We spent a lot of time developing the supporting characters and searching for those actors. Those who watched The OC season 4 will recognize two of the nerd herders. And indeed, that is Mark Christopher Lawrence as Big Mike. He's great and you're going to see a lot more of him in the series.
I'm loving this show and the fact that NBC lets you watch there shows online unlike other networks they win hands down. Wow the break up was a shocker to me, I thought when he said he had a list of things he wanted to cross off he was going to kiss her, but I have to say that was the best break up line I've ever heard. Can't wait for next week. P.S. Heroes rules.
Tell me they haven't gotten rid of Henry Tang for good?!!??? Who can forget him in the Howdy-Doody outfit?? He's a keeper, guys!!
Also, while I'm at it -- excellent dialog on 'Chuck vs. the Truth', especially the debate over who gets the truth serum, after the bad guy dropped it.

Your show is terrific! I mainly started watching because of Adam Baldwin, but everything about it was fantastic from episode 1. I'm hooked. I wanted to suggest an actresses for a guest star? Is that possible? I have heard that Casey's backstory will be coming up very soon. I would love to see him in a relationship with a 'real' woman, not some twenty-something vixen like Carina. Casey may be a hard nose, but looking at his lifestyle and tastes, he needs someone with class and elegance. I would like to suggest actress Catherine Mary Stewart, she's the perfect age, beautiful, and who can forget her portrayal as the tough as nails Vally girl, Regina, in 'Night of the Comet?' I think the two of them would really sizzle, she would put Casey in his place if he needed it, a perfect foil in looks and manner. Please oh please!!!!!

I agree with Ginger. I tuned into the first episode because of Adam Baldwin, but I kept watching because the show is awsome! Great cast & characters, terrific plots and hilarious dialogue. A perfect combo!
I just wanted to say thanks to the whole Chuck team...actors, writers producers, grips PA's EVERYONE, lol. You make turning on the television an amazing experience Monday nights. Everything flows so well you don't even have to really go into the realm of suspension of disbelief. I really have fun watching the show, so again, thank you.
in the "Crown Vic" episode, when Chuck tells Casey the car is "shiny", is this an intentional reference to Adam Baldwin's previous series, Firefly?
Near the end of Chuck vs. The Nemesis, the firefighter guy who talked to Big Mike looks a lot like that person who won NBC's American Inventor.

I was so disappointed when I tuned on to my most favorite time and show only to find out that it had been taken over by a STUPID gameshow!!! I don't watch tv except for when my sons are watching cartoons, but Chuck changed my life forever (hehe). Great show. Can't wait to see next new episode.
This is one of the best shows on tv! Every episode has me in stiches- especially when something comes flying across screen to hit a 'bad guy' in the face.

On a totally different topic, I really appreciate the fact that the shows creators are taking the time to develop the secondary and tertiary characters.
The show is NOT just about Chuck, but the interplay of Sarah Lancaster as Ellie, Captain Awesome, Morgan, and the nerd herd is comic genius. I would love to see more development of their backstory and fleshing out of their characters as you have some gifted comedic talents.

What about the reference to Hole's Live Through This at the end of No More Fun and Games? The end of the episode has Sarah crowned in a definite reference to the album cover...are there a lot of these arcane shots? Am i missing them cuz I am old?
Really well done shows. Question/suggestion: I notice no senior citizens. Since neither of the main characters have "family" why not a "grandfatherly" character giving life lessons to chuck. His hearing aid would let him know Chuck is miked. ( yes I work with seniors.)

CHUCK HATES BLACKS & LATINOS (especially women) Nothing like being portrayed as the stereotypical thug, bad guy or eye/neck rollin' "No he didn't" salesperson to lower a show's standards. Stopped being hip & funny and became one step away from the banana peel gag. Hard to believe an area in SoCA has populace that looks more like New Jersey than Burbank (or am I selling NJ short?)Women only come in two shades at the BuyMore -- pale and paler. & BTW J Gomez is about as latin as Cameron Diaz.
When are Chuck and Sarah getting together it's getting old that they keep getting close,but something always gets in the way.

Chuck is great! Is there going to be a 3rd season!?! I hope so! I have never watched a show over and over again, but I started watching Chuck this year, and had to go out and but the first season on DVD! In between the weeks I just rewatch it because its so funny! Thanks NBC for making good television!
I too am a huge fan (actually not huge as in fat but huge nonetheless). Have you considered moving Chuck to a timeslot where it would have less established hit shows as competition and thus give it more exposure and a better chance of finding its audience?
My wife and I really enjoy this show. We just discovered it two months ago and are telling our friends to watch it. We are looking forward to watching more seasons of Chuck - an excellent cast and well-written show.

I love "chuck", I've read in the "The Orgonian" television section that "chuck" will be off the air. NBC is a fool to remove this great show. What is NBC thinking???

most likely chuck is going to come back even if nbc doesn't sign on it again it can comeback on another tv station like [scrubs], it was on nbc but changed to abc, so there is a really good chance its coming back

Not good policy to change time slots. Many of us Tivo anyway, so it wouldn't matter. Heroes looks like it will be gone after March so there goes another of my favs.
