Why do you always post poems about DOND even though it's gone and why on earth hasn't this blog shut down yet? It should've been shut down after the last episode of DOND but you keep writing while all the faithful bloggers have gone to bigger and better things. Explain that to me Linda. Another "Deal Or No Deal" lover, Great!!! There is alot of us out there. Playing "DOND" online wouldn't do for me. I am a hands on ( the buzzer on stage ) kind of person. I like my feet firmly ( on the "DOND" stage, except in my "Reclining Chair Office") on the ground. Also, I would rather hit knuckles with Howie instead of hitting my knuckles on the computer screen. It's a little difficult for me to type right now, but I will try. It might take me a little longer to type what I have to tell you about, but it's about dedication. I'm proud and upset at the same time. Oh well, now I will address Andrew b.

Andrew b, don't you see how you contradicted yourself. First you say your only gone because there is nothing left to discuss. Then you turn around and say if you wish to discuss "NBC's" "Deal Or No Deal" then your sorry thats something you don't want to do. My question to you is why did you take the time to even post in one of "Mr. Banker's posting boxes? All you seen to want to discuss about "DOND" is what you think is wrong with the show. Andrew, your problem is you try to psychoanalyze the game. Wake Up Andrew!!!, you are wasteing your time doing that. It's a great, electrifying, on the edge of your seat excitiment, a game of how far you are willing to go. It boils down to how far your willing to go for that life changing amount. Now back to my problem. I have always taught my fingers to stand up for what they believe in. Well, after trying to trick them yesterday they protested while I was sleeping. They ( my fingers ) know they are not allowed to play with scissors when I am not aware, so they got a hold of a bottle of Nair and used it to teach me a lesson. And what a lesson it was!!! My Daughters said you can never hit knuckles with Howie with fingers like that if your ever lucky enough to be a Contestant on "DOND". I just laughed and said: Time heals all, but in this case "grows all. They (my fingers) are dedicated to "Deal Or No Deal", and I respect that.

Nope, it didn't work, but first before I get into that I would like to say,

Good Morning to All in the world of "Deal Or No Deal",
and also the ruler of that world "Mr. Banker".

Well, now about Facebook. Like I said it didn't work with my fingers.
I acted like I was a little chilly this morning and so I put on some gloves.
I thought aloud that I was going to "The Banker's Blog" so I started typing,
and they ( my 10 fingers ) knew I was taking a different road on the keyboard.
So they stifened up and wouldn't type. I knew right then "I couldn't pull the wool
over their eyes". Excuse me while I have a little chuckle Ha Ha 8 )

I tried to convince them that it was a "Deal Or No Deal" site. They are just so loyal
to "The Banker's Blog", they are always saying he is the real deal of "Deal Or No Deal.
That he is the one who can make or break you. Even the picture I showed them that
would represent me on "Facebook" couldn't change their minds, and I am here to tell
you all of my digits have minds of their own.

So bigfan and Fiona join us on "The Banker's Blog". All of "Mr. Banker's "BFF's" will be
back when the new "DOND" season rolls around, even Mr. Banker will be back. Well, this
is what I tell myself when I click my heels together when I get up in the morning.

bigfan, I have always considered "The Banker's Blog" a "Deal Or No Deal" fan sight, and Mr. Banker is after all the head honcho, the big cheese, the big deal, the big enchilada, the big fish, the big gun, the big shot, the big wheel of the "Deal Or No Deal" show. Well, that is until a Contestant brings him down a notch or two beating him at his own game. He and I hit it off, so much so that in mid-August, I'll be spending a weekend at his waterfront mansion in Connecticut, not far from DOND's new home in the New London area.

I have one thing to say to you and that is this.

Please stop with your poems already. DOND is dead (with the exception of daytime, more on that later), the banker, Howie, and the models are no more. They've gone to better things now. Primetime DOND did itself in with misdeeds not even families would love. The daytime version of DOND has almost none of them and will be successful in syndication for sometime. Linda, by the end of this year, life after primetime DOND will seem like a good thing with the syndication DOND around.

Making his endless offers never really showing any shame
Constantly returning to that life changing telephone calling Howie's stage dome
Telling Howie to tell the Contestant they will soon be going home

It's just that I think BIG when it comes to "DOND"

I hate to do this, but just for a minute or two I am going to lower my standards, and go forward and give you a little of your own medicine. It's hard for for me to talk on the mean side, but I can't let you get away with thinking no one knows who you are.

First let's clear this up about your IQ. Am I right in understanding that your IQ went up from being .013 all the way up to -60, and maybe someday you can achieve a better score of 60+ if you work a little harder at this goal? Also, is that why they gave the Bus you drive for a living that number name to help you reach that goal? This truely makes me happy for you.

Next I take it spelling was not your best subject in school. Let's break this down in sylabols to make this easy for you OK? ok. ( Ca ) ( roots ) . Now what I am thinking ( something you don't seem to do very well ) you got confused maybe because the bus you drive is in bad condition, hence ( Car ) ( rots ). So "Caroots" is the name if you ask me again I'll tell you the same. I break myself up!!! Ha Ha ha Ha

Now for the last thing lets take the people you mentioned, OK? ok A name I swore I would never mention again so I won't I will use the real initials "M. E. Hello Linda sorry I have been gone so long. My brother had his surgery and is doing well with his feeding tube.
Monday July 5th my mom had a little stroke, she got overheated hadn't eaten or drank enough water, it was a muggy, warm day, luckily three of us were there on the porch with her when she started siezing. She spent 3 days in the hospital and got very confused, her dementia had gotten worse.
She is 88 and doing better this week, tomorrow she plans to go to Church.
So I have been busy, busy, busy and I have a 16 year old daughter that is being rebellious and pouting about having her phone taken away ...grounded for a week. boohoo

What a downer I am...

At least I get to return to work in a couple more weeks.

Ahhhhhhhh..8 ) That Felt So Good!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone,

This is Eric and I figure I ought to say something since this blog is going to be extinct soon. I'm not sure I can do this this is the end, but I'll do what I can.

You know if you think about it, this whole decline of DOND began when the show started doing the million dollar mission in Season 3. Once that happened, the quality of shows became worse and they did worse ratings. And once the bloggers that used to post here stopped posting because they stopped watching DOND, the bottom fell out and you knew it was a matter of time before things completely fell apart for the show.

So know you know.

I want to thank the banker's blog for giving me this opportunity to post my comments (though sometimes harsh about the show) and all the bloggers who stuck with the show through the good times and the bad.

Despite all those long commericals, Brooks Leach, nillion-dollar missions, the October from **** '07, and all that stuff that brought down DOND the last two seasons, it's been fun doing this, It's going to be weird not writing thoughts about the banker and the show.

I don't think I needed to be insane to keep watching the show, but it probably helped.

I know this sounds crazy, but I think I'm going to give syndicated DOND a chance. If the primetime DOND was thinking that it would recover from the Neisler-Atherton debacle and that the million-dollar mission wouldn't destroy the show, the least primetime DOND could is give moments that would make viwers turn the channel.

This is a Good Morning and Good-bye Everyone,

It didn't take a computer keyboard to hit me in the head to know this blog is probably gone for good. All it took was the "NBC" website to remove the words"Deal or No Deal" from the list of shows. The only reason I am posting this is (as people say) to bring some closure for me. I only say some because "Deal Or No Deal" is still very much alive on daytime. I love the anticipation of whats going to happen next, the commericals that make you wonder if the Contestant is going to win big, or a big blunder, Howie and Mr. Banker's remarks on the "DOND" stage are so funny, the Models are so lovely, or the Contestant wanna-be's all lined up on the stage are so witty. But I am going to miss my Bloggin Friends "Mr. Banker's "BFF's". 8 (

I have been trying since May 2006 to become a Contestant, and I gave it my best shot it just didn't happen, but I did win some computer friends. This was my first blog and it will be my last. I did come up with a little cheer yesterday, and I hate to see it go to waste. So here it is:

For one thing I am not a Wino, but it sure sounds like you and Richard are Harpies though. Why don't you just stop criticizing me for trying. It is said: "If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try again", and I believe in that. also Sir, what ever Dawn Mays, Dollydeb, Jan, LB, etc. etc. does or doesn't do is their own personal bussiness. Oh here's a BIG question for both of you: Don't you know the daytime "Deal Or No Deal" is on every day? So that goes to show you two "DOND" isn't dead, but very much alive. Primetime "DOND" could make special showings. I think that Mr. Banker and his bloggers will return when the new season of "Deal Or No Deal" begins.

Please give up on being a contestant on DOND already. All the bloggers and the models and Howie have gone on to better things and yet you're still posting. Andrew B, myself and Mad Mark for the past year have exposed all of the flaws that not only DOND has but you, Dawn Mays, Dollydeb, Jan, LB, the list goes on madam. You ladies always defend the show when a contestant has a choke job or sells the million dollar case. Well let me tell you something Linda, If Andrew B and Mark were still posting, they would've buried all you so-called supporters for sticking with the show that despite all the good moments the show gave us like Michelle Falco, the two million-dollar winners, the show gave us a lot of garbage like Brooks Leach, the October from %$#^ '07, Ritchie Dell's choke job, false adevertisements, million-dollar mission, and do you know what the worst part of DOND was that really did in the show? Well,well,well,looky here it's just me, myself, and I once again. But then again it's not about me, it's about "Deal Or No Deal", the Banker, Howie, and the Models. As long as I can post about a great show like "DOND", and the people that are the show I'm happy. Judy, it's great to see you post, but it is sad under those circumstances. Bless his heart. One never knows what surprises life has in store for them whether it be good or bad. All in all it's nice to know everyone hasn't disappeared from "Mr. Banker's Blog".

You're not the only one who can get too busy to write.

My brother gave us a scare last week, he is still in the hospital. He had a feeding tube put in last Friday, he can no longer swallow.

He has Parkinson's Decease and Shy-Drager's Syndrome a.k.a.(multiple system atrophy) and Strider's. We don't have a family history of Parkinson's and the only other way to develop it is through chemical exposure.

The V.A. and Military deny that exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam could be the cause and won't pay for his medications. The life expectancy for Shy-Dragers is 7 to 10 years from first onset of syptoms he has been treated by V.A. for heart problems, which he does not have problems with his heart, just breathing, swallowing, moving, swelling, falling, talking, blood pressure dropping when he stands, and trouble regulating his temperature. He is 59 years old.

Mr. Banker, when I'm sitting outside everything I see reminds me of You and "Deal Or No Deal". There is a dark piece of bark shaped like a head peeking through part of the tree that looks like your shadow. Then as I watch the beautiful birds flying around they are chirping the "DOND" music. The sun is bright like Howie's face. The beautiful flowers look like the Models. And our grass looks like a carpet of money, lets say it looks like a Million Dollars! Big news!

If you're in or near New England, there will be contestant tryouts for "Deal Or No Deal" this Saturday, June 20, from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. in Boston at the Seaport Hotel.

With the daytime version (and presumably the nighttime version as well when it returns) moving to Connecticut, this is the chance for "DOND" fans in the Northeast to try out.

The show's new home is Sonalystys Studio in Waterford, just off I-95 and halfway between Boston and New York (I've passed it several times while driving on I-95 between New York and Boston; you can see one of their buildings from the highway). It's also about five miles from The Banker's waterfront mansion.

While most who get on the show will lose big, those who blog on this site that get on the show will win big because the Banker respects people who have the courage to respond to his blog.

I haven't really been able to do any posting on the PC I was using, but there's some DonD contestant-related news over the last couple days.

If anyone remembers Jennifer Masche, the sexto-mom from an episode of Deal, she was featured on last night's episode of "Raising Sextuplets" at 10/9c. I just stumbled across it in the TV schedule for the day and of course recognized the name!

It was very fun to watch Jennifer moving along with being a mom to six babies at once and the progress they've made. They're currently 16 months old and all of them are downright ADORABLE!!

There was no mention of the show in the hour, but just catching up with Jennifer a bit was a great experience, and watching the young kids play and grow up...and yes, cry a lot...was an easy highlight.

You should have seen how big she was when she was carrying the sextuplets. She was practially double her old weight!

Really, because I like the primetime show much more than the daytime. I hope they change the top prize to $1 million for the fall season of the daytime show, because that would make it so more exciting. I'm tired of the banker offering crummy offers (one game, the highest offer was $33,000 and the offer should have been at least $50,000 with $200 and $100,000 on the board)

I'm not shy about posting that list anywhere and to anyone who needs to know about it. Dawn, and for that matter practically anyone else on this blog, continues to ignore the list and whine about why they would cancel this show, when the list is the obvious answer!

Note that while I still think Thomas' family were complete idiots, I'm using this only as an example of what Deal or No Deal has turned into. Whether you agree or disagree with the analysis, it still shows exactly why it was the series finale.

Sunday became a Bumday...

My daughter had a friend over to stay the night and at around 11:30 she got a call from home that her father was rushed to the hospital, she was picked up and taken to see him. He died a few hours later, early Monday morning.
So So So Sad. She's 15 and her father probably in late 40's early 50's.

On a brighter note the kittens just went to a new home, all three stayed together.

Oh poor poor Mr Banker, that was a nasty landing you made.

Mr Banker Bella needs company, I have 3 foster kittens that are about 8 weeks old, Mr Shadow, and Ms Silhouette look like you and Mr Tigs is a black and gray tiger. I think Mr Shadow is more black with black strips than Ms Silhouette she is starting to get some white hairs.

Eric, the syndicated version is just as bad as the primetime one, only in a smaller package. Although its ratings have been pretty strong (it got renewed for a second season as a result), it's still the same old repetitve rubbish. DoND has become repetitive, stale, boring, and irrelevant. I'd give up watching the show altogether, if I were you. I have. Even the UK version, which I really liked at one point, is boring now. I'm ready to move on, and I hope some of you are ready to do so as well.

I've found solace in the form of The Amazing Race, which is, by far, a much better program. Plus, it's won numerous Emmys because it's just that good. It gives you a chance to see the world, and watch 11 teams of 2 embark on the journey of a lifetime wiht the hopes of winning $1 million. It really is a very good show. DoND is a steaming pile of crap, and the sooner you lot realize that, the better. Never in my life have I seen such a sorry excuse for a game show. There are so many things wrong with it, it would literally take me an eternity to name them all.

So, in short, down with the Deal, and up with the Race. It's a much better show by far. I highly reccommend it. Try watching it when it comes back in the fall. You'll thank me later.

Unbelievable! I thought you were done with the banker's blog after the banker ignored our posts. Dawn Mays, Andrew and Mad Mark have a point. Primetime DOND ended not with a bang but with a whimper. There was no thank you for watching DOND on NBC by Howie. Dawn Mays, I know this is very difficult for you now that primetime DOND is outta here but for all the good moments primetime DOND gave us in its four years, it also gave us a lot of crap like million-dollar mission, October from **** '07, Brooks Leach, the list of misdeeds goes on my dear. Dawn Mays, Linda Caroots, Dollydeb. Why don't you give the syndicated, daytime version DOND a chance? Trust me ladies, by year's end, life after primetime DOND will seem like a pretty good thing.

I'd now like to personally thank you all for participating in one of the most successful experiments I've ever conducted. I set out to find out what would happen if I messed with the minds of crazed game show fans, and this was the result. The icing on the cake is that this blog is unmoderated, for the most part, and that was good because I never got banned. The experiment was a huge success, and I thank you all for participating over the past few years.

Oh yes, and I have some great news for you lot - the primetime DoND and 15 other shows are officially off of NBC's primetime schedule for fall 2009. Here's some proof.

NBC is giving the equivalent of broadcast time-shares to "Heroes," ''Chuck" and some of its half-dozen new series. In addition, the network has given thumbs-up to new seasons of "The Biggest Loser" and "The Celebrity Apprentice"

Instead of airing throughout the 2009-10 season, designated shows will have their turn and then make way for the next wave, NBC said Tuesday in announcing its schedule. The network's Winter Olympics broadcast will provide the midseason dividing line.

U.S. cable channels and foreign broadcasters have successfully used the approach of running a series straight through without reruns, giving viewers a steady stream of new fare, said Ben Silverman, co-chair of NBC Entertainment and Universal Media Studios.

A handful of network series, including Fox's "24" and ABC's "Lost," have followed the pattern.

And there ypu have it. Read the fine print, a$$holes. Primetime DoND is cancelled - for good. The three episodes you saw over the past few weeks? Burnoff material. They just needed an oppotunity to get the shows aired somehow, and they did. However, in terms of ratings, it tanked, so it got yanked. But of course, since all of you are mired in the swamp known as denial, you'll still believe that the primetime show will be returning. Sorry to burst your respective bubbles, but it won't be. So there. Syndie version will continue, and I guarantee that none of you will be selected as contestants because you're all so messed up. I'm going to put a $100 CDN bet on that too. What an ending for the season, huh! I noticed that most of you watched.

Oh, MM-a bit of advice-writing a novel and actually getting one published are two entirely different paths (altho they my converge at some point). I was merely pointing out that you used a subject pronoun (I) where an object pronoun was needed. 'Nuff said.
I hope you learn from it-when my editor points out my mistakes, I usually embrace the lesson and learn from it (for example, did you know that the accepted format for ending a sentence is to space only ONCE after the ending punctuation? Well, since I have been typing for over 30 years, that means that I'm too old to change that habit.

Now, Mr. Banker-can you please confirm or dispell the rumors? Hope your nighttime job isn't being canned.

"Deal or No Deal" is all about the unexpected. What is wrong with you "Commentator wanna be's". The commerical take off's of "DOND" show is done exactly like the advertisement of the other TV shows even the movies. The are given many different scenarios. There is no need to even watch the show if your wanting the commercial to tell you the outcome.
Again I say, it's the unexcepted that makes the show "Deal Or No Deal" exciting. Also, YOU (you know who you are)prove this everytime you get on this blog to be with other "Mr. B's Bloggin "BFF's" who are the "DOND" fans.
Stick that in pipe and smoke it, no wait smoking is bad for you, so instead stick it in your juicebox (juice is good for you).
