Kristin makes history!!!

How great does Mike look? Could you believe Mike’s old shirt? Isn’t it just incredible how far they’ve all come? It was such an emotional start to the show – all the contestants, but especially Kristin and Aubrey were so affected by surviving to ‘singles’. And Jillian was right – having to choose between Bob & Jillian, and announce it in front of them, was like choosing between mom & dad. An incredible tough, emotional decision in some instances. And you could see the instant he said it that Mike regretted leaving his to a coin toss. And I don’t mean that he wouldn’t have picked Jillian, I don’t know… I just mean, we talked about it, and I think he regretted leaving such an important decision to a coin toss. Sione’s words about wanting to make his family proud obviously affected everyone – the BL campus is tough on everyone, and the experience impacts everyone in different ways – it was really moving to hear him say that no matter what happens, he is thinking of his family, and his true goal – to be healthy for them.

The Nascar challenge was so insane right? Clint Bowyer was SO awesome. A really nice guy, and it was really cool having him on the show. Mike & Ron are both major Nascar fans, so everyone was really psyched to meet him, but they in particular, knew all the stats etc. Not for nothing, Tara kicked ass dragging that car down the race track. Man, Tara took that weight and proved what she’s made of. Helen said it exactly right “bring it!” We were all so jealous of Tara’s victory ride. How incredibly fun did that look?
Wasn’t Kristin so incredible on the scale? She has been inspiring since day one, and tonight’s ep proved why. I hope everyone sitting at home on their sofa watching, thinking they can’t do it, hears her words and is encouraged, that anything IS possible – and that you can do it too! I love her.

Hey Alison,

Tonight's episode was so pivotal for everyone.
I mean this whole thing makes them only stronger.
The woman are really kicking it into high gear.
Thanks for making the show #2 in our household, 1st is Days of coarse lol...can't wait to hear what's next on Days it's getting really good.

I am so proud of Tara. I was cheering her own knowing it was already decided by the time I watched it. I was so excited and proud of her. I am really hoping she wins. I was sad she missed by ONE POINT but, very happy for Kristin. Kristin's mom did an amazing thing by saving her daughter. Ironically, Aubrey was voted off so perhaps they should have just voted Aubrey off. Oh well.

I thought the show was amazing tonight, as much as I watch it for everyone, I watch it more for Kristin, She is my favorite contestant and she makes me cry every week. I have had 2 children and finally weight 130lbs (pre-baby weight.) but it is very hard work to lose weight. I would be amazed to meet her, just to to tell her how amazed I am. She is remarkable in every way and as sad as it is to lose her mom she has done amazing and made history. Ally if you get this please maybe pass my e-mail on to her,please tell her how much she inspires me to get up at 4am with my husband to work out before the kids wake up to work out. she is a true inspiration, to me and my family. ~ A true fan (Kristen)xoxoxox

I almost cried when I saw her hit the 100 pound mark. I started my journey(though much earlier) at around the same weight and am struggling at 30 pounds lost. I can only imagine what it will feel like at 100 off(halfway there)

I feel like we are watching Mike turn in to a young man. He looked so much older when the show first started. I admire the love he has for his father. I don't think I have ever seen an 18 yr old love a parent as much as he does his father. I really am happy they have been able to stay together the whole time.

WOW ~ Tara I knew you could do it! You are just like me Strong minded and Strong Willed! Keep up the great work.

I have to say everyone is doing a great job. It's hard to say what team I want to see win.

I am very proud of all of the contestants. However, my heart is with Kristen and Tara! I am very proud of them . So happy that Tara didn't give up when the house ganged up on her. I to struggle with weight, and Kristen keeps me going every week :) I love the show and I love Allison!
Days will always be my favorite daytime and now BL for evening :0

I just wanted to say first of all that the contestants are absolutly amazing and so inspiring. I have begun my weight loss journey, thanks to this show and the awesome things that I see these contestants do every week it gives me that I need. I am especially proud of Kristin and would love for her to know that she truly gives me hope that I am going to reach my goals!!

When the girls were telling Jillian about Tara's winning, they should a shot of Laura with some sort of splint on her shin, maybe she has shin splints? I noticed she didn't pull the car, I think that is why she didn't, but I could be wrong! And as I am typing, I'm watching Days.. I LOVE this show!!! I relate to a lot of it!

This was the 2nd challenge that Kristin sat out. Why? I figured Laura sat out because it looked like she had a boot on her leg. But why Kristin? If anyone sat out I thought it would be Ron.

Rawr..I think Filipe should have been voted off instead of Aubrey. It's not because I like Aubrey better than Filipe, but Aubrey ony lost like 58 pounds-which is not that much compared to the 105 that Kristin lost (AWESOME JOB!!) and Filipe already lost alot of weight, and frankly, I think he would do much better at home. Seeing that Aubrey gained weight and was back at 200lbs made me really sad. I hope she doesnt keep gaining weight and go back to the 249 she started at.

Bah. I think they made a bad decision, but they did it for their own reasons.

Ali, I don't know how you keep it together. The show is so emotional and I always find myself crying. I am so happy for Kristen and Mike I hope they both are on the finale. I love this season is not about playing the game but really sending home the people that are not performing. Nothing like last season where it was all about drama and back stabbing, rude people... I must admit Tara and the woman in the pink team were on my nerves last night.... anyways I hope you and Rafe really hook up, he is so handsome....

I think when the contestants realized what was happening to the "weight" they had added, especially to Tara and Helen, from the looks on some of the faces it was almost like "Oh my gosh, what have we done to Tara and Helen?" I could be wrong but I would swear I saw a lot of remorse there. Anyone else notice that or am I "up in the night?"

wow awesome job to all of them....I'm just tired of seeing the same person win every time (not just this BL but in others as well) As for us at home people need to understand that there are many of us with disiablities (due to our weight ect) that cant do the same as they are doing and really need special help and cant afford to get it. And sometimes this show is inspiring it also can be imtimadating as well! With this being said I am appling for season 8...we will see if they even consiter a handicapped person! We need to show others that all can do this no matter what are disablities are!! Wish good luck!Thank-you Kathy

When I commented to you on there once telling you I had never seen BL you told me I should really watch it, so I did, and I really love the show now! Hi Ali, I wanted to tell you how proud I am of Kristin I cried when she was on the scale! I posted last week that Kristin's and I's profile is so much alike it's crazy! When she was talking about wanting to inspire people it was tugging at my heart strings! Everything that she said is what I feel and want to do for my family and everyone in my hometown plus. I own a plus size boutique called BIG BOLD & BEAUTIFUL BOUTIQUE IN TX. 75482 . I see all of these beautiful women and teenage girls coming in looking for trendy 4x clothes which I have but I feel like I am hendering them instead of helping them. When I see the young girls I see my daughter who is only 4 but she has awful eating habits because I do! I need help!
I appied for BL season 7 twice once by app and the other at open calls Dallas
I also applied for season 8 by app. I am 263lbs and my best friend is 318lbs . I really hope to get a response this time so I call tell my story. I know that God has big plans for me because I have this burning desire in my heart and I will be so excited when he makes it clear to me! Thank You! (GO KRISTIN)

Has anyone else noticed that during the new Cardio Max DVD, Bob and Jillian both talk about Erik being the Biggest Loser winner and losing 214 pounds? How is the possible? The show hadn't ended yet when that was filmed!? I'm confused!!
