I am not as big as many past contestants, but the weight is enough to cause health problems such as high cholesterol. I also have RA, so excess weight is not good. I myself used to weigh 218 lbs, but I had a gstric bypass and now I weigh 104 lbs and I feel awesome. I sympathize with all of the contestants and I am just as proud as they are of themselves when they reach their goals.

Please let NBC know that I would love for your character to finally marry Lucas and be seen as a role model instead of a villan. The viewers need to know that people can really change if they put their heart and soul into it.

I am so stocked that you are hosting. I sent in my application video and I am so ready to loose this weight. I know that the Show will help teach the the right ways to do that. It's great you getting to host The Biggest Loser. I'm not a big internet user, but often I play on different sites and I stumbled across your blog. I just have to tell you that my 4 year old little girl just loves you. I have always been a fan of your acting skills, but you know how awful your character has been in the past and you would make me so mad. But honesty I have wanted you to get back together with Lucas for a while. My little girl looked past all the bad things and she just loves you. She saw you on an episode of Wheel of Fortune and she went crazy hollering " Momma, Sami is playing Wheel!" She was glued to the TV the whole time. She is most likely your smallest number 1 fan, other than Ben. By the way, I didn't know you had a child. It's wonderful isn't?

Hi Ali- Both my hubby Tom and I -along with 6 yr old Days fan Tyler- are very excited you will be on the Biggest Looser. I joined a walking program thru work to loose baby fat from my 9 mo old daughter- Samantha(yes I named her after yr character!) Wow, I can't believe people actually address you as Sami, and try to help you deal with EJ, as if these are real people, or as if you are also a writer. I am an Ejami fan. James is really hot. Maybe some of your fans should get a grip on reality. Instead of suggesting what you should tell EJ, maybe just maybe, they could try to realize that you will tell him whatever the script says. Personally, I wouldn't mind trading places with you for just a day. I'd really love to spend the day kissing James, and still come home at the end of the day to my husband, and my 2 sons. The best of 2 worlds.
