That was the best part of the show. I was laughing so hard. My friend walks in the room and goes "why she upset?" "They need to listen to her."

Boy it would be great to have Jillian kick my butt into shape, if I only I could, but such is life, i will do what I can and take each day as it comes.

There kids are all adorable and it was awesome to see how the families are reacting to the changes they are all making. It is really encourageing.

If the contestants were allowed to switch trainers anytime they wanted to, then why make a big deal out of the selection of teams and trainers? I can't believe that the blue team would allow Bob to take focus off of them to train two players from another team. It's not fair to them, they need all the help they can get. Why are the producers allowing this to happen?

Please someone clarify....did only Helen eat a cookie last night to add 5 minutes to Tara's time??? I thought Aubrey ate a cookie. And possibly others??? Please help solve this for me.

I think it was really awful that only Helen ate a cookie. Tara was right on when she said that it'd be great if everyone skipped the cookie and just let the best person win. I know it's a game & there's strategy at play too, but man, what a crappy thing to do!

I to am curious about Aubrey's cookies. On the episode it showed her eating two, but then when it came time for the results nothing. Looking for the mystery to be solved.

RE: Aubrey... I am pretty sure that the cookie(s) she ate were for someone who was not affected by the outcome. What Alison asked was whether or not someone specifically ate a cookie for Tara or Sione.

It's really a shame that Helen ate that cookie, but then on the other hand if Sione hadn't gotten that cramp at the end of his run, he would have won anyway.

Great episode. Ali, thanks for posting the clip that didn't make the air last night. I was wondering about the trainer situation with Filipe and Sione.

Did the contestants know it was a timed thing as well? Maybe they could have split the money, I felt sorry for Tara or maybe Sione could give her a $1000 for the thougt of it.

I have a question? Why isn't there a biggest loser episode for disabled people. I was finally diagnosed January 2008, after 6 years of chronic pain, with degenerative arthritis of the hips w/ dysplasia, spondylolithois of lower back, and gor degenerative joint disease w/ deconditioning. Do to this illness, I have gained 90 pounds and can not move. I eat healthy but do not lose weight. I want to be 130 pounds again and regain my youth. Just to be able to move around and do normal tasks like climb stairs, bend to do the laundry, put my shoes and soxes on with out difficulty and so much more that people take for granted. I am pretty healthy except for my hips and legs. My mind says go--go--go but my hips say no--no--no. I could never do the challenges that they do right now, but if you had people like myself that could use some guidance and support. I think this show would be a huge hit because then it really shows that anyone can really do this and achieve a healthy life style even a physically challenged person.

Though Jillian intentions are good, she seems to deep into what she is doing. Does she ever smile? Hiden within is the person YOU were meant to be the person YOU want to be, that should be what trainers need to bring out of people

Hey! I've said this literally like a million times before, but I'm going to keep saying it until it happens. I'm a teenager (15 going on 16. I'll be 16 on April 11th! Yay me!) and I did a random Google search because my curiosity got the best of me, I found out that 90% of overweight people in the country are teens. That's because we sit in front of video games, computes, Ipods, TVs, etc and don't get the exercise we need. I am suggesting y'all do a Biggest Loser Teens. Adults aren't the only overweight people in the country! Think of teens, too! Thankies! Have a super-duper day! Or night... whatever time it is! Lol! :)

Put Max on the next season! We'd love to see him succeed the way Mike has, and you'd have a great carry-over audience because people since fans of the show have already "gotten to know him" through Ron, Mike, and the clip this week.

Loved the inspirational music that played with that video. I don't know...I think if you're assigned to a team, you should stay there. Saying he only has drive with Bob is pathetic. He should be driven to lose weight with or without Bob. Anyway...

Biggest Loser was great again this week, thanks for adding the special comment from Jillian and Fillipe too, too bad they couldn't put it on the show on Tuesday, I think everyone could have benefitted from that.
The kids of the players are so cute, and I do feel so bad for Max, he felt left out, I hope Biggest Loser can invite him to come to the ranch next season too, I think the idea of doing a show with all the remaining relatives of the players who need your help would be great!!!

Today's episode on Days was so intense, my daughter and I and even my poor sick son who is almost 16 year old ( his Birthday is in a week) watched it, and I couldn't get away from the screen, your scenes in the church were so incredible, I could see the overwhelming yoy you felt holding your daughter and not (Nicoles!!!) at the christening, and how about Mia just showing up in the right space and the right time!! Tony's acting was so admirable, I was soo holding on to my chair and couldn't wait to see what he is going to do with the information he got from Mia, and how about Nicole, she is going to get what she deserves stealing your poor little baby,lol...!!!
(By the way the new Will is cute my daughter was pointing out, and she is right, he is adorable, I like the interaction with both of you, so sweet when you look at him, great acting Ali, as always, we can see that you care and are talented, keep up the good work!!)

Any chance of Biggest Loser doing a show for folks with injuries such as impingement syndrome and/or arthritis? My activity level has dropped since the diagnosis and I am struggling to keep the weight off with the decreased activity level, despite doing physical therapy.

On another topic, I am annoyed with Helen. Tara won the race fair and square and I thought what Helen did was just wrong. I first lost respect for Helen when she sent her daughter home. I thought that was selfish. Then she tempted the black team into tequila shots showing bad judgement (not to mention her smoking). Lastly she takes $10K away from Tara by opening her big mouth. That was just mean. I've lost a lot of respect for Helen and wish she would go home. It's so sad that the folks who do what they should (like Dane?), and lose the weight get sent home or lose a prize because of another person's self interest. Tara should have gotten the money and Dane should still be there.

Filipe's selfish & childish behavior gets another of the blue team sent home. Why can't Bob man up & tell those guys he has a team he needs to focus on, not them.

I'M SURE THAT I'M NOT THE FIRST TO SAY THIS, BUT YOU NEED PEOPLE WHO CAN'T PHYSICALLY DO ALL THE CHALLENGES ON THE SHOW. I HAVE AN OLD ANKLE INJURY THAT DOESN'T ALLOW AS MUCH PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AS THEY SHOW, BUT I WOULD L O V E TO BE ON THE SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I AM ABOUT 200 POUNDS, THAT'S RIGHT 2222222222222222222 00000000000000 00000000000 POUNDS OVER WEIGHT. I WOULD LOVE TO GET THERE WITH BOB AND JILLIAN AND LOSE THIS WEIGHT.
