Thank you for sharing your stories about your family and your little boy. I have a 3.5 yr old daughter and a 1.5 yr old son. I love being a mom. My son is at a similar stage- remembering things and saying so much now. Of course he has his big sister to help him out. My kids were the same way when we turned the clocks ahead they just could not understand why it was still light out side when it was bed time. I'm happy that you will be hosting The Biggest Loser as it is such an inspiring show and not mean-spirited as so many of the other reality-based shows are.
I'm a devoted EJAMI fan and I have loved the interaction between you and James Scott. The chemistry, intensity, and sizzle between the two characters is unmistakable.
What I especially love is that Sami has finally meet her match-- a man just as flawed as she is, but who accepts her unconditionally, and who truly needs the all the love Sami has been saving up inside her for all these years.
Sami and EJ are equals and Sami doesn't have to keep groveling and apologising for her existence to be accepted by him.
EJ admires her spunkiness and refusal to say die even in a lose-lose situation.
I use to be a Lumi, but the character of Lucas was so verbally and emotionally abusive to Sami that I soon realized what an unhealthy relationship they had, and how Sami would never be truly able to be herself-- either good or bad-- as long as she had to put up with the arrogant and paranoid antics of an immature Lucas.
Plus that a Brady/DiMera romance could take the stale,recycled storylines we fans have had to endure for far too long into new and exciting areas, and breathe new life and twists into ALL the characters of Salem.
I've long admired your acting abilities! I've been a fan of DAYS since it began in 1965, and you are my favorite character on the show.
You and James Scott are the most exciting charcters on the show--- I only wish the writers could see the possibilities of an EJAMI pairing as we EJAMMERS can.

Days of Our Lives has been a huge part of my life since I was about 3. My grandmother would watch it everyday and would always say "I wonder what sami is going to do next". We lost my grandmother in December and watching Days helps make her feel a little closer. Thanks guys for keeping the show going for all these years!

I think this is great that you tell your fans what is going on in your real life. I have been watching the show since I can remember and am 37. Having kids is awesome. I have 2 daughters of my own. I met both you and Bryan at a fan event at Universal Studios in Orlando several years ago. You should all do it again. It was a great weekend.

Ali, You seem like a wonderful mother. I have 3 girls, 11, 5 and 4. Eating healthy is an issue we have been battling for a while now whith our 11 year old. Hey I love Days of Our Lives like Passions but from time to time I find Passions they drag the same thing out so long i find myself fast forwarding through some parts(lol got that dvr record and watch later)I am a mother of four my kids are my world and basically all I have in this life!!! I like cookin big home cooked meals and would love to hear how to still cook big meals but healthier meals! Im 28 years old and have been watching the show since i was a kid i remeber i loved it on the sick days or the snow days from school so I might get to catch up! The show is awsome and you have always been my most favoriote chachter, me once bein a rebelious teen and time and time again trin to prove how much i have changed and always somthing back firen and screwin my happiness up for me!! As far as your portrayal of Sami goes, I've rooted for her for 14 years and now I've all but stopped. I know she's been a bad girl and a liar all this time but she really needs to tell the truth to Lucas. He wants to believe in her and understand...and it's not Sami's fault! I know I can't fix what's already written for the storyline (it's written months in advance) but do let the writers know that Sami isn't 15 anymore! She needs to grow up and be happy!

As a long time DOOL fan, I was reading your most recent blogs but I particularly enjoyed this one. I really liked the fact that you are teaching your son about healthy eating habits at an early age. I was also a product of my environment and forced to "clean my plate" and was never taught healthy eating habits. It didn't help that I had health issues that caused me to gain weight at an rapid rate. I have recently had gastric bypass surgery to help correct these health issues which it has and as a result am learning to eat differently to accomodate my new digestive system. I am now an advocate for healthy eating/living.I also intend to teach my children (future), the same ideas and values when it comes to food that you are now teaching your son. I want to wish you the best of luck with your new job on the Biggest Loser! You are going to be fantastic!

I love your work I'getting my last bit of computer time before I start babysitting my two cousins. But I kinda know what you mean because I'm not old enough to have my own children I love babysitting my cousins who are 3 years and 8 months old I have been babysitting the older one since she was one and a half and the 8 month old since she was 1 or 2 weeks old. I love spending time with them I do it a lot thet are so cute I enjoy every minute with them. There here now so I have to go Bye!
