I couldn't sleep early this morning so I got up and did some things on the computer that I haven't had the time to do lately with all this packing and getting ready to move on Monday. Soon we will be in Beliot, WI. I was able to look at yesterdays blog and I enjoyed watching you enjoy your gifts. I love choc. covered strawberries too. Maybe you have never had really crispy deep fried okra. I love the stuff and I also love skillet fried green tomatoes. I don't get to eat liver anymore because I am the only one who likes it, so I don't make it anymore. Corey absolutely refuses to eat it. I did notice when his Momma made it, he ate it then. He told me that he had to when she served it. It was eat it or go hungry. :o) But with me, he can protest and he knows I won't force the issue. :o) I am not sure I will be able to go back and read all the blogs I missed. I am just happy that I couldn't sleep this morning. It was nice to see your lovely face again.

I never knew two people could accumulate so much "stuff" in their home in about 20 years. We have had a pick up of furniture we weren't taking with us, and have made several drop offs at the local drop off sight of the Goodwill store.

Hello everyone else. I am sorry I wasn't able to keep up with you. If you sent me a letter on My Space I did read it, but I didn't always have time to answer them all. I surely have missed all of y'all too. I am hoping that by the end of July I will once more be a regular on the blog once more. Oh my weight loss has leveled off for now. It is hard to eat right when your kitchen is in bits and pieces. But I impressed Dr. Stamps last week when I bent over and touched the floor. That is such a major accomplishment for me, especially now that I no longer need to use my wheelchair to get around major places and my cane around the house and on short outings. I get around on my own two feet right now and I am thrilled. Well, I need to go do some sewing so I can put up my sewing things. I have some new arm chair covers cut out that I need to get done. I have arm coverings, two pillow covers and a head rest piece. I love and miss all of y'all. Love and many chubby arm hugs to everyone.... Jean'.

I will be haunted today by my mom's fake, sweet, sing-songy, "Good Morning Mary Sunshine" as she opened the blinds to let the sunshine hit me smack in the face! I believe the years of that torture are the reason why, to this day, waking up ruins my whole day! :) I promised myself I would never do that to my children, so my son is forever going be haunted by the memories of me growling, "It's time to get up. NOW!" There is probably a happy medium somewhere... :)

Every time I watch SYTYCD, when the woman choreographer with bright red hair is on, I always look to see what she is wearing as she had a makeover done on What Not To Wear a few years back. At that time her whole wardrobe was black. Interesting to see how far she fell back into her own old ways.

Like I said in area 51, my daughter had a blast at A.I. last night. She got some pics that I may post later. She spent the night at a friends last night. Pus I'm still trying to get grad pics up. I stole them from her MS, but only R click on the minature side, so I have to retransfer them with normal size.

Oh.... Dawn..Wakey, Wakey sunshine is what I've always said to my daughter. Sometimes when she was smaller I would make a song out of it.
I'm with Auntie T, I never did like the good morning song that my dad would come in singing with his morning cup of coffee. I'd always cover my head.
As I look back at it now, I think that it was cute.
Never the morning person untill about 5-7 yrs ago.
When I was married my ex husband would do the same thing, but I think it was just to bother me LOL.
He would bring coffee too sometimes, so maybe not, but he would always throw off the covers, just to see me get angry. He got a kick out of it, so maybe he did it to torture.

HELGA, MEED, NANCY & WHOEVER watches SYTYCD. My pick for woman going home tonight has to be Comfort. She's been dragged along for too long now. The guys it's really tough for me. I didn't exactly enjoy the show too much last night. I really like the way Thayne dances, but I bet he goes. Gev could go for me because of the technique, but for a beat boy he's doing very well. So I'm throwing my arms up in the air about the men tonight. I haven't a clue who they will pick. When they give the final 3 and they dance for their lives I can pick better. I love Joshua, but his waltz wasn't that great, but he was good with the lifts! So I can't decide about the men. I love Will, but he hasn't got the big personality like say Mark. Mark is doing well, but he doesn't have the technique like Will. Oh, I'm going around in circles aren't I. I'll watch the show tonight. LOL!!!

Dawn it is hard to pick this season. I think though, that Kerrington and Twitch might bite it tonight

Hi Helga! Yes, I am watching SYTYCD. I like Courtney. (I think I got her name right) I think she's a cutie. Not sure who should get voted off. The show was good last night. I especially liked the last dance number - the Bollywood one.

NANCY- I can't wait for the show tonight. Then it's down to final 10 and then they change couple don't they? They pick from a hat who their partner will be. That will be interesting. Gotta rest so I can stay up to watch! LOL! Last night I went to be at 6:30pmPT and gave instructions to my husband to wake me at 7:55pm so I could watch the show. Ha!!!

SYTYCD - I say for sure Comfort. To me she doesn't partner well. As for the guys -- that is a tough call. Comfort has actually pulled each of her partners down as she dances more individually and therefore they don't look as good. It so depends on how people vote. Do they vote for the dances that night or do they think of what they have done in the past and they might have had a rough night. Depends on the memory recall of the votes (like age and teens being goo-goo-ga-ga over the 6-packs!!!).

The couple who danced Bollywood, each time I see her, I wonder about her roommate/friend/dancer as she was so close to being there. I haven't seen it if they have done one, but I am surprised they have not interviewed her.

All the dancers have done well as you see them learning in such a short time frame -- like 5 hours or something -- to learn something so out of their own comfort zone.

Finally -- it posted. FYI - If you are interested as when you type more than a few lines & it poof's off -- My trick is with the mouse, highlight your comment and right click copy. Then's it's on your cyber clipboard so that if it doesn't post, you can just paste it into the box to post. Saves the time and brain power of recomposing it!! There have been some that I have copied on to a new email page if I want to tweek it and just saved it in my draft file as that way you are not sending it to yourself and when it posts, I delete it from draft email file.

I think there are a few ants that have worn their mouse out!! Crick, Crick, Crick!!!

I kept refreshing ANT's spore page and apparently flipped something out because it won't let me add to the numbers anymore.

Hi BEDBUG, thanks. Well I guess it's easier to tell yourself you might not get it because then the dissipointment won't be as big as if you told yourself you would get it but didn't. I don't know if that makes any sence... well. Yeah, I thought HR seemed to be an interesting field to and the programme I'm gonna be in focuses alot on psycology and thats something I found really interestin in High School :) So now I'm looking forward to start this fall even though I'm gonna miss the introduction since I'm still in Rhodes.

HELGA Hi!Hi! :-) I love snow peas as well but the ones that I actually meant are called sugar snap peas, look it up on google in the image section you will get a pic of what they look like. It's like the kind that you buy in the bags you know the frozen peas but those are fresh and soo sweet and nothing like the frozen kind. If you ever get a chance to taste them I'm telling you you'll be hooked instantly! hihi. What I do is that I buy some and take them all out of their little pods and put them in a plastic container and they are great for a snack, just grab a handful. Emma loves them as snacks also, she sits at the table with her little container of peas hihi

STEPH IN OREGON- Hey you are back early? I thought you weren't coming back until tomorrow. Yes, I was shocked I called the bottom three. Craig told me he was surprised by who I picked, but I just called it for what I saw last night. They voted right tonight for Comfort and Thayne. As much as I like Thayne he danced the least to save his life. I am glad for him though that Mia will work with him. I'm also glad what Nigel said they would have liked to get rid of 2 girls tonight and keep Thayne. Now we have to wait a whole other week for the next show! LOL! Oh well Big Brother on Sunday.

Hello Everyone! Chris is right about clearing your cache and cookies. I use a program called CCleaner. It is great because it clears out the crud you pick up while surfing.

I noticed the little bar in the top left hand corner that says "Sporelebrity Gallery". When you click on it a menu drops down. When I clicked on 'HIGEST RANK'. It shows ANT on the second row. This is because of the # of 'LIKE IT' votes That is still VERY, VERY good! I am soo happy that the ANT Colony has made such a wonderful difference in his ranking.

One note about CCleaner...it doesn't work well if you have Cable highspeed. It seems to work find if you have ADSL (telephone highspeed). Apparently it can make surfing a sluggish affair when you have cable high speed. I guess with the cable...it needs to cache...in order to cache up... Know what I mean.

It's early for me and I don't think even I know what I mean!
