I only tuned in because on the commercial they showed Yvonnes' feet. Question "What size are they?", and will we be seeing more of them as the series progresses? Kind of like a Q.Tarantino homage?

Great show, But too many things that would never happen the way it was written. Your writers need a real technology person to point things out or this show will fail...

Great show. Very funny in a quirky kid that got beat up all the time sort of way. Beauty, The Beast and the Geek - Nerd. Please keep this one around. It has some of the same things that make Heroes a good show: it is different, has good writing, and some faces people recognize mixed in with some new comers, mostly newcomers on this show. If you need another nerd, I'm your man. Love to do a guest spot.

Is the 1st (and any subsequent episodes) going to available for video download soon? I caught only the last 7 minutes because of the #@!* subway! I didn't Tivo, like a moron...

It reminds me very of the "Jake 2.0" tv series where Jake, who is also a tech support guy, works at the NSA and accidentally gets infected with the NSA's experimental nanites, gains super human powers, and becomes an NSA agent. Loved that show!

Chuck is like a reincarnated version of Jake 2.0 - just with all the government secrets and without the super powers.

1. A circa 1984 Mac was not capable of high speed internet connections, hence the e-mail to Chuck could not have worked.

2. e-mails, even if erased from a server, still exist. The FBI or CIA certainly can recover it.

3. What is a "DOS override?"

If you are doing a tech-based show, get the facts right. Hire a tech person who can review the scripts for errors.

Additional error: The TRS80 was "new" in 1980. It would not have been used at Stanford "9 years ago."

Some of the comments here are a bit too critical on the technology. I was the real person who wrote the TRS-80 version of Zork back in 1979 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zork) and it was a total hoot to see Zork still being mentioned almost 30 years later (Josh was 3 when it was written).

In any event, I sent off a message to be relayed to Josh offering any background on Zork should he want it.

Woot on Cutler's response on all the tech challenge. Either way, it is a fictional show. I work as csr/tech support and maybe 1 out of a 100 calls are made by computer saavy techies, much less actual engineers--and sometimes even they don't know what they're doing. They think their ignorance can be masked by all the jargon they they throw out. I simply play along with the game until they tire out and are at a loss for any other terminology.

The success of this show will not be based on the merit of their accuracy of technological terms and references. It will be because the plot lines are good, the acting is impeccable, timing, comedy, action, and drama.

I love the show except the romance between Chuck and Sara is aliitle slow for modern TV. How does Sara explain driving a Porche 911 when she works as a counter girl at a hot dog stand?

CHUCK HATES BLACKS & LATINOS (especially women) Nothing like being portrayed as the stereotypical thug, bad guy or eye/neck rollin' "No he didn't" salesperson to lower a show's standards. Stopped being hip & funny and became one step away from the banana peel gag. Hard to believe an area in SoCA has populace that looks more like New Jersey than Burbank (or am I selling NJ short?)Women only come in two shades at the BuyMore -- pale and paler. & BTW J Gomez is about as latin as Cameron Diaz.

I felt really bad about Elli and Awesome's after wedding tables, flowers, ice sclputer. I LOVED the part where he fought off those six bad guys, then he said in such and awesome voice, " I know kunfu?" Chuck, you are so awesome and I can't wait till next season.
P.S. The word awesome is totally awesome.
