I watched Ellen today and thought it was pretty funny, I figured it was a joke because c'mon, it's Ellen...I would totally expect something like that from her. Then I headed on over to the Ellen website to the pictures and people are freaking out and posting comments trying to figure out if it was a joke or not. Maybe they should have shown the clip of you after Ellen leaped over lol. Anyway, I can't wait for The Biggest Loser finale...should be interesting!!!!! Good luck :0)

Well thank goodness!!! I knew Ellen wouldn't have just jumped over you like that but most of my friends and I thought the music came on so she could leave so you could compose yourself or possibly get help. We were just concerned you were going into labor early. I love the Ellen show but I don't get to watch it that much because I don't have the time so I didn't know she did those gags. Great acting job Ali and thank you for letting us know that it was a joke. Can't wait to see you on BL. Happy Holidays!!

I know you are a good actress as I have watched you for more years than I want to admit to as I am a 43 year steadfast fan of the show which makes me old enough to know better. LOL Watching you grow up on Days and being a fan of yours I still was not prepared for this. Sadly we did not see you once Ellen whizzed past you and I know if something happened they would cut to commercial or another segment like the give-away. Still it was concerning and as we all love you so darn much we do tend to worry about something like this. As you said this isn't your first and after having 4 kiddos I know how fast they can come. You were sure in my prayers and the talk of my Days yahoo group. I'm glad you are OK and thanks for letting us know what transpired. Merry Christmas to you, Dave and Ben and of course your expected arrival.

Ali, you're a dang good actress because you had me fooled, and terribly worried. The editing department should be slapped with a wet trout for not showing you okay. I guess no one thought that people who don't normally watch the show would tune in just to see you. I'm just glad you are okay. Take care of that baby and have a great holiday.

Ali, bless your heart !! It was good and i thought it to be a joke, but they goofed..didn't show you after and thats not your fault, so it gives the gossipers something to wag their tongues over. But did say it on the Days MD. because they were all atwitter . LOL Have a blessed Christmas with your 2 guys, just think, next year you will be all even in your house !! Never had that 6-1 was our ratio !! I know
she'll be a winner too . . just look at Ben ! God love you.

Wish the website would have mentioned beforehand that you were going to be on Ellen - a lot of us would have liked to have seen you. I hope the writers have sense enough this time around to write good storyline for Galen Gehring. He is the best thing to happen to Days in a long time. A real total man, and nice in person too. This show has the good fortune to have snagged numerous talented actors, but unfortunately it lacks in the writing department and therefore the show has either lost viewers, or as your comments throughout the website exhibit, numerous disgruntled ones. I wish when 'Daniel' had been cast he would have been a Horton doctor and when 'Stephanie' was cast she would have been a Horton sister to him. They resemble each other and I can envision scenes where he would be protective of her and she would go to him for advise and he comes across in the show as serious and grounded (unlike he is in real life as I witnessed at the Days event where he is free-spirited and looks much younger than does on the show. The writers just do not seem to be able to project through these people and come up with applicable storylines. This show could be #1 if it had better writers. There are plenty of them numerically speaking (too many in my opinion) and there should be NO reason for the consistent miscasting (Dr. Baker - alias goonybird), firing (Ava and now I hear John and Marlena - what a slap in the face. I realize they may have done something bad to cause this - either fights with other cast members and Marlena seems to have become a DIVA in real life or maybe she and John were have a much too personal relationship on and maybe even off screen (check out the photos from their attendance of the Monte Carlo event). Who knows anything any more with this show - only that it is too back it is so far off track. Thanks for reading (if you bother anyway)

Ali, You had me fooled. I had taped Ellen and rewinded 3 times to see if I missed a shot of you as part of the gag, but there wasn't. I finally convinced myself you were ok and watched the rest of the show. Your performance will come in handy when the time comes for DOOL I love the show just started watching this past spring and now I'm hooked. I don't know if you really read all the posts, I don't see how ya have time to post a Blog as busy as you are. I just want to say, I have watched you from the early years till now, I even watched ya on the Fear Factor, oh I can't believe ya put them bugs in your mouth, is that stuff really real? I have always enjoyed watching Sami get into trouble and try to bail her way out.You do a great job,and I enjoy watching Days, and will continue till its nolonger on the air.

I just watched the biggest looser winner clip (I only get to watch it on the internet because of my work schedule) and I have to say you looked just absolutely beautiful! Not that you don't normally but pregnancy agrees with you. I just look huge when I'm pregnant (the last time, my third, everyone thought that I was having twins and I only gained 27lbs unfortunately I've gained more weight since having her then when I was pregnant. Maybe I'll work on getting that off now that I've weaned her.) but you aren't huge at all. I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
